Im mostly very pleased. Doug is a champ and he has a lot to do with why I come to Medved for service. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the difficulty I had setting the appointment. Any dealership that is forgetting that they are in the people business and not willing to answer a phone is making a mistake. Now that I know what to do, that wont be a challenge.

I had an appointment at 10:00 for an oil change on my CTS. The car was there on time and left it with the understanding it would be completed no later than 4 PM. I arrived at 4:45, the car was not done and I waited until 5:50 to finally get my car. I think 7 hours is ridiculous to get a simple oil change. When I paid by credit card, I was charged an additional 3%...this dealership needs to figure out and practice customer service.

These guys did an amazing job repairing the hood the grill of my new SUV that somebody backed into. They are awesome and have earned my continued business.

I purchased my Cadillac from Medved in December 2020. My sales person Gerard Made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find a vehicle I wanted. Hunter in finance also did a wonderful job and help me get the warranty I was looking for. The only issue I’ve ever had with them was in the service department when I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light. Like I said I purchased a Bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership and I had to take it in two months later for a check engine light which ended up being a purge control valve. After spending five hours between the drive and sitting at the dealership I was told that I could either pay $300 and some change plus $100 and some change to get my car fixed that day because the warranty company was not open on Saturdays to approve the repair. I told the person in the service department that I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty and this item is Definitely covered under that warranty. He said there’s nothing I can do about it. That I could either pay to have it repaired or I have to come back another day after he gets approval from the warranty company. I was not happy about this and I came back the following Saturday and it was taken care of under warranty. When I did come back on the following Saturday they took my car into service and it was repaired. I went to say hi to my sales person and I ran into Michael Chase the used car manager And I explained to him what had happened On the previous Saturday. He was very upset about the situation and got my car taken care of right away and he also waved my deductible. I also found out that the person I had dealt with is no longer working at the dealership. With that said I would highly recommend this dealership four either purchasing a car or for service. There was a little snafu look they made it bright and did an excellent job making it right. Gerard Menard Is excellent with customer service as is Michael Chase. Something that ishard to find Anymore. Do not hesitate to use this dealership.

Everything was great, service people were very good and your facilities are top notch. My only thing would be they broke the cardinal sin of customer service, under promise over deliver. I was told when making the appointment it would take just over an hour, it took over 3 hours. Would have made different plans to spend the time rather than just sitting there.

I purchased my new car at MedVed last week and I’m so happy with it! The staff were all very kind and professional. I was given the space I needed to look at the cars and allowed to leisurely test drive each car I wanted while narrowing down my decision. There are some limitations with certain model availability now, due to Covid and supply chain issues but I was happy to see the MedVed lots are pretty well stocked and I ended up with the perfect car for me.

I made a 1030 appointment to have my oil changed.I checked in at 1025 and was told they were running an hour late. I decided to wait as an hour isnt terrible. The service representative said he would get my car to the shop and try to speed it up. I thought fair enough. At least he was trying. I gave him A for effortI went and set in service room after about 45 minutes I went for a walk and noticed my vehicle had not moved. Was not happyI waited another 30 minutes and the vehicle was gone so progress was being made after another hour went to service tech and he said oil was changed just waiting on car wash. I waited another 30 minutes and it started raining stopped by the service techs office and he said since it was raining he would go and retrieve my vehicle. He did promptlyA 3 hour oil change does not meet anyones standard.Thus is the worst customer service of any Cadillac dealer ever. I appreciated the heads up they were running an hour late and I undertand. But 2 more hours after that for a simple oil change is ridiculous

Our salesman was Colin Ferrie. He was very busy since it was the last day of the month when we stopped at MedVed to just see cars. He wasnt pushy allowing us to look at the cars without pressure. When we found the car we love he was able to get rebates even though we werent online with them. It took a while to sign up online and he was very helpful. Needless to say if you go to Medved ask for Colin.

HORRIBLE Customer Service, I have walked in with my family twice hoping to purchase a new vehicle and never do we get greeted, let alone acknowledged for ATLEAST 10-15 min even when the salesmen clearly see us.. (even when we are literlly the only people in the building.) My Husband has to go knock on someones cubicle space to get any kind of information. Bald guy (Maybe Manger) also not very friendly ...Figure if youre trying to sell and make some money the customer service should be A1 ....definitely recommend going to Park Meadows instead, great friendly customer service .

Bought a car from here. The car immediately started having problems. For example, the heater doesn’t work right. I took the car in to get warranty work done many times but they never fixed anything. I should be happy with a car I spent so much money on. Unfortunately, after my experiences with the dealership, I feel nothing but resentment. I wish I had not gone to this dealership.

As a customer of Medved since 2016, I am saddened to have to leave this review. We purchase our second vehicle from Medved in September. We got a 2020 Escalade that was new but had been used as a loaner for a visiting Medved executive. Apparently, this person took the second key home. We indicated that we were moving out of state and made multiple attempts to get the second key sent to us prior to moving. We have still NOT seen the second key, and it is now mid-November. We get no response when we reach out. This is RIDICULOUS and terrible customer service for a long time customer who has multiple family members that historically have purchased vehicles here.

Just wow!!! First indication of this shady dealership is the fact that they do not have the prices listed on their vehicles.Was advised they would give me $18k for my trade in and the car I was interested in was $32,900. After I told them that I did not want to finance the vehicle and wanted to pay cash...I was pushed to give my personal information anyways, in fact pushed numerous times to finance, and then they came back a few moments later and told me my trade in would only be $16k and that the vehicle price for the one I wanted went up to $35k. I was out of there quickly as they list ALL credibility with changing the prices I was originally told! I would not recommend doing any transactions with this shady dealership and I will never be back!!! Infuriating interaction! If I could give ZERO stars I would!

I had an appointment for maintenance to drop off my car and leave with a loaner. When I arrived there was no one to be found in the whole building except at the front desk. I told the front desk gentleman that I was here for a service and he told me I wasn’t in the right place to go back to the back and wait for someone. I waited for 30 minutes, and finally had to go find a sales person to help me. Finally someone showed up, and they didn’t have a loaner for me. Had to wait an additional 30 min for a loaner just to get back to work. I made sure to tell the gentleman when I booked the appointment that I needed one. I am really disappointed with the customer service of this place especially when you purchase a 80k car.

This establishment is always clean. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable when waiting to have your car serviced.

January of last year I ordered A tell me I had to prepay for the par and labour 6 months went by I cancel the part 6 more months went by I took it there for repairs and asked about my refund They only gave me a $100 out of the 400 and some dollars I paid Because its all me that some Canadian company bought it and they werent responsible A multi million dollar company screwing the little guy isnt that always the way it is

To many people complain about everything .... Just remember that before u read reviews here ..... This dealership has some of the best employees Ive worked with in a long time its like a small little family in here and they have more respect for others then most places l go to all the time ...after finding out how long service and the additional I added on would take they gave me a loner and sent me on my way and what I thought would take a few days took less then a day I was called the next morning vehicle was done and it was also cleaned.....the dealership manager was extremely knowligable Ive been a mechanic for over 20 years and u get used to people not knowing anything about cars I was able to talk to Shawn (manager) and he knew the answers I needed... The first person and last person we talked to was Doug and what an attachment u can make with this person he really knows how to make u feel like family and he knows how to talk to u in the right ways I felt like family so much I almost told the poor guy I love him when I was leaving lololol last but not least there where 3 other employees 1 was the rental car and again this person was really nice and knew how to relate with someone beyond what your avarage person would care to do ... Now Im bad with names but there was a women next to Doug who was really polite and extremly respectful last but not least the man at the front desk a really busy guy he was on the phone like crazy but as soon as he got a chance he said hello and welcomed us even tho he didnt need to .... I am happy that I got a car from medved and look forward to being provided with this level of customer service when I walk in thanks for being a great dealership and a big thank you individualy each and everyone of u.... my experience couldnt have been any better... So I didnt buy a new Cadillac (went with a different make) but these guys are great. They put up with my indecisiveness, gave me a great deal, it just wasnt the car for me this time. The sales manager and salesmen Erik went above and beyond. If youre looking for a Cadillac I would say go see them. Very easy to deal with.Update 3 years later. I finally found the car for me! After the pleasant experience 3 years ago I decided to look at Cadillac again. This time I found my perfect SUV. My salesman Mark was very easy to work with and was able to keep my payments where I felt comfortable. Every time I have been to this dealership they have gone above and beyond. This was my 3rd visit and 2nd vehicle from this dealership. Always great service.
