My experience with Medved Kia so far has been one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership in Denver. From when I went in to buy a new car to my first time at the service center I have not been disappointed.While buying the car I was not pressured at all, and they really let me browse about and take things at my own pace. Trevor Alexander, the salesman who handled my car purchase has been sensational the whole time. Even after I already purchased the car hes been more than willing to help me deal with stuff ranging from getting the car set up with Kia to having my car taken into the service center when I bumped a curb. And the service center team has been of the same quality of service.From my current experiences I cannot recommend this dealership enough.
George Butler was our sales representative, and he was wonderful. He really listened to what we needed and was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles and features. He was respectful and very positive (high energy).Our new Kia Seltos is amazing. Love the look, the features, and especially the roominess for a sub-compact SUV. The drive is smooth and the feel is luxurious, and great gas mileage is a big plus. I recommend the car and this dealership to everyone looking for great service and quality cars (and ask for George...he is great).
My initial visit to the dealership was not ideal and if that had been my only interaction then my lasting impression would not be a positive one. However, once I voiced my concerns I was immediately contacted by Phil to discuss my experience. Phil took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made every accommodation to provide options during my car search. He is a true veteran of the car industry and had a wealth of knowledge to share. I never felt pressured which was a breath of fresh air. He truly just wanted to help me. Unfortunately with how hot the car market is right now they did not have the car I wanted in stock. If they did I would have bought from Phil the same day with not hesitation. He is truly great and I wish more people in sales were like him!
My wife, children and I were traveling from Steamboat Springs Colorado to our home in Oklahoma when the transmission in our car went out on the side of I-70 eastbound at Kipling Street. Luckily for us MedVed Kia was just across the street and we were able to limp our smoking car into their lot. Perry and Tanner at Medved Kia were there to save the day and our trip home. They worked tirelessly until Friday at 8:20 pm staying even after close to make sure they could help get us home. Even going as far as letting us take a vehicle to a hotel for the night so we could come back in the morning to complete our paperwork Saturday August 7th, 2021.They found the perfect vehicle for us and we could not be happier. They took our broken Toyota in as a trade, which we still owed $5,096, paid our original loan off and with a minimal down payment and way less than perfect credit scores (under 560) had us back home in Oklahoma by Saturday night in an amazing new Jeep.They even worked it out so our monthly payments are lower than the loan on our broke down Toyota and our new vehicle is only 3 1/2 years old and less than 52,000 miles. By far the best vehicle buying experience of our lives and Perry, Tanner and the rest of the staff are our heroes and we are forever in their debt. So if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle I can with all my confidence recommend you go see Perry and Tanner at Medved Kia/Cadillac/Chevrolet. Even if you don’t think you have the credit score or financial means to achieve your goals of finding the perfect vehicle, trust me they can make your dreams come true. While I’m satisfied with the work, it wasn’t a great experience from the perspective of a person with no option but to have to wait for their vehicle, for 4 1/2 hours. For instance, the candy machine doesn’t accept credit cards, or it’s supposed to, but it’s broken. It also doesn’t give change when it’s due. I made them aware of it, but no one cared. If you’re told your car will take between 2 and 3 hours, you expect it to. When it’s over 4 and you have to ask for an update, that’s not good communication, or customer service. I was informed that two service technicians hadn’t shown up for work, but wasn’t told it would be an additional 1 1/2 hours. This is the second time my service took a lot longer than expected. I’ll probably look for an alternative going forward. I can’t recommend Medved.
New ownership is a lot better than that selfish last owner Medved.They made sure I was taken home and picked up and Jason kept me up to date on everything with my vehicle.
Though we live 100+ miles away, the kind folks at MedVed Kia went above and beyond to make the remote experience as smooth as possible. I never had to step foot in the show room. The Carnival we wanted was available, we accomplished all paperwork discovery via email and text, the new car delivered and our trade driven away. Great low pressure experience, highly recommend!

This is the feedback I provided directly to them in written form:Please accept this feedback regarding my recent customer experience.My experience was not good. Based on Yelp reviews which unfortunately I did not read prior to coming in for service, it appears consistent with the experience of others. Nevertheless I hope you will consider improving the engagement process with customers.My first intersection with Kia Medved was actually a couple months ago when I brought in a vehicle for routine service. I was impressed with the level of detail provided about the different points of the inspection process and was pleased with the professionalism of your staff. That was a good experience.One item on the list was getting a price quote for a replacement keyfob which had broken. A week after the service it occurred to me that maybe it would be less expensive to reprogram the existing one rather than source a new one. I called to ask about this and got voicemail. The voicemail message mentioned the person was out of the office that day. Not a big deal. I waited for a callback. It never came.Wednesday of last week (October 27, 2021) I brought my Sorento in for service with a P200A check engine light. Within a couple hours I received a phone call reporting the status of the vehicle, and that repairs would be ~$1500. I was impressed with the turnaround time of this information. I had a brief conversation with my wife and we decided that it was time to retire this vehicle and buy a more reliable one.I called back and asked the service center not to continue with the repair. They acknowledged. But then when I expressed a desire to trade in this vehicle and buy another one, it was communicated that the different centers within your facility (service, new cars, used cars) operate independently. I was not provided any kind of facilitated transition from repair to purchase, other than bouncing me through the phone system. I think that is something you should consider managing better.So I called used car sales. I said I want to buy a car, call me back. Didnt hear back. That was Wednesday. I called again on Thursday and left another message. Didnt hear back. Meanwhile, Im paying ~$45/day out of pocket for a rental car. Friday came and went too, didnt hear back.So now we come all the way to Wednesday of *this* week... a week after I brought the vehicle in. Finally after leaving two voicemails for the service center on Tuesday, I received a callback on Wednesday. Why did it take a full day to return a phone call? Just like with the other unreturned calls, I do not know. In any case, I now had paid ~$240 for the rental, and had to re-up for another week because the vehicle was still inoperable. By this point Id hoped to have bought a vehicle off your lot and be back in business. But since my calls went unreturned there was no sale.So today I am literally towing my Kia to a different service center because I can not trust you to repair my vehicle or help me buy a new one. All in all, a terrible customer experience.Not to put too fine a point on it but when a customer says sell me a car! you pick up the phone and call them back. Isnt that Sales 101? I mean, well source a vehicle elsewhere; Im just shocked this opportunity passed us both by.To sum up:- Return phone calls as promptly as possible.- Provide a more seamless experience when customers need to engage with different parts of your business.- Sell cars when customers say they want to buy them.
My buying experience from out of state was cumbersome. I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen before, now I know why. Communication and follow through by the sales representatives are poor. Leaving messages is a waste of time, call backs are rare. Double check the fees in your contract. My AZ sales tax was $950 more than it should have been before they got it right. If you need your vehicle shipped, do the leg work yourself. I saved $250 just making a few phone calls. Upon delivery I found the back seat in my Jeep Wrangler improperly installed, the engine coolant reservoir was ½ gallon low and the engine oil life calculator wasn’t reset after they serviced the vehicle. Medved Kia also replaced the tires for the original owner. The tires he got stuck with are 10 ply BFGs.Why would a reputable dealer do that to a customer? Jeep rides like a tank now we know why. By the way, if your purchase only comes with one key/fob be prepared to fork out another $335 plus tax for a spare one. God forbid the one key they supply you with fails. Remember, once you have signed on the dotted line, you’re on your own. The only warm fuzzy feeling I was left with doesn’t sit well pun intended, but you probably already figured that out.
Ive never had a better experience buying a car than I did at Medved Kia. I was very specific about both the vehicle I was purchasing and how I wanted the sales process to go... let me tell you Ty Davenport is your man. The no nonsense approach and amazing efficiency he delivered on will have me coming back to Medved for my next Kia. If you are buying a car then give Ty a call, he has more than earned this review and my repeat business. To both Ty and the Medved team I say thank you from a very happy customer!

I came in the next morning to check it out and purchased the vehicle that same morning. A very smooth process and the team was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They are awful. It took almost twice as long to make the recall repair on my Kia, and when I showed up to checkout and get my car, the one guy that I originally worked with wouldnt let anyone else have my paperwork for me to sign. He was walking around with it under his arm and told me I had to deal with him as no one else knew what they were doing to have me sign the paper. Then another employee that wasnt doing anything asked me why it was rush hour for me. Very rude. Thankfully another employee came out and got the paperwork from him and let me sign and gave me my car key. It would have taken two minutes but they kept me there 30 minutes because the original employee wanted to feel like he had power over something for once in his life so he just flitted about the store with his prissy attitude and holding my paperwork hostage. Dont go here, its the third time Ive had a horrible experience there. Not the same since John Medved sold it.

We went in (without an appointment) to casually look at a car we had seen in an ad. Im temporarily in a wheelchair, and we were not dressed in millionaire clothing.We were greeted by Eugene and he helped us look at the car in the ad and the three others that looked interesting. He gave us as much time as we wanted and answered lots of questions.Long story short, we bought the car in the ad. The car is primo, the price was fair, and the lifetime power train warranty was an extra selling point.We are very satisfied with Medved.
I had a bad experience here working with Nick Alger. I ordered a Telluride and he would not send me the sticker before I showed to pick up. There were multiple changes to my order that were blamed on Kia corporate. This is fine, but if he had sent me the sticker before arriving I could have decided if I still wanted. Nicks communication through the process was extremely poor and I found him and the dealership to be dishonest. Avoid at all costs. Lastly, he told me my car was ready and I had to wait around for a few hours while they finished prepping - a complete waste of my time. There are better dealerships around this area and several things promised to me were not the case. He was great up until he got the order from me. Once he had my order he completely dropped the ball and I experienced bad service. I am telling everyone I know how terrible Nick and this dealership are. Shame on you!
I had a great experience with Medved Kia this past week. I took my 2015 Kia Soul in for a series of recall fixes and to have my brakes looked at. They performed all of the recall work I expected, as well as a few that I was unaware of, and the whole thing cost me nothing. My main contacts were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.They even ordered my a Lyft ride home and back due to this being my only car and it taking around 7 hours to get everything done.Very professional and Im glad I drove the extra distance to get my car to Medved
Worst car buying experience of my life. We negotiated a deal via email and text messages for a month. Everything was done. This should have been so easy. We made an appointment for when the car arrived and they were not ready for us. Wanted us to wait 3 hours after the scheduled appointment since the car was not ready.To make things worse, when we were working on the paperwork, the dealership did not realize that they were working with the wrong MSRP numbers and tried to hide that in a new deal until we pointed it out. They tried to fix it but giving us more rebates and more on the trade in but their “fixes” resulted in a higher interest rate. Apparently this is not the first time this has happened. There are a couple of reviews from 2020 where folks negotiated on a price and when they arrived to the dealership there were administrative errors which resulted in a change in MSRP.Because they would not own up to their mistake it became extremely toxic. If anyone wants a more pleasant experience where the dealership treats their customers right, Go to I25 Kia. Medved is the absolute worst and I can not believe how bad this experience was.
Very happy with this dealership. They had the new Kia Carnival we wanted in the exact color and trim.Highly recommend working with George Butler.He made the buying process so easy and stress free for us. We were able to work out most of the details over text and email.Would definitely recommend paying them a visit if youre in the market for a car.

Overall a good experience, compared to other dealerships. The sales person seemed more honest and clear then most. My only concern was the time to buy a car. I spent most of my time waiting instead and signing paperwork so if they improve their time to sale, this would be a five star experience.
They do a great job and they actually work in your car right when you drop it off if you have an appointment. Other dealerships schedule the appointment then tell you that was just the drop off time when you show up and you car wont be ready for days. They also always give my car a complimentary wash too. I can’t say enough good things about MedVed Kia, and especially Eugene/Slim. I needed to sell my car quickly and he treated my urgent business as his and got things taken care of quickly. He and Al got me a check the same day and were sympathetic to my situation. Everyone my husband and I encountered that day was kind and friendly. Slim treated us professionally and also made us feel comfortable while we waited, which made the waiting bearable. If you’re looking to buy or sell a vehicle, Slim is your guy. My husband and I, who live in Colorado Springs, were looking for an upgrade on our Tahoe. He did some online research and found a great Tahoe at Medved Autoplex. My husband reached out to inquire about the vehicle and made an arrangement to get the Tahoe delivered to our home in Black Forest. Thanks to Nick, a car salesman, we had a smooth transaction here at our home. Nick had the financial paperwork ready to go upon arriving at our house with the new Tahoe. A fair price for our older Tahoe was agreed upon and all went very well. Nick is a great guy, with a cool demeanor. I cannot remember a car buying experience ever being this smooth and easy. I will 100% purchase my future vehicle(s) from Medved Kia. My wife and I had the joy of working with Emma. She was fantastic from start to finish. I told Emma exactly what we were looking for and when we could get it. We were planning on waiting 2 months, but Emma told us about their 45 days no payments promotion. They still didnt have exactly what we wanted, so I told her to just keep me posted when they got what we wanted. I got a text from Emma about 3 hours after that letting me know that they had JUST got our model in on the truck. We jumped in the car and headed over. Emma greeted us with a (masked) smile and took us straight to our car. She wasnt pushy and she was knowledgeable about the vehicle. She made the whole experience so enjoyable... who can say that about buying a car??? Everyone we worked with, or even just encountered, in the dealership was awesome...so friendly and laid back, it made the process so much less stressful. Alex, our finance guru, was super easy to work with and knew his stuff. Overall, buying from Medved Kia is something I would absolutely recommend to anyone. There has been a problem with this location from the beginning. If you are overloaded you dont promise or tell people dates of when thier vehicles are ready. Our first experience they were only going to have our car for a week for a warranty covered issue and we didnt get a rental or loaner and was without our car for over a month with only me having to check in to see where they were at with our car. And still charged me for the battery..... pathetic, out of good faith that should have not costed me at all. Then we get it back and its making a ticking noise along with some other issues so we take it back in by making an appointment and they still had our car 3 days and I had to tell them how to find the noise.... and then it was a loose emergency brake cable when they had just rotated our tires (should have been caught) so we go in to pick it up..... over $300.00 later to hook it up.. just be cautious going there and get everything in writing and make sure everything is very clearly explained... not them to you but you to them
I met with the salesman by the name of Slim, he was professional and gave excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted to test drive, and a few days later end up purchasing a Kia K5. Slim and the rest of the staff I met at Medved were nice and were straight with me.. I would recommend this establishment.
Usually this place has amazing service but this time was not so great. I spent two hours trying to get ahold of them to hear about the details of my car, then trying to get a lyft was a nightmare. My main issue is the phones. Not being able to get ahold of anyone in any department is not okay. Carmen from Chevrolet was wonderful and made sure I was able to speak to someone. I know things have been hard and I’m sure low staff and overworked, but please don’t make someone hang up and dial every 30 seconds for two hours to speak to someone. Once I was there the people are very kind.
After the oil change they fixed my windshield and cleaned my car! Thank you so much. I appreciate you guys!
Came in for a key fob under warranty. Daniel informed me that there was an update for my Seltos transmission. He asked if I had time for the tech to do it and I said yes. He got it in right away. It took less than an hour for the update and reprogramming of the key fob.Daniel and his staff offer 1st class service.The only complaint I have is you do not have enough people to answer the telephones. I think is important when it come to offering service.
The online appointment method worked smoothly, especially since it allowed me to remove some of the service items recommended by Medved but not recommended in my owners manual. The service people were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Medved Kia for service.
I’ve been to Medved Kia Service twice, and both times the service was less than acceptable. In both cases, I made an appointment and arrived on time. Both appointments were for a simple oil change. My first time at Medved Kia the oil change took nearly three hours to complete. This last time, the oil change took two hours. TWO+ HOURS for an oil change? When I had made an appointment?My time is WAY too valuable to waste sitting around for hours at a dealership. I hope they can figure out a way to solve their scheduling problems.
Honestly, it’s the worst experience I’ve had from any business. Absolutely horrible customer service and communication between Medved employees was just as bad. The service department ordered parts and began work on my car before ever contacting me. And I only spoke to someone after three days of my car being towed to Medved because I was persistent in calling them. I was never able to speak to someone, just given the only option of leaving a voicemail which were never returned. And the work that was done on my car was equally unprofessional. After picking up my car nearly two weeks after it arrived at Medved, the engine and oil lights were on. I took my car to a trusted mechanic who said they had never seen such unprofessional work on a car. They had not cleaned any of the work and had left a rag on the engine. The cap for the wiper fluid was left open. When I called back to voice my frustrations, it took me another five days of calling and leaving voicemails before someone finally returned my car. When I spoke to the manager, not once did he apologize or ask how they could make the situation better; all I got was a simple “I understand”. Only after I asked him did he apologize and offer an unacceptable offer. I’m not sure how anyone at Medved finds this business practice acceptable. If you read any reviews on Yelp, they all address the same issues, but apparently Medved is ok with the negative press and poor service. If I could rate a negative star, I absolutely would.
I have been procrastinating on buying a car for years because the whole project just seemed like it would somehow be both stressful and boring - but I just bought one today and I am super duper excited about it! Emma was lovely to work with. Very knowledgeable and attentive but not at all pressure-y. I can honestly say that the process was actually fun! Buy your car from this lady!!!
UPDATE: One of the managers, Sam, reached out to me and resolved the main issue for me. He retracted the previous contract and redid the loan paperwork with me. He got the extended warranty removed from the loan balance and got my payments back down to where I was expecting them to be. Sam was very sincere and apologetic and was eager to help get this issue resolved. Thank you, Sam!Friendly staff but unsatisfied with the service I received. Just purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos a couple weeks ago and this was my experience: I told my salesman what kind of number I was comfortable with for my monthly payments. After being approved and making a deal within the price range I was comfortable with, even after paying sticker price for the (they refused to negotiate the price of the vehicle with me, said that the manufacturer wouldnt allow them to come down ANY on the price), one of the finance managers did the paperwork with me. I made it very clear that I did not want any extra warranty added to the loan. This was my first time buying a new car on my own, they made it sound as if it was required for me to select one of the extended warrantys. After getting home and taking a look over all the paperwork, I noticed that an extended warranty was added to my loan, and caused my payments to go up $55 per month for the entirety of the loan. I called the next day and left a message but of course never received a call back. I then emailed and finally got in touch within someone within the next business day after I purchased the vehicle. He said that he would cancel the additional warranty and that the balance and term of my loan would be shortened, but that my payments would stay the same. I told him that this was unfortunate as my payments were $55 more per month than what I was planning to pay. It then took 9 days later until he was able to contact Kia to try and get the contract redone, and of course he said it was too late to make any changes or re-do the contract. I probably wouldnt be in this position if him or someone else took my concern and request a little more seriously and acted quickly. Now I am stuck with a much higher car payment than I was anticipating. If I knew my payments would be this high, I probably wouldve purchased the vehicle with a nicer trim package. I do like the car, but I am disappointed in how everything worked out and the fact that I am stuck with a payment this high.And to make it even better, I was told my first 3 oil changes were FREE. After glancing at my paperwork, the finance manager added the cost of 3 oil changes to my loan balance, which will accrue interest, and then told me they were FREE and included with the purchase of my new car.Im sure it was obvious that this was my first time purchasing a new car, as a 26 year old, and they managed to take advantage of that instead of helping me and being transparent with me. Very misleading and unfortunate.
Medved is great, got my fiancées k5 here and we love it. I wish I bought my Seltos here, but I bought it through Grand Kia and almost 7 months later I am stilling have to deal with issues with them. Got my car serviced through Medved and I plan on continuing to get my car serviced here in the future.

Trevor @ Medved did not pressure me into purchasing the car I was looking at. I did not feel rushed into making a decision. Everyone was friendly and helpful answering my questions. I did not have to spent too much time negotiating final price. Medved really helped me with the car I wanted for the price I was looking to pay! Even the final financial step felt shorter than average.
They worked really hard to get me exactly the price I wanted over the phone which helped me lock in my decision to work with them. However, when I got to the actual dealership, all of that got tossed out the window and I spent 2 hours re-negotiating with them a price that was close to what they initially promised. I did still get a car through them because I spent all that time negotiating and felt ok with the price but I wanted nothing more than to get the hell out of there ASAP. I kept getting asked the same questions and had to give them all my info multiple times because they never used it the first time and didn’t remember anything I had said to them. It felt like I was in the twilight zone. Go there for the price if you’re willing to negotiate a ton!

I went in to service/ maintenance, for my routine oil change, tire rotation Etc was treated very well and respectfully, which I appreciate very very much. My vehicle was taken care of, beautifully and also washed and vacuumed which thrilled me and absolutely made my day! It means a lot for a Lyft driver to have a good-looking vehicle! And I appreciate their efforts very very much

Emma is phenomenally fantastic! Service team did everything beyond expectations! Financing is the most care free process with my needs and budget as their top focus! They take the stress out of going to a dealership, it is more like a good family caring about me rather than just a business deal. Very very very impressed, 5 stars? Ummm, double that to 10 or however high it can go!

I have bought 2 cars from here and my daughter bought her car there too and did at one time love it here but now not so much It’s very sad that my husband had to drive down to Medved to set an appointment I get my oil change and they cannot get me in till September I called for over a week no one picked up the phone or called back I left several messages and sometimes I did not my husband been even said that the guy he talked was a little rude I also had to get on social media and message Medved and was told someone would call me they have not I feel their customer service is horrible

My Sorento was towed to this location and it took over a week for the Service Department to look at it. I kept calling and calling and calling and calling to try and get an update, but no one ever answered the phone. Finally gave up and drove there to speak with someone.Brittany Jacobsen, the Service Manager, was helpful, bless her heart. Hopefully she can get some better processes going because that Service Dept is poorly run.
Great experience and I would recommend Medved Kia! Easy processes, no hassle buying and I was treated like there was nobody else there. I wish all dealerships had this kind of service.

I felt they heard my needs and did everything they could to fit me in- on a rather busy day- and address my problem and send me on my way in just a couple hours. I live in south Littleton, but make the 50-minute drive to this place anytime my Kia needs maintenance. I trust their service department tremendously and they’re always so kind and educational. They were speedy on my 4-tire replacement today and the waiting room is always relaxing and clean to pass the time in. Sadly, I witnessed a rude lady chewing out some of their staff for no good reason today and she sounded viciously mean and insulting. They handled that crazy lady with the utmost calm - it was impressive. The pandemic has brought out the worst behavior in people.. Daniel, you guys are AMAZING and don’t let the curmudgeon‘s get you down. Thank you for always being so delightful to work with.
I had the best experience here! I called and spoke with Nick about a Kia Sportage I was interested in and he told me to come right in to check it out. When we arrived we were greeted right away with a friendly hello and big smile. Once we were introduced to Nick the entire experience continued to be amazing. Nick was incredibly nice and really made you feel like you were talking with an old friend. He got us set up right away for a test drive and once we were back and decided to buy the car he continued to make everything super easy and smooth! I highly recommend working with him! We arrived to look at a Kia Seltos. We wandered the lot and showroom for about 15 minutes . Not one single employee greeted us, or asked if we needed assistance. Three were sitting together in an office and two were at their desks without customers. Horrible experience. Do not recommend this location. We will order our new vehicle elsewhere.

New management since December of 2020 and they have shown they are trying to improve their customer service experience. They are still understaffed and you’re paying top dollar for everything done here. I’ve learned to trust this group with the big maintenance duties (you pay top dollar but they use great products and do a great job), but to do the small stuff by myself like replacing the cabin air filter. If you go in and ask for specific services and specifically ask them to not rotate the tires or to not replace the cabin filter they honor it. If you use communication and utilize this group for bigger projects you’ll be happy with them. If you were unhappy with them before December 2020 I would try them out again with all this in mind.
If you can get an appointment they are fabulous. Getting the appointment is the hard part

The two gents that were working in the service center at Medved Kia on Saturday April 10. Guy with nice beard and younger guy with white cowboy hat. They are an asset to the company. I have a steering issue with my vehicle and they are working with me to help replicate the issue. Every time a technician test drives it it runs perfect and most of you can relate to how frustrating that can be. Keep doing what your doing gentlemen and thank you for being patient with me and my wife.

My service was great as always. But taking almost 2 hrs to perform a 30 minute service for a scheduled appt is ridiculous!
Very nice and very professional. I went in for a standard oil change, it went by quickly because update you how it’s going and what they’ve done/seen so far so you don’t have to ask any questions. I will definitely be a returning costumer.
Our salesman, George, went out of his way to seal the deal to get me the car I wanted. I was buying the car to move out of state and Hunter, in finance, prepped everything for the registration process for the state I’m taking the car to. They even came and met me at the airport. 5 star everything!!

Five stars, because its not how you start, its how you finish. As with literally every car purchase Ive ever made, there has always been a hiccup-something unexpected. This one was no different. The difference was that my sales rep, Perry Cooper, promised me he would make things right, and he did. So, Kudos to him. Also should mention Alex Goncharoff, the F&I person, for doing a good job breaking down the numbers and clearly explaining everything (and even quizzing me on a couple of things like gap insurance). Everyone was very friendly, and I never felt like they forgot about me or anything. I even got three follow-up phone calls from Perry, which Ive never experienced before. That was a nice touch. Now, onto the vehicle. Medved Kia had the exact model I was looking for, which was the Kia Niro Hybrid (Touring). If you havent checked out this vehicle, I strongly urge you too (at Medved Kia, of course). This car has far exceeded my expectations. As I write this review now after about two weeks of ownership, I am averaging 58 mpg, combined city and highway. Unbelievable! If fuel efficiency is what youre looking for, look no further. The car also has literally every option you can think of. You wont find any other model car that has this many features and comes in at under $30K. I researched many vehicles before deciding on the Kia, including Subaru and Toyota. The Niro comes out on top. Should also mention that this is not my first Kia. Back in 2010 I bought the first gen Kia Soul. Had that car for four years. Outside of regular maintenance, that car never saw a repair shop. So I feel confident this car will also be highly reliable. Go check it out-and ask for Perry!

Bought tires at my last scheduled maintenance. Developed a slow leak. Brought it in mid-afternoon, no appointment. Took care of it promptly, even washed it for me, no charge. I’ve been going there for 8 years, always great service.

Medved sales people were on point. They were very respectful, replied promptly, never had to wait more then about 30 minutes for a response. Nick alger, michael chase, and willy where awesome. Nick went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Helped us with every question and problem we had. They were willing to drive the car to me an hour and half away from the dealership just so we could test drive the car. Recommend everyone to go here if you are looking for a car.
I worked with George Butler on finding a new vehicle, and he made my experience one of the better ones that Ive had at dealerships. He was enthusiastic but not pushy, and knew the details behind the different trims that I was looking at. Overall I highly recommend working with George if you get a chance!

This was my 2nd car buying experience with Medved Kia, and this was so much better than the first time around. Our sales associate Trevor was awesome to work with, easy to talk with, and more importantly for us, he didnt make us feel pressured and worked with us instead of against us during price negotiations. Trevor made sure we had everything we needed while we waited, took his time with us and even stayed late beyond closing time to present our vehicle and see us off. Thank you so much Trevor!!! Next is Alex in financing, from the start he was very personable and made the process as easy as possible. Neither of these gentlemen made me feel like I was wasteing their time and made the whole visit easier and more pleasant than car buying can typically be. Overall a very good experience, Perry and Thaddeus were responsive and great in answering questions, especially regarding the changes from my 2019 Sportage to the 2022 Sportage.

Gerald was informative about the kia forte 2019 for oldest daughter, and good for her height. The car was nice, and he cut through the chase, and didnt pressure us on buying the car. He told us what he could with trade in, and money down get numbers right. Overall good better most dealership. Might go back for newer truck one day, and oldest daughter loves her car college future car.
