All body work done on time, perfectly. I love having my older car detailed, looking like new! Hasn’t looked this good since I bought it.

Dont sign the form.If you sign, and they mismanage the experience such that you no longer wish to work with them, theyll happily charge you for your time they wasted.Believe me. Theyll remind you how, You signed the form as they wave it in your face while you pay them; since they have your vehicle in custody.I cant think of another time Ive been directly charged for ineptitude, by the entity which wronged me.Also, Jana does sloppy work. She estimated 26 hours to fix two plastic panels that she insisted were high strength steel...to the point of arguing with the insurance adjustor about it.$726 lesson - take it from me.

My car was rear-ended and needed the bumper repaired. I was able to quickly get an estimate that was less expensive than the first body shop I contacted. They got my car in quickly and got the repair done in 3 days.The detailing was incredible - best my car has looked since I bought it.What really stands out is that I detected some problems with the finish on the bumper. It turned out that there were bubbles in the invisible bra. They agreed to replace it at their expense, and it now looks great. I so appreciate their integrity and that they stand behind their work, unlike my experience with another area body shop. I highly recommend them

I brought Golden Coach Works some unpainted bumper pieces to have them paint match the color of my current car. The paint matching itself was phenomenal considering I didnt leave my car with them. I had to do a little dust nib clean up at home, but overall they did a great job.Thanks everyone over at Golden Coach

I highly recommend Jana and Golden Coach Works. I was rear-ended one day, had a detailed quote the next day, and she had me on the schedule in a week. A rental car was waiting for me when I dropped off my car, and she kept me up-to-date throughout the repair. Everything was done according to the original quote, she managed payment through a third party, and my car was beautifully detailed when everything was complete. So much smoother than the last body shop I worked with!

A fiberglass storage door on our camper van was broken by our movers when we moved to Colorado. Golden Coach Works fixed the fiberglass piece and painted it so you cant tell it was ever broken.

2001 Toyota Tacoma parking-lot-T-boned by Dodge Ram that skidded on ice. Impact was at psgr door-front fender; damages appeared to be replacement door and fender. Found used door, new oem fender. Once disassembled, complication: hinge pillar bent so that new door misaligned to shut properly. Fortunately, repairable.Result was indistinguishable from before. Door perfectly aligned, paint blended and polished so no ageing paint color/tone differentials with adjacent body panels. Finish was more brilliant than my own best efforts.Other items tended to: replace cracked interior vent window latches, topper seal, touchup random scratches. Clouded headlights polished without my even asking. I removed my antenna prior as dont listen to broadcast radio but returned with new antenna which I will leave on.Repair is an art. Golden Coach Works skill and attention to detail means value to me---long-term satisfaction in repairs executed masterfully.

I took my 2014 CRV in with extensive damage to the rear passenger door at the bottom extending into the wheel well. I had an insurance estimate that was not adequate but owner, Jana Hudelson, worked with them and the damages were covered. The office staff arranged for a rental car and called me weekly with updates as they waited for insurance replies and needed parts. When finished my car looked like new. There was no evidence of the damage. Paint was a perfect match. They also completely detailed the car in and out. Yes, I now have a beautiful new old car!!!!! I highly recommend this business which is privately owned.

Jana and the staff at Golden Coach Works have repaired my truck twice for hail damage, once for a hit and run, once for a front bumper collision from a teenage driver, and my wifes Kia Forte for hail damage. The professionalism and precision that goes into their body work and paint work is second to none! Growing up in a body shop/restoration shop and doing body repair and paint work myself, I am very particular about my vehicles and how theyre repaired. Never has there been a question or issue with the final product. Love these guys and will always bring my vehicles to them and provide recommendations!

I was not familiar with Golden Coach Works when I was in an auto accident in November 2016. After my insurance company totaled my Jeep, I decided to try and save it. I found Golden Coach Works after a recommendation from the tow company that had my Jeep.Jana owns a top notch body shop and I feel fortunate to have taken my Jeep there for repairs. The customer service was great! After the tow yard refused to cover my broken window to protect the interior, Jana went to the tow yard to make sure my interior was protected by covering the broken window.The customer service was cordial, and professional. I was afraid that my Jeep could not be repaired, but Golden Coach Works did an excellent job and my Jeep now looks like new. The suspension and realignment are like new. I am now a very satisfied customer and really appreciate their attention to detail.I will recommend this shop for great body work!

(I.e., hand washed exterior and interior cleaning that included the tight areas within the heating/ac vents.) I most definitely recommend their service!

Jana (owner) gave me a competitive quote right then on-the-spot and was able to schedule the repair for a week later. In addition, unlike other shops that I received quotes from, they were able to repair my vehicle without a full-on replacement, which literally saved a me a grand!Also, special thanks to Carla for the complimentary shuttle service! This was huge given the inconvenience of not having a vehicle handy.The level of customer service that I received will definitely make me a repeat customer if/when I need their services again. Its quite rare these days to find a company that goes out of their way to take care of their clients, but I do believe that I found one.Give Golden Coach Works a shot. Long story short, great paint matching, sub par work. Avoid if you have an older vehicle you care about. They offered to fix this issues, however given the quality of work, and have already had to fix fish eyes upon the first attempt at delivery, I dont feel comfortable using them again. 2 chances to get it right is more than enough.Unfortunately one of my older favorite vehicles was struck by a truck in a parking lot doing fairly extensive damage to my vehicle. It creased the rear bedside, destroyed the tailgate, and pulled the one bedside in. I took it to Golden Coach Works on good faith from the reviews I had read online.Upon beginning the process, they were friendly and nice. Gave my an initial quote, and a deal was struck. I travel for work and they were willing to work with me on deliver and other issues that arise form being out of town.They ended up going significantly over the estimated time, as in 3 times longer. As well nearly doubling the price from the initial quote. Given these two factors one would expect nothing but high quality work. They even charged me more for work that they said they included in the quote, but forgot to add to the price.However, upon delivery of the vehicle, there were pinched wires, interior trim panels that were removed for repair, were very poorly reinstalled, the window motor/circuit in the rear of my vehicle was no longer functional, even thou it was still functional inside of the damaged tailgate.Furthermore at one point they must have locked the keys inside the vehicle, and had to jimmy the lock to get in, in doing so they broke the locking mechanism.They didnt even bother to remove adhesive residue from a previous dealer logo on the tailgate they used to replace mine.Worst of they were to repair the rust on my fender, The vehicle has been garage kept since its return and has not seen road time, the fender is already rusting through again!

I had this shop repair the inner part of a door and door jam after someone destroyed the paint while helping my wife retrieve her keys from inside. They were able to match the tan metal flake paint with the rest of the car and the repair was completely undetectable. Good price too.

Wonderful experience. My car had some damage done to it by another shop and Jana got my estimate to us after we sent her some pictures. I didnt have to wait for weeks to get in to the shop, just to get an estimate, then wait more time to get the car fixed like the other shops. She set up a rental car for me and still came in cheaper than the others. It was all hassle free and the work was amazing! My car looks brand new and I couldnt be happier. Highly recommend to anyone!

A supposedly 2 week job took 2 months and 9 days my truck is still not the way it was supposed to be because they never properly replaced parts. But what they did do was good.

My truck was badly damaged from the 17 spring hail storm and Golden Coach Works did a fantastic job fixing it. No matter how close you look, you simply cant tell where there was damage or where they fixed it. They even touched up a couple other spots for me for free. There were a couple minor issues on reassembly (small things missed) but as soon as they heard about them, they drove to my work, picked up my truck, and had it corrected and back to me the same day. Great service.

This shop is a great find. Staff has been very responsive, they are organized and excellent at what they do. Jana is the owner and very knowledgable and honest. If you need body work, dent repair, frame work, auto paint, help with restoring your baby, call them. Theyll work with your insurance if needed and give you peace of mind.

I took my 1978 Silver edition 25th anniversary Corvette for some fiberglass work to golden coach works. The vet was in show condition. The fiberglass work was stellar. The paint matched perfectly. However, while in the shop, the exterior of the car was damaged. They also tore the fabric on the drivers side door. I think that the tech who did the work let his tool cart ding the drivers side of the vehicle. While in the shop, the other side of the car was also damaged. I advised the owner of the shop of the damage when I picked the vet up at their shop. They have paid to have the fabric repaired at a shop of my choice after sending me to the shop they try to get one to use. The place looked like it was out Ma and Kettle on the farm. It did not inspire confidence. Now they have refused to repair the exterior damage even though I had a very substantial personage with me who has intimate knowledge of the condition of the car. When the owner and I discussed the damage she said that I could bring the car in that day however, it would sit outside - at the height of the hail season - until September 22nd. The car is, of course, all fiberglass. In the event of a hail storm - which happened shortly after I picked the vehicle up - the Corvette would have been ruined. They are now refusing to do the exterior repairs and have even threatened legal action if I dont stop reviewing on the various review venues. I shall continue. I am like the terminator. I have no fear. I can not be reasoned with. And I WILL NOT STOP EVER! They should get in. Sit Down. And hang on.

Jana and Golden Coach are the best! Ive taken my vehicles here for years, for everything from a side mirror replacement, to dents and dings fixes, all the way to truck bed spray liners. They definitely know what theyre doing and always have some pretty cool cars in their shop!

After dropping off my car I was told it should be ready in the next 6 possibly longer, I had no idea longer meant 3 weeks. It is going on 2 1/2 weeks and I have not had my vehicle. Between a poor insurance rep and extremely unprofessional body shop my 6 day wait has turned into 16 days and I still dont have my car. I would recommend no one have your car fixed here unless you are willing to wait a month. Why tell your customers day or times it should be ready without know completely it will be? Twice we have been given false pickup times and I am beyond pissed I have never posted a negative review before but I miss my car so much and every day I feel like Im never getting it back.

I would not recommend this business to anyone based on my experience. They neglected to fill my coolant back up all the way, added cvt fluid to my transmission instead of auto trans fluid, refused to pay for a coolant flush and refused to admit they made a mistake, in addition they had my vehicle for almost 2 months and still couldnt finish the job properly.

First off email them to get a quote for a undercoating job. Email them, then got a call the next day from Carla and gave her my information to be past on to someone else i guess to schedule. Didnt get a call till about 3 weeks later.Finally talk to get a schedule estimate and the relpy that it wont be till November to the actual work.All in all customer service should be number one priority not laid on a a desk waiting for 3 weeks later. So this is my share experience to any one takes it into consideration.

Golden Coach Works repaired the front-end damage to my vehicle after a minor accident. Customer service and repair quality were spot on. Interior auto detailing was an added perk. I will certainly use them again if needed.

We had them work on repairing and repainting a hood which was damaged and they did such a great job. They were able to quickly get us in for an estimate, the customer service was great, and the final product looks fantastic.

Im fairly new in town, got in an accident, and Golden Coach Works was recommended to me by a local business owner. Id like to ask what else that owner can recommend just so I make sure to avoid EVERYTHING they suggest.Golden Coach Works told me Id have my truck done on a Friday. 18 DAYS after that Friday I finally was able to pick it up. Not hold it an extra night or a weekend, but almost three weeks...all while promising not today, just a little while longer multiple times.If any of that sounds reasonable to you, or if, say, you hate your car and really like rental cars, you are in luck--this is the body shop for you.I get that stuff happens, maybe they were backed up with work and didnt have capacity, but each excuse and delay and apology was followed by Golden Coach NOT actually calling me to tell me if they were finally done, which meant that--based on my cell records--I called them over a dozen times in that period to figure out whether they had lied to me again or if I was finally going to be able to pick up my truck. I was forced to cancel a planned vacation to Moab at the last minute and make multiple allowances based on the total lack of faith I had in any new delivery estimate they gave me. On one occasion and after multiple assurances I ordered an Uber and was 30 minutes from their shop when I decided to call *again* only to find *again* that because of one thing or another they were going to have to hold it over the weekend... which became 4 days. Why didnt they just call or text to tell me this in advance so I could plan accordingly?!Only bright spot was that it became a running joke in the office what had *actually* happened to my truck, as in, Maybe rather than fix it they decided to rebuild the whole thing from scratch and got lost bringing the iron ore down from the mountains to smelt and turn into toyota.Finally they were done (no complaints about the work itself) and when I went to pick the truck up I noticed two separate places where a part was missing or damaged and not replaced--including the front license plate, which I have nothing to attach to or with--and Golden Coach Works assured me they would get right back to me with info to pick up the two parts and get them on the car.As of this writing it has been two weeks, still no phone call, email, letter in the mail, brick through the window with a note attached...nothing....And Id call, but lets face it, will they just make an excuse and then expect me to believe them when they tell me to go ahead and come in tomorrow?

Horrible experience!! Car was there almost eight weeks for minor damage. Warranty work was required and the Body Shop Tech. came out of shop and used threatening and abusive language to the customer. BEWARE...Definitely try some other shop in town!

2016 car show season is approaching and I thought that I would provide 6 month update review. Not entirely happy with my results, and Im still disappointed at my car. Was recommended here as they supposedly had amazing body work/painting skills. To be brutally honest, the only thing that was amazing to me was the sheer lack in quality work that was done on my car. In June 2015 my car was involved in some pretty decent hail damage, somewhere to the tune of close to $9K. I made a claim with insurance and then asked if the could also fix two holes in my front bumper about half the diameter of a pencil. Was told no problem. Later on I was informed it was going to be an additional $398, which I thought was a lot for two minor holes, and I had to pay out of pocket, but I digress I okd the repair as I appreciate quality work. My fault there. Dropped car off on 8 July 2015, and told it would be done by 22-23. Didnt get car back till 7 Aug 2015. I wasnt in a hurry for my car back, as I have another car. Take your time to do the job right, Im patient, and I just wanted to have updates with my car, which I did not receive unless I called them. Upon receiving the car, I was shocked to see the lack in quality work that was done. There were a number of issues that needed to be addressed, and I was told to bring the car back in two weeks to have them fixed as the paint needs to be cured more. I typed out a page outlining issues with what I received. Door handles were scuffed and discolored, paint runs along the body and hood, edge of hood had little to no paint on it, fender edge had no paint on it, rear deck lid was wavy, old chipped emblems reused when new ones were supposed to be used, interior was a mess, missing interior tabs. Two weeks later took the car back and was told issues would be taken care of. Got the car back, paint run still in hood, edge of hood painted over with a paint brush, same with fender, Rear deck lip still wavy, missing tab in passenger door. They tried to order the interior tab for me, ordered the wrong one, told me they ordered the right one. I ended up ordering the right one myself as I was growing tired of the disappointments time after time. My car is a limited edition model, its numbered, and I was expecting a top quality repair. My insurance adjuster only put my damages at half of what GCW estimated me, but I chose GCW because I was under the assumption I would be receiving quality workmanship. In the end, I would probably not recommend them as I am not 100% satisfied with their work. Granted they did do some type of repair thats why this is not a 1 star review, they did do some kind of work, just not work anybody would or could call quality workmanship. Its embarrassing to me when I take my car to places and people point out the flaws that werent fixed correctly. Hopefully GCW has improved the quality of work coming out of there for any subsequent clients.***Update*** Jana fixed some of the issues with the car. Still not 100% like the car used to be, but its enough to meet a minimal acceptance.
