I can say this, Jay Busch was nothing but great to us.Very nice man and personable.He worked hard to get us a vehicle we could afford and was not pushy like the 5 places we visited this week. They were all trying to sell us on whatever they could to make a dime. He honestly was not like that and seemed to have our best interest at heart.He and the dealership were different from the other places I have been in my lifetime and especially this last week, at a very stressing time replacing a vehicle unexpectedly.We found the best prices here, that had quality vehicles. Best price for best value from what I researched-spending an substantial amount Of time researching.I would recommend this establishment and highly recommend Jay B. If you want a good honest person to help you, I suggest asking for him.
Xavier was great. Helped me get into the truck I wanted. Because the truck was brand new there were a few items that hadnt come in yet (floor mats) but Xavier has stayed engaged to make sure I get those items.
I have been nothing but disappointed with MedVed. I asked if they detailed cars, inside and out, before customers took them home. I was assured that they did. Because I was short on time the afternoon I purchased, I had to bring the car back to get the stickers removed, which I had no problem with. I asked if they would go ahead and do the detailing and they said they would. When I came back for my car, the stickers were removed, no detailing had been done and there was a scratch in the windshield where one of the stickers were. I came back AGAIN to get it fixed and asked for the third time about the detailing, and was assured (lied to) again it would be done. When I came to get my car, the inside had not been detailed as there were still stains on the seats in the front and back. Fast forward to yesterday, 7 months later, I tell them I need a part replaced after being diagnosed through autozone. When I called, I’m told they can’t fix my car because my make of car isn’t on their car signs, even though they say “warranty forever” on their contracts, website and when you call. So, how does one get their car fixed under a forever warranty if they’re claiming they don’t have the proper tools to fix a Ford???
Everyone there is super nice. Went out of their way to make the car buying process as easy as possible. I bought 2 cars in 3 days. Ive been going to Medved for years and have never been disappointed. Their service department is amazing too. They rock!

I paid cash for the vehicle. Medved team made sure the vehicle cleaned and fixed a few minor things before I drove the vehicle home. I bought the vehicle as is and they chose to fix the items anyway. Like almost every business right now, the folks are short staffed and working long hours. While previous interactions had a bit more communication, I understand completely why they didnt get back to me before I went there to pick up my vehicle. I assume if theyd actually found issues with my vehicle they would have contacted me. It was there for scheduled service and as far as work on the vehicle and personal interaction went, everything was up to their usual high standards. Still a happy customer.
Ty, at the front office has been amazing. Great customer service and follow through. Our SUV needed many repairs after it was broken into at work. Ty communicated with us to make sure we knew where they were in the repair process.
Our experience there was so fluid and wonderful!! Everything was taken care of as promised; paperwork and financing was all ready to go prior to my arrival and I was in and out. Kenneth and Brayden were so accommodating, professional and easy to work with. All of my questions were answered and there were no surprises at time of signing ( except for the tracking chip and 3 years service as well as lifetime warranty for free, which was like a cherry on top).I wish our 2 other Chevy purchases this year had been at Medved, but i am confident that our future purchases will be. Typically buying a vehicle is a long and dreadful process, but Al and Joe were so welcoming and helpful and made the whole processes enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this store. Great people!
Great deals on Oil Changes (I got 3 diesel oil changes for $199). Total I have been there 5 times to get my oil changed and the shortest it has taken is an hour and forty five minutes, the longest was 2.5 hours. I inquired about the length of the service twice and both times they say usually not over an hour, so seems like even they think the above is a long wait for an oil change. Always on weekdays, I have booked them at 8am, lunchtime and in the afternoon, so timing doesnt matter for the length of service. (In all transparency, I did get a fuel filter changed out one time, so the length of that service is a bit more understandable).During my oil changes I have twice paid for a tire to be plugged ($25/ each time) and both times the tire continued to lose air. Both times took it to a mom and pops shop down and havent had an issue with either tire since.Lastly, during my last oil change they missed a headlight being out in their multi-point inspection. Seems like a headlight should be a fairly obvious fail in the inspection so I wonder if they even inspected my truck and curious what else they could be missing.Overall good hospitality, friendly people, easy to book an appointment, great at confirming appointments, decent waiting room (Ive spent at least 8 hours in there so I should know), good Internet and nice prices, but overall disappointed in the length of time for oil changes, not being able to appropriately plug tires and missing a headlight will make me look for another place to get my oil changed, even if it means a longer drive for me.
Went there to get my vehicle service oh, and I was very impressed by the caliper of character everyone showed me while I waited. Everyone was very sweet and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and content while I wait. Pleasant sweet conversations, and Im handicapped so they made sure I had something to eat and didnt want me to have to go walking across the way to get it. Was nice enough to give me a quick little ride across the street to the restaurant. They dont just sell vehicles and service they restore your faith in human kindness. Thank you very much and the next time I do need to buy a car I know Im going to be fine from you!
Everyone we worked with to purchase our car was wonderful! Jay was the main guy who helped us and we highly recommend him! The buying process felt fair and honest, we left with a car we love and a deal that fit our budget! Well definitely be returning to medved when we need a car in the future.
I had a pleasant experience buying my car from Medved. I was Corey’s first full sale. He had just started a few days before. He was attentive to my needs and desires. His sales manager also was pleasant and helpful to get a deal that was beneficial for both of us. All in all a good experience.

Brought my 2021 3500HD in for an inoperable power tailgate. After having the truck all day I was informed that the truck was ready. Upon picking it up the tailgate was still not working as it should (power down worked but power close did not. When I pointed this out to the Service Advisor (Dallis) she tried to tell me that my tailgate was not designed to power close. I told he that it certainly had in the past and so she checked with the tech who said that no, my tailgate did not have power up capabilities. I told them they were wrong and pretty much got a shrug of the shoulders and the impression that they thought I was clueless about my own truck. Upon leaving the dealership I received an immediate call from the Service Manager (Chris) informing me that I was of course right about my tailgate and that I should bring it back in. So after another 1.5 hour roundtrip I brought it back and again they had it most of the day. When I checked the truck in with another advisor (Noy) we went over the plan and I asked him to add an oil change to the work order. Later that afternoon (2:30) I received a text message from Service saying that my truck needed additional service (an oil change!). I called Dallis and she said the requested service wasnt on the work order even though I saw Noy write it down in front of me at drop off. Dallis said the truck would be finished in 45min to an hour and I could come pick it up. I wasnt able to get a ride that afternoon so I went down first thing the next morning. After another 1.5 hour roundtrip I arrived and was informed by Dallis that my oil change had not been performed the previous afternoon because of another vehicle needing an emergency repair. So I waited an hour for the oil change and in the process missed an important business meeting. When I finally went in to get my keys I didnt get even a hint of an apology from Dallis who basically pretended that everything was excellent.My takeaways from this experience are:1. Both service writer and technician are not properly trained in the options and operations of Chevy tailgates.2. After having the inconvenience of having to travel back down there I received no acknowledgement or apology for the mixup.3. After specifically asking for the additional service (oil change) it was not performed because some other customers vehicle took precedence.4. After all of this Dallis never once acknowledged the mistakes or offered any kind of apology. Either she has not been properly trained in customer service or she just doesnt care. either answer is unacceptable.
Very good costumer service, employees are very welcome and very helpful and polite. highly recommend.One issue was that I bought a car with two keys but they couldn’t find the keys so they told me to come back the following week to grab the key, but when I came back they had lost the key and a new one had to be made. But the problem was in order to get a key on that day I would have to leave my car there and I could not do that so I basically wasted my time going there which is very far from my house, and now I have to come back one month later to have a key made, and I will have to miss work and some classes for it, also gas is not cheap at the moment.When I asked if there was anything they could do since they lost key, for example coming to pick the car and dropping a rental one for the day or doing something to help us such it’s such an inconvenience for us to drive there, they said there was nothing they could do.
I found the vehicle online so I can’t say much about first impressions with the dealership itself with sales tactics although when we came to pick up the truck after it arrived everyone was wonderful. Quinn was our salesperson and he was amazing about keeping us updated throughout the transit stage and then explaining the details about the truck once we got it. I really felt like he cared about us and getting us what we deserved for the trade in even though the trade in department attempted to undervalue our car by almost $3,000. I’m thankful that I came prepared with several printed out appraisals of our vehicle from other dealerships to get the value we wanted otherwise it would have been a really bad day. The best part of our experience was with the finance manager. This was the first time that I bought a car and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or bullied by the finance guy. Everytime I said no to something he said okay and moved on instead of shoving things down my throat. He explained why he personally would want certain extras but then understood why I didn’t. He gave us better financing than what we walked in with without me asking too! The pricing on the warranty I asked him to quote was also fantastic. We live about 40 minutes from this dealership and honestly when it’s time to buy another Chevy we will absolutely go back to this place. I can’t wait to tell my friends that MedVed is an amazing dealership that won’t take advantage of you. We really had such a great experience!
Wonderful car-buying experience! Not sure it could have been much easier, especially purchasing a limited-availability Suburban from out-of-state.I flew into Denver International Airport, Dominic picked me up at the airport, and drove me to the dealership. After a hiccup with my lender, the finance staff was able to quickly get my credit union financing squared away and I was out the door in no time flat.Too bad these guys are not local, Id definitely be back. There is not much inventory right now, but Nate let me test drive several trucks to see what I would like. I didn’t feel pressured or pushed. I was able to get a trail boss that I really like (except red). The paperwork was the fastest and easiest buying experience I have ever had. And I just got brownies in the mail as the thank you!! Buyer beware. Will sell you the Car Care Service Plan package stating youll be priority. Last 3 oil changes have taken 2+ hours. Now unable to even book an appointment online. Called to book an appointment, was hung up on. Service Manager does not return calls. STAY AWAY from this dealership. Sales and Autobody were great, but the lack of service is a deal breaker.

Dominic was a great salesman. Purchased a used Tundra from him. Responded to me quick, no b.s. and no pressure, just got the deal done. Had some requests after my test drive and he made sure the truck was inspected and fixed. As good of an experience you will have at a used car dealer. I will never get over the insistence to charge dealer and handling. Lets hope the truck was as good as the experience.

Listen: I stopped in Medved Chevrolet a few months ago to window shop cars. Expected to experience the typical car shopping experience, where salesmen treated you like chum and they were sharks.Happily that isnt what happens at Medved. Was pretty much left alone to browse to my hearts content. The dealership was clean and brightly lit. It had an inviting atmosphere. When I do finally break down for a new car, this is absolutely where Im getting it.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received. Lies after lies, miscommunication, no communication. Blame game after blame game, no loaner cars available. Nobody on site who can actually make any decisions. Sales were great but no team can function properly if they dont work together. It is very sad, especially as a business owner, wanting to continue to do business with Chevy. My loyalty has diminished and I will nolonger be working or driving Chevy any longer.

We went looking for a new car and had a budget set. We first went to other deals and they had nothing in our budget. I was about to give up and we headed over to Medved and they said of course we have some cars in your budge. Dasha was super helpful and patient through the whole experience. We finally found a great car in our budget and we are super happy. Highly recommended.

When we bought the car, there were several miscommunications from the finance person we worked with. He missed some paperwork that we needed to sign so he called us and made us come back the next day to sign. The only reason we went with you guys was because we thought the process could be done remotely but nothing was handled remotely at all. Then 6 months into owning our new vehicle, a computer went out. It took weeks to get an apt with the service dept only to learn we had to come back because the part needed to be ordered. No one called to tell us when the part arrived so we could made another apt. I kept having to follow up only to learn the part had been there for days! Then I had to make an apt weeks out. It’s was the most frustrating experience I have ever had buying a car and we will never use this dealership again.
All I can say is excellent service and they always take great care of my car. I had scheduled appointment for oil change, checking brakes and checking tires at 1:00 because I had a previous appointment before that but that appointment ended early so I called they said yes you can come in early but you still might have to wait until its time for your original appointment I said well okay I got there ready to wait for several hours but I waited about 45 minutes they had service my car. I was really surprised they had finish so quickly and the price was just as greatI love going there to get my car serviced they also answered any questions I had about my car thanks guys so pleasant . What an awesome experience from a car lot. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and if they didnt have the answer they found it immediately to ensure that the customer got the correct answer. Sales are never pushed on to the customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

That made buying a car from a dealership a tolerable experience.While we were there we witnessed a manager tearing a new one into a sales guy which was not cool at all.The finance guy was really friendly and efficient - much appreciated!As with every business every where right now, they are short-staffed, so we couldn’t take our car home right away since the detail guy wasn’t there. But it was delivered later that day by two really kind, friendly guys.

I recently purchased a lightly used 2018 GMC Sierra Denali from Dominic Ienna here at Medved Autoplex in Wheat Ridge, CO. I live near Lubbock, Texas which is approx. 550 miles away. The communication with Dominic was exceptional and deal was made over phone, email and text with quick response to any questions I may have had. They even quoted me what my trade-in would be worth before I even started the trip and they stuck by that amount through completion of the transaction. So when I arrived at the dealership my wife and I were quickly greeted by Dominic who had all the paperwork ready for me to sign-off on. I then went in with the finance person, Willy, who completed the financial transaction. No pushy additional items were presented, he knew I was there for a quick in and out process and did everything from his position to ensure that happened. If looking for either new or used, these guys will get you taken care of, highly recommended. I even got a great local place to eat recommended by Dominic and that did not disappoint either ( Lil Nicks Pizza). If the next vehicle I look at buying is available from these guys, I will be back to do business again. Distance is not even an issue when you receive this kind of service. Thank you guys again!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE! They lie to customers, sell cars out from under people who already did the paperwork, don’t refund the money they took and blackmail the people who leave honest reviews. If the owners of this company want better reviews, they need to fire everyone who works there and hire ethical staff. How incredibly disappointing to see such a lack of standards and values. I will never buy a car from them!
I went in to look for a new car. I needed one ASAP due to work and losing my other one in a crash. Dasha welcomed me to the dealership and showed me all the best options that would work best for my budget and time crunch. After a bit of a mix up involving a former service writer, the MedVed Service department knocked themselves out to make it right for us! The new service writer, Ty is awesome. I also need to give a shout out to Mitch in parts and the new Service Director Chris. This team worked together with a very positive attitude to get our problem resolved. We are long-time MedVed customers and are thrilled to see the new, improved attitude!! We are there to stay.
Since I walked in the door here my experience has not been great. I was looking for a specific truck during the shortage at the end of 2020, Medved had what I wanted minus exterior color. I settled and came down to purchase the truck. I did not need a sales pitch, I knew I wanted it. I told the sales guy and he still had to go through the whole song and dance. Ok, not that big of a deal, then on to the actual paperwork, told them I didn’t want the unnecessary warranties etc, and basically was argued with until I finally accepted it at a discounted price. This was very frustrating but we had been there all day and I was ready to go. There was some damage to the top of the truck from when they were unloading it, they said they would fix for free at a later date. I brought I back later for some damage repair from where someone had backed into me in front of my house, they had it for a week, and when I went to pick it up some of the damage had not been repaired and they had not fixed the roof from the damage that was there when I bought it. It was due for an oil change soon, so I took the truck home. This truck had 22 miles on it when I bought it, at 5000 miles the oil light came on, it was 2 quarts low. The dealership explained to me that it must have been low from the factory and that if it had registered on the dipstick at all they did nit worry about it. This was very concerning. So I added appropriate oil (only changes every 7000 miles) and tried to schedule the first service on it. I had to call their service department many times and only received a call back once. They said they were short staffed. Only appointment I could get was a month out. Date comes up, I take it in for them to do the initial service and oil change as well as to finish fixing damage from accident as well as to fix the roof. They had it for just over a week, they took care of 99% of damage still a scratched area from the accident but it was very minor so I took the truck. A few weeks later I had a leaking tire. Took it to be fixed elsewhere and turns out they had rotated the tires and not the sensors, meaning they did not dismount and remount the tires appropriately, so the front passenger was actually on the rear driver. The is cost me extra money at the tire store to have it done correctly. During this time I was interested in ordering a new truck that was the color I wanted on the exterior. No Chevy dealers had what I wanted so it was going to be a custom order. Due to the microchip shortage I could not order it with the safety package, meaning no parking sensors, blind spot monitoring or warnings about approaching objects while backing. They also could not do leather for some reason from Chevy. I still have the orginal truck I purchased for about $63,000, and the service and attitude of this dealership I feel like I bought a $5000 used truck. I would strongly advise to purchase from someone else if possible, they have been an absolute joke of an experience for buying a brand new vehicle.
After offering me 1/6th of the KBB value of my trade in, i spent the next 30 min held hostage but an extremely high pressure sales team. I had to ask over and over for my car keys back saying that i wanted to leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
My wife and I used to have a full-service car dealer we dealt with. Century in Broomfield met our needs quite well. Unfortunately they got bought out. The buyer doesnt believe in providing the same level of service.So we went shopping elsewhere. Our experience at Medved was quite similar to our experience at Century. So if you are looking for a high level of service in a Chevrolet dealer my experience at Medved is above board.
The salesman’s, Uriah Higgs, attention was excellent; he was willing to listen to our preferences and worked around to find alternatives to them. The manager was attentive and welcoming. We had been to a few dealerships, yet MedVed met all our expectations.
At the time of my visit, you were drastically understaffed. I had to book an appointment more than two weeks in advance, and the repair to my truck took over 3 weeks to complete.Over the course of the 3 weeks, I tried calling the service dept no less than 10 times, and I received ONE call back, despite leaving voicemails.I did receive intermittent correspondence via text. On the day my truck was supposed to be ready, I showed up at the dealership around 5:30. At 6:30 PM I was told it would not be ready that day, and that I could go home... I received a callback Saturday morning that it was ready for pickup. Upon inspection, there were still outstanding issues, and I was greeted with a warning light, that I expected to be resolved.My service bill was over $5,000 and I received ZERO communication. I dropped the truck off with the impression the battery was fine, as it had a recent diagnostic within 1 week of being dropped off.To pay over $5,000, have NO communication, AND leave with lingering issues after THREE + weeks in the shop, I will not be returning to your dealership, ever.In fact, Im inclined to share my experience online wherever possible as Im terribly disappointed.When I dropped my truck off on September 2nd, I let them know that I had to have it back by the 24th. The delay forced me to change my plans, delayed my travel departure, and miss a crucial day of work.I have NEVER had a car in the shop this long, I have never had a repair bill this high, and I have never experienced such a black hole of communication. For comparison, I had the Jeep dealership REBUILD MY ENGINE earlier this summer. The two experiences could not be farther apart. Id welcome the opportunity to discuss my grievance further. I will tell everyone that will listen about my dismal experience, and I will absolutely seek a different solution for future service.
Service guy was nice. You all are down a lot of people & they need help. Had to wait as only 2 service guys were there. I miss your service Manager that was there for years.
Had a wonderful experience here. Adam was who helped us our for the entirety of our sale, and answered all our questions, and gave us absolutely no pressure. He along with Willy (one of their financers) helped get us the best deal possible. They were very transparent about every aspect of the car and sale, and truly was a great experience. Definitely will be returning to get a car when its time in the future!
I had a very pleasant experience with Foundation Chevrolet and in particular, Bill Mafeo. I did the whole experience through the internet, text and phone calls. I loved it and boy so I love my brand new 2021 Chevy Blazer 2LT AWD!

Definitely a quick and easy place to get a car in need. I’m very thankful for that. The customer service is great. Everyone so far has been friendly. Sadly I’m very upset with the quality of the vehicle purchased. I have had nothing but issues with my car in the FOUR months of having it. First and ignition coil went out about a month after I bought it, which I had the service department replace. This was not covered indeed the 60,000 mile warranty because my car had 62,000 miles on it, when purchased. So their warranty is a complete scam. They told me a 12 point inspection was also completed to insure there were no further issues. Less then two month later the original idled got problem is sill existing. I then took the car to a mechanic I trust and know and they informed me my spark plugs were 20,000 miles past due. Which means they should have been done before the car was bought if not with the ignition coil when I serviced the car. I have put almost $1,000 in the car after purchase and am still having the same issue. The car still idles and the engine light is on during acceleration. I’m very frustrated as I paid thousands of dollars for a car I’m continuously having issues with. Yes, used cars can have their issues, but there is no reason the issue should not have been fixed the first time I had the car serviced. All my extra money has gone into the car and I’m at a complete loss on what to do. Definitely do not purchase a car from here unless in an extreme need, which unfortunately I was.

My first time buying a truck was an amazing experience! Jay was an outstanding salesperson that was very transparent and honest. I wanted to get the best possible deal with my truck and Jay made the process very nice and easy. I have a 2015 Silverado and am very happy with the truck. Recently, I discovered that the brakes werent acting right. I took the truck in without an appointment knowing that they may not be able to get to it for a few days, but I didnt trust the brakes as is especially when I needed to pull a camper. Frank was the person that took care of me. He informed me that there was a previous recall on the vacuum pump in certain years for the Silverado that I did not know about. He said that they would get it in as soon as possible to check it out. Luckily for me they had a delay getting a part in for another vehicle they were working on and they were able to get it in that day to see what the problem was. It turned out that the vacuum pump was the problem and they found one available in town. I had my truck back the next day and even though the recall period was over, GM had decided that they would still cover the repair work at no cost to me. Overall, Ive been very happy with the service Ive received at Medved Chevrolet in Wheat Ridge over the years. Ive tried some other local non dealership service shops and didnt have any luck with that. So now I take my Chevy to Medved when I need something done on my truck that I cant or dont want to tackle as far a repairs go. As mentioned, Frank was awesome in the service he provided me. He explained that he would do his best to get it in as soon as possible. He also kept me informed with phone calls with the status and progress of the repairs being done as well as an estimated time frame of when the repair would be done. Thanks Frank! And yes, I would recommend Medved Chevrolet.

Our vehicle got damage in their service department or according to the main service manager it could have been trying to get stolen if it was parked in their parking lot however they haven’t had any communication with me for over a month now nobody will call me back My vehicle is still sitting there with those damages Chris Cleavenger please call me back This is getting absolutely ridiculous I am sorry you got thrown to this But I’ve been calling you every single day for the past month and Jonathan your ex boss wash his hands and no longer works there. I have a sick child that requires to be seen three times a week and we cannot manage with one vehicle

Horrible service! We have been here twice both times with an appointment. The 1st appointment I had to wait 20 minutes only to be told their may not be anything in my range, I only went back a second time because I had got an apology for how I was treated and again set up and evening appointment only to have no one help me after 20 minutes of waiting I just left.I bought my car here a couple of years ago and they were helpful & nice I dont know what happened to their customer service or their respect for appointments but I would not recommend going here.

The sales process here is a complete joke. What a mess. We called in on a specific vehicle which took them awhile to find. Once it was found we drove almost an hour to see it. We were told they have had the truck already for over a month yet it did not look detailed and had not been serviced. If we wanted to buy it we would need to come back to get it. Called and texted the next day to make an appointment to purchase the Truck. Could not get ahold of our salesperson so we called into the main line. Was then told that a new salesperson with a bad attitude had checked the truck out and left for the day. Got a text later that evening from the owner (I doubt it was the owner) asking how our experience was. We explained to him what had happened and he told us he believes the truck has been sold. We shrug our shoulders and laugh it off. Then we get a call the following Monday from the sales person we were working with and he said the truck is still there, not sold and available. At this point we are pretty tired of the whole ordeal but we agree to drive an hour back to work out the numbers. Once we arrive we find the car has still not been detailed or serviced and we would still have to come back to pick it up. We decide to shrug it off once again and discuss the numbers. Could not agree on numbers, would not come down on the price even $1, so we decide to pass. Today we see a hard inquiry on our credit and I am livid they thought they had the right to pull credit when we hadnt even agreed to numbers. I sold cars for many years and I would never pull someones credit without agreeing to numbers first. Overall these people put almost no effort into selling this truck and still expected us to overpay.
We wanted this particular car very much. We called Brett on a Saturday evening, (5 minutes before closing) & by Monday, we were driving away with this vehicle. Everyone there was polite, and helpful from the receptionist, passing employees, etc. Our sales team was Brett, Dominic, and Hunter. Not only were we treated with the utmost courtesy, we were made to feel like we were part of this team! They answered every single question that we had. They made us feel like we were welcomed as family, and that no question was too much. There was no rush, no pressure.. not even a hint of pressure. And the dealership was clean!! This was our first Chevy purchase, & we will, definitely, return to this dealership because of our teams outstanding service, and commitment to quality, customer service, and down-home hospitality. I wanted to test drive the new Diesel Tahoe. My salesperson was AJ, I ended up buying it. I was blown away by the lack of pressure and no games. Very impressive guy, Ill buy my next car at Medved as well.
Do not get a Bolt from this dealership. They had only one technician and he left. I found this out when I showed up for my recall appointment after having to wait for a month. Now I have to reschedule with a different dealership that hopefully employs more than one person that can work on their cars.Actually, with the near constant recalls and lack of technicians, avoid GM electric vehicles entirely.
We bought our truck from that location, so we have a service plan, thankfully, to get it worked on. Everyone is very nice and respectful and the waiting area is clean, helpful, and utilitarian.I appreciate the services provided at the dealership, I appreciate the men + women who work there to make everything go smoothly and ensure the safety and operation of my vehicle is in top shape for my family.
Dropped my truck off for a quick service and was not notified my truck would be held all weekend. Never had a phone call returned. An employee named Frank was the rudest person to work with and am shocked at his lack of compassion. Purchased the service package with my vehicle from here and regret it deeply because that means I probably have to deal with this ignorance again. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.
Bought a car from them a few years ago. Typical experience. They refuse to stop calling me even though Ive asked nicely and not so nicely. If you like being called 4 times a year by someone whose only purpose is take money out of your pocket, this is the place for you.
