Kyle and crew took super good care of all 3 cars that had hail damage

I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! My car was damaged in the hail store in Colorado and my insurance company told me to go here. After getting my estimate I gave them my car and they said it would be 4-5 days. I waited a week and was very patient at first. After a week and a half or so I called back for an update and they told me that my car had more damage than originally expected and it would take about another week. (It would have been nice if they called me to tell me instead of me having to call them) I wait another week and call and they said another problem came up and it would be about 3-4 more days. I wait another week and call back and this time Im transferred to the regional vice president apparently. He is very apologetic and sympathetic of my situation considering Im already out of a car for 3 weeks or so at this point when they told me 4-5 days originally. He promises me Ill have my car back no later than the following Wednesday. Of course that did not happen.... This exact same pattern continue to happen for a total of 5 weeks. I was constantly told oh itll be 3-4 more days something went wrong here or something went wrong there. I received maybe 2 calls in the 5 weeks my car was with them. I had to call every week only to be lied to about when I would receive my car back. Now here is the best part of it all... I get my car back today and there are deep scratches in the paint underneath the door handles. Those were not there beforehand and I look forward to getting the pictures the insurance company took beforehand to prove that as well. I call the company and speak to Jessica who right away tells me they didnt do it and that I must have not seen it before hand. She immediately says they wont do anything to compensate me or discount the service. Its odd too because if you read the most recent review they have on google its a similar story to mine of terrible work done and the vehicle returned with issues.....

Had an adjuster come from auto works. And she cost me and my company 11k job. Very unprofessional. Couldn’t even tell where dents were. She lied to our customer and stated she worked for liberty mutual. Very bad company. Very shady. There’s a reason they have so many 1 star reviews.

Ive been fortunate to not need to visit body shops often, but this was by far my best experience. These guys did an amazing job repairing my truck after a hail storm. Excellent communication along the way, which is often hard to find. I even had a few parts I wanted swapped out to change up the look of the truck, and they helped me with that, saving me tons of time on my end. Now the truck looks better than when it was new. If I ever get stuck in a hail storm again, I know exactly where Ill be headed for repairs.

Good job. Good price. I recommend. My car was done a day after what was promised. The price they quoted, me was what I paid for. I knew it was more for the repairs, but they stuck to my request and did a good job.

I brought my hail-damaged car to Autoworks at the recommendation of my insurance company, and am extremely disappointed in several ways.First, the good things: The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming, and an asset for the company. Also, they performed the repairs much faster than originally anticipated (4 days, versus the 10 they said it would take). And I believe the dents are gone, but its hard to tell...Because (cue the bad things)...the car was returned to me in absolutely FILTHY condition. Its dirty as can be on the outside with dust, rain spatters, leaves, and even hunks and strings of dried adhesive that they didnt bother to clean off. Inside the car, there are also little pieces of debris all over the place. It also appears I have new scratches and damage both inside and out. Its minor stuff, but its damage that didnt exist before I brought my car into this shop.Additionally, although they completed the work much faster than anticipated, they didnt give me any updates until the call at nearly 1 pm on a workday that I needed to pick my car up by 5 pm that same day. I had to scramble to rearrange my schedule and drop a few meetings so that I could make it in time to get my car, which was inconvenient, but not the worst thing. They also informed me that the cost of the repairs was 60% higher than the original estimate! They never bothered telling me DURING the process that the charge was going to be so much higher, even though I specifically remember completing paperwork at the beginning of the process saying I was authorizing work up to the estimate and that I wanted a heads up if it would cost more. My insurance company is paying for this, so its not the end of the world, but its just BAD BUSINESS to charge someone so much more without giving them a heads up first.Beware if you are paying for your own repairs that this shop is shady in their practices and will likely charge you WAY more than estimated without telling you first. And know that if you expect to get a clean car back when theyre finished, youll be sorely disappointed.

The Auto Works Team was extremely helpful in getting an adjuster out to look at our vehicle that was damaged by hail. They were fast, friendly and incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend the Auto Works team. With highest regard, Jennie Bratten

Our experience with the repair was not as expected. Brand new truck was damaged by hail and taken in for repair, it too 3 weeks to repair and we were shocked to see in what condition the car was returned to us. parts were missing on the tonnou cover, cover was not installed, car had trash in the back of the bed, truck had scratches on the cab that were not there before we took it in, truck was filthy dirty with bird droppings all over. Not even able to see if the dents have been removed. Whoever made the call to tell us that the truck was ready for pick up should have gone outside and checked it first, and have a quality control manager approve it before calling us, this was a huge waste of time as the two of us had to take time of work to come and see this. This could have been easily prevented if management would take time to quality inspect the truck before delivery. We decided to leave the vehicle there for few more days and give the shop one more chance to make things right. I will review Auto Works once again when we pick up our vehicle for the second time. I hope this time will be completely different experience.

We had a shopping cart put three dents in my driver door. Stopped at Autoworks on my way out of town to see if they could do the job. Not only did they get me in right away but they did an outstanding job of fixing the dents. There is absolutely no evidence of the damage. My hats off to these guys for doing the job they did. I highly recommend them.

Chris was very helpful and genuine. Got me in for a minor dent and was out a few hours later looking like new.

Ive watched there work and its flawless

These guys did a phenomenal job on my car which had about 10 years of parking lot and garage neglect form the previous owner. They removed about 20 / 30 door dings and miscellaneous dents of varying severity on the doors and rear quarter panels. Afterwards, you would never know the work had been done. One of the more severe dents they pushed out had a tiny piece of paint flake off, likely due to the depth and sharp angle of the innermost point of the dent. A little touch up paint and you would never know. (all seemingly par for the course with PDR)Bottom line: I will be taking my other vehicles to Autoworks in the future if / when they need PDR.
