Dye actually reconditions the vehicles they purchase from auction to make sure they are road worthy. Great place to purchase a used truck.

This was probably the easiest purchase I have ever made from a dealership. It was straight forward, no hassle, and timely. I worked with Gino and he was friendly down to earth and informative. Everything he told me, he followed up with. My financing was secured and all the details were disclosed beforehand. When I went back in, I reviewed all the documents, signed and was out the door. No hidden fees, no haggle, no non-sense. Everything is up front. I told Gino what I was looking for, he guided me towards what I needed not what he wanted to sell. No pressure what-so-ever. I made my decision after an on-site inspection, Carfax review and test drive. Any and all concerns were addressed before I left. Gino was good in trading my truck but when negotiating price he left out the D&H fees. We agreed on final price for both trade and purchase of used truck with no mention of the fees. I know that most dealers have those and I thought they were included in his final sales price to me.

Don’t trust Geno, or this shop. We recently bought a truck here, he said that if there was any problems to give him a call and he would work things out. We called him, he said he would give us a call back, he never called us back, called again the next day and he was no help. It hasn’t been not even a full month, we haven’t drove the truck much, all fuel injectors need to be replaced, that’s around $4k worth of work. Called him and he said there’s nothing he could even help with. We used the truck maybe 10x less than 200 miles we’re driven because we had to leave the state so the truck was parked. He assured us that the truck was in tip top shape and we believed him, bought the truck and now he’s left us. He said he would help, he didn’t. We told him we weren’t happy and his response was “you are happy”. Horrible customer service, and knowingly selling vehicles that need so much work. Complete disgrace, that someone would knowingly sell/finance a vehicle with problems and not mention it. They sure were giving us amazing customer service when we were deciding to buy but once they got the money we weren’t of importance.

Nick was helpful, patient and understanding. The truck selection was by far the best in Colorado and we loved doing business with a family owned dealership. They have 2 locations just up the street from one another, which was helpful, and they really knew their inventory. Our experience was great. When Nick asked us what he could have done better, the only thing we could think of was having some good snacks on hand, but than again its better to save more money,than overpay at a place with good snacks.

Be careful here folks, this guy will screw you all the way to the bank and not blink an eye. Also the BBB we found out has several complaints about them and it took the BBB to settle our issue with them as they wouldnt even think about making good for us. The salesman that worked with us in the begging walked away from us when we tried to approach him with our issue.

The owner David dye got my information from my credit app . then called me to try and solicit information from me about a friend. It is absolutely none of my business and think it’s very unprofessional, borderline criminal on how he thinks he can use my information or anyone else’s for that matter for his own personal use . I highly recommend staying away from a dealership like this .

Went and checked out trucks for my boyfriend. Test drove one, really liked it. As I actually looked at the truck there was body damage, and it needed new tires. Even though they said they were fine. In my book they needed to be replaced. Out of curiosity I asked how much it would be. One guy told me 800.00 if I bought them from them.. or 2,000 if bought from a store. So, we went home to think about it. Did our research online about the truck... they had given us the wrong year, and price. Make sure you Kelly blue book before you buy from them. Our sales man was amazing! I wish he worked for a better company.

They’re very unprofessional and the owner David dye who looks like mr. burns from the Simpson, solicited my information to try and gain information from me for a friend of mine, well trying to sell me on his marijuana products and or there business. Went to look at a 6.2l f250. When I started speaking with e salesman he asked me if I trading in my current truck and asked how much I owed I gave him the information and then started acting like he didnt really want to help me. We walked the lot to find the truck I came to look at. Once we found it he was supposed to go get the keys so I could look at the truck instead he came back out asked if he could do an appraisal on my truck . He did the appraisal on my truck and came back with an offer below blue book on it. I work in the automotive business and do my research and know what my vehicle is worth before trying to trade it in.

I have owned a truck bought from Dye auto 2 years ago. My truck has been sitting for over a year! They provided me with false information about my truck that I now know was false. My truck never had a front end rebuild. They would not give me the information about what was done to my truck! I have never had a company give me fraudulent information before Dye auto. I have mechanic reports that say almost every front end part was trashed 3 years ago at least. I was told by them that the steering stableizer is factory. They paint the bottoms of the trucks so you cant see what has been replaced. Dont do business here.

Ask for Nick when you come in. I stopped in on a whim looking for a mid-sized truck. Nick showed me around the lot and they had a perfect Toyota Tundra for me. They worked with me on financing and they have a great warranty for a used vehicle. The wind shield had a crack across the top (the truck had only been on the lot for two days) they offered to fix it without adding to the sticker price. Then they took 500$ off the sticker since it is March Madness. I hate it when people try to sell me things and Nick was straightforward while still being positive but not overbearing.

Gino, told my brother that they had $25k in a 2012 Ram 3500, but when I sat down with him and tried to make a serious offer, he claimed he had 31k on the truck.Flip Flop Shady Car Salespersons.I made a modest offer of 27500 on a truck he listed at 31999k.The most he was willing to budge to was 31.9k.Hes doesnt care how many vehicles he sells as long as they sell one every now and then.Their markup must be ridiculous if they didnt care that my brother, his friends and myself test drove the same White Manual 2012 Ram 3500, and didnt sell it.He doesnt want to do business, he just wants to make money.Remember theyre a used car lot, if youre going to pay the windshield price, then just go to a reputable Dealership.These guys pay at most half of what they want for it at auction.

The 1st guy we spoke with was named Tony, and we had stopped by this dealership to see about trading in a heavier duty truck for a lighter duty truck so we were gonna an appraisal on what they would give us for the truck we already had, and basically his response was Im not gonna do my job to inform you on what the value of your trade in is if I dont think that youre gonna buy a truck off of me. After which he kept trying to press an overpriced and high mileage truck on us which we were not interested in. He also seemed annoyed off the top. Someone needs to let this guy know that its his job to inform the consumer so that way they can evaluate their budget, funds, and the vehicle in order to make an informed decision. That it is in fact what the consumer needs, not him and his sales needs, that matter in the car buying process. He said he cared that we were getting what we needed but it was clear by everything else he said, his additude, and demeanor, that he gave no fs about us or our needs. Information being the most basic. After which his manager came out and was more accommodating and better spoken. Needeless to say this is not our buying place 100%.
