My Toyota Tacoma had hail damage. I took it to All-Star Auto Body. They did great body work and the vehicle was restored better than before the hail damage occurred. Callie was great to work with and very responsive. Unfortunately my satellite radio antenna was damaged prior to going in the shop (All-Star did not do this). The body shop took the car in a few times to try and fix the problem as the shop was the one that did have to re-mount a broken antenna. They bought extra parts and even consulted with a car audio shop. Each time it was returned, the car was clean and well taken care of. This has been the third vehicle that has had body work done at this facility. The company is outstanding and does amazing work. I will use them in the future! Hopefully not soon! haha.

Enjoyed working with All Star Auto Body. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They explained things thoroughly and kept me posted on the progress along the way. They finished the work on time as well. Id recommend them to others.

All-Star Body repaired my fender after it was damaged. They did a terrific job and in a timely fashion. They treated me with kindness and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend them!

Great place to get you vehicle fixed

All star auto told me that they could start repairs same day as drop off and to have my car towed into their shop and they would give me a call in a few hours to let me know the damages. I didn’t hear back so I called the next day and they are now closed for 3 weeks due to COVID. My insurance only allowes a rental car for two weeks so I am screwed. I also needed to get an item out of my car and it is now stuck there for two weeks while closed. I was never notified they were closing and in fact was told they could get the repairs done in a week or two. That’s why I towed my car there. I feel cheated and robbed and lied too. Extremely unprofessional and unethical

I was in a car crash in early October, I had my car towed there and was told about two weeks before it would be ready. I called after the two weeks were up and was told a part would not be in till the 30th of November, I had to return my rental already at this point. I then called on the 30th to check in again. I was then greeted with a voice message saying the place will be closed for two weeks because of COVID, no date of when this voice mail was made and no return date was given. I have been without my car for almost TWO MONTHS and have had to uber to work. I was never called or notified of them having to close I am left in the dark and have no way of getting in contact with anyone. I understand that Covid is a real thing but how they have handled this is more than unprofessional. To say I am upset is an understatement.

I absolutely recommend this place. My car was damaged from an accident and they communicated with me all the way through even when I would forget they would check in with me constantly. My car looks brand new and they even detail cleaned it inside and out for me. Such kind people here .

Took my car in after I was rear ended in a parking lot. Damage to the trunk, tail light, rear quarter panel and bumper. I received a detailed quote, and AllStar worked with my insurance company. They told me 5 days and my car was ready in 5 days. There was a small problem with the trunk gasket which they fixed immediately. The remainder of the work was flawless. They even polished some pre-existing scratches out near the damage! I have used All Star before and was well satisfied with their work. My insurance company sent me to a different body shop on one occasion and I had to go back 3 times for problems and finally gave up. Both times I have used All Star, I have been extremely satisfied and will continue to use to use them for body work needs as well as referring friends and family to them. The staff is so polite and pleasant. A great business!

Worst car repair experience I have had. They dont know how to communicate with the insurance company. The trunk rubs in three different places with the body. They broke my rear defrost and then refused to fix it when it was convenient for me so I had to fix it myself. They got there insurance payment and thats all they cared about.

Awful. Liars. Took them 17 days on what they said was a 4 day job. I was left with no car from a hit and run accident that wasnt my fault. No communication. I had to call multiple times asking what was going on with different answers from different people. Car wouldnt start when picking up and pieces missing and new scratches. Left with zero gas and a flat tire. They were of no help. Left with more problems then I went in with. Car at mechanics now when I took in for body work only with them claiming I had connection problems that never existed before. Never again

Prices are a little high, but they do a good job

Repaired hail damage on my Volvo S60 and oil couldnt be happier. Some parts had to be completely replace and others repaired and paint blended. All work done very well
