My car had been broken into, and the guys at Onel auto were very compassionate and understanding towards my situation. They were honest, quick, affordable, and provided excellent customer service! They treated me with respect and were able to take my vehicle in for repair with little waiting. This was especially important to be because I suspected an exhaust leak. I was right.They did an excellent job on the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. You cant even tell the vehicle was even in an accident.In addition to the repairs they provided good customer service. They called the rental car company for me and called again for it to be returned.They are a little difficult to find because theyre not right on the street but they are worth finding.Great job Onels!

These guys are truly the BEST at what they do. They fixed the rear quarter panel on the drivers side on my Jeep Cherokee. The work had previously been done by Caliber collision (wont ever go back there) and which did not hold up.Not only did ONEL fix my car beautifully and professionally, they cleaned and washed the entire car!!These guys go out of their way with customer service and in this day and age, its hard to find. I’m very pleased with Onel Auto Body and paint. My left quarter was cracked and looked really ugly from a bad job done at another shop. I called and went to a few shops who recommended that I replace the entire quarter panel at a cost of about $9,000 since the damage was irreparable. However, when I brought my car to Onel, he took time to assess the damage and went over my options with me. I got an estimate for a repair and it was very affordable. When I picked up my car, I was extremely pleased. My car looked as good as new and the paint job was perfect. I got my hood, left fender and the left quarter panel painted and will be going back to paint the rest of the car. I’m so happy I got my car repaired by them. Their communication was great and they answered all my questions and concerns very patiently. My car was sparkling clean when I picked it up. I would 100% recommend this shop.

I came here to repair a minor collision caused by the other party. It was a brand new car. I was very nervous. I collected a couple of quotes from other shops. I felt like I was talked down to with the other places, a lot of mansplaining. However,when I walked in to Onels, I was greeted by Andersons warm friendly smile. My 4Runner was hit in a parking lot by a young driver who couldnt decide if theyd pay out of pocket or claim it through insurance. Literally the area looks brand new, they finished on time and didnt become frustrated with the process/insurance company (I did lol). Highly recommend for their excellent service and great value. The gentlemen quoted me for removal of a dent on my front fender, as well as deep scratches from my rear passenger door on my 2012 Toyota Tundra. The price I received was an excellent value for those services. When I picked up my truck I was completely in shock at what a great job they did. Not only did they remove the dent and scratches, but they also restored my head lights to there original condition that were covered with oxidation. On top of that they took the time to detail and clean the inside of my truck as well as fix a bent bracket on my my step rails. When I picked up my truck they refused compensation for the additional work they did and never even mentioned it until I brought it up.

First off I would the like say that we call over 25 places trying to paint my bumper side fender and this place had the best price I could find. The gentleman was very nice a give me a price over the phone and didnt change the price when I went to his location in person wich has happened to me before. The guy told me it would take a week but he was done in 2 days :) When I tell you the quaily on the paint job was amazing and looks so great this guy saved me so much money compared to other paint places. I found Onels on craigslist. Since I dont have collision insurance on my 2006 car ( of course no fender benders in 12 years until I cancelled my collision), I thought Id try a small neighborhood place.He banged the dent out and painted. Its perfect. Replacing the rear bumper completely would have cost much more.They even gave me names of places to get a used rear taillight assembly. Saved $50 on that.Good people who work with you. Very happy.

I had damage to the rear quarter panel and bumper on my truck. They worked with me to use aftermarket parts I requested. They repaired and replaced all damaged components and showed me rust that they found that I wouldnt have known about until it was too late otherwise. Because of theyre above and beyond service I can fix the problem with minimal work. As long as Im in Colorado this is the body shop Ill send any of my vehicles to.

Onel auto body did a great job on my Ford bumper. I brought them a new bumper and they were able to prime and paint it within 24 hours. The color match was perfect and the finish was flawless. I’ve brought two cars into Onel’s and I’m extremely pleased with the work done to my vehicles. My 2004 Buick had a hood that wouldn’t close due to a fender bender, they fixed it in less than a day and for cheaper than every other shop had quoted me. We also have a 2007 Toyota that had been in an accident and feared was a total loss. Onel’s quote was again significantly cheaper than other shops, but the standard of work remained top notch. When I got the car back, it looked like a brand new vehicle. In the future Onel’s shop will be the only one I use for any body work.

My car got hail damage last year. I dropped my car off at the shop. The owner was really mean. He did not let me watch my car. When I came in to see my car, the boss was really mean to me. He said something mean in Spanish and wanted to kick me out of the shop because I came there to see the processes. He sanded my roof without asking me. I asked him to fix the hail not paint my roof and rails. He agreed the price $1800 (cash) then complain it was cheap. I did not get any receipts from him. I waited three months until the paint got cured so I could wrapped my car. The vinyl peel off the paint. He also called me cheap man. Onel can not even guarantee his work. A good job wouldnt have this problem. I would not recommended anyone come to this shop.

I was in a fender bender and decided not to go through insurance; I was looking just to have my bumper cover painted, but ended up having Onel replace damaged parts and install the cover too. Onel under-promised and over-delivered!The new bumper cover and other repairs look fantastic. The paint job matched incredibly well and Onelio managed to close a gap between the hood and fender I thought Id be stuck with.Onelio was courteous, honest and helpful throughout. There was no price-gouging on parts (it seemed like he didnt mark up parts at all!), recommending repairs / parts that were unneeded, etc. I love how the job turned out and would work with Onel again in the future.
