Great place if you are craving something sweet. Churros are really good. We went with the vanilla ice cream and cinnamon churro. I also had the mango lemonade and it did not disappoint. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely come here again.

Churros are one of my favorite desserts to exist. I was quite excited to try this place when we visited California and unfortunately, I was very underwhelmed. I’m not really a fan of soft serve, so I ordered the churro alone. It was very dry and a little too crispy. I wish they had an option of a filled churro if you choose to get one without ice cream. I assume that the churro would taste a little better with ice cream to soften out the hard shell. It is also quite expensive for a churro. I ordered regular cinnamon and sugar with a Nutella dip and it was so hard it was difficult to even dip it into the Nutella. The space itself was clean and well kept and the presentation is nice. They also discontinued the Thai tea drink which I was excited to try :( Overall, very average churro on its own, I would definitely try it with soft serve.

Yummy churro and ice cream. Stop by here for my first time. They pack your order to go really well. All the topping and dips are in there own container so you can put it together at home or outside.

Staff were exuberant and fun, Churros were crispy and delicious! The Dalgona coffee was pretty good as well. I love that it comes in little resealable bottles. It is indeed justsoft serve and churros, but definitely worth it for a fun lil foodie picture/extremely hot instamodel selfie or a date activity!

Interesting experience. I liked the churro without any sweet stuff on it. The ice cream and the stuff thats put on the ice cream were sweet enough. The churro was crunchy and fresh on the outside, yet nice, warm and chewy on the inside. The flour this place uses is lighter than other churro places. I had the Oreo cookies and cream combo. The soft serve ice cream was nothing extraordinary, just regular. It was a bit pricey, but its worth the experience. A fun place to visit because its unique.

The trend now is to make a more photogenic desert. From the loop, to Afters, to Milk. FORTUNATELY the loop is one of those that has a gimmick to get you to come in the first time and a delicious desert that gets you to come back again and again.

Food:The churro is the main attraction here and it doesnt disappoint. You can customize it. They sell it in mini sizes and regular. I have ordered it by itself with no toppings, but no one really does that.They allow you to choose the glaze, which you have strawberry glaze, matcha glaze, chocolate glaze or white chocolate glaze. Occasionally, they will have seasonal flavors like guava and cake batter. I dont ever see anybody get glaze by itself.You can also get toppings on it. They have sprinkles, fruity pebbles, almonds, oreo crumbs, and biscoff cookie crumbs. You can also add in self serve, which they have. Cheesecake, mini reeses, cookie dough, and marshmellow are part of the flavors.Last, they have dips. You can choose to dip it in nutella, dolce de leche, tiramisu, strawberry or cinnamon.On another note, they have special Birthday Chilled Loop and Creme Bruloop Chilled. I tried the Birthday Chilled Loops. It is pretty good. You get a bunch of things going on with it. First, you get a churro glazed in cake batter covered in sprinkles. Next, its placed in ice cream birthday cake vanilla with cake crumbs. Topped off with chocolate Pearls and a lollipop. It is pretty intense for one person.qDrinks:Tinder Mango Hisbiscus is delicious! Make sure to mix the two flavors together. It has a sweet taste. You cant control the sweetness level. They also have KKW Guava Lemonade, Cardi B Raspberry Mint Mojito, Thai tea, and vietnamese coffee.Service:The cashier is friendly. They occasionally have someone go out and clean the tables. The rest of the employees seem busy making your churros.Ambience:The room is very bright and white. They have some tables inside and outside. The way they have the line set up is weird. You order first from the register, but walk pass workers who decorate the churros. They make it to order.Amenities:1 unisex restroom. Its pretty clean for the only restroom with a lot of traffic. Indoor has air conditioning, which makes the dessert enjoyable to eat. There is a free selfie machine, but no one really uses it.

Saw this on Instagram so I decided to try and I am glad to say this was a great experience. The staff were really friendly and let me know of their collab with Scooby Doo where if you order their Chilled Scooby Doo churro, you get any drink free; this will last through September so make sure to stop by! The soft serve is amazing, the churros are delicious and the drinks are refreshingly perfect for a hot day. Definitely worth the visit, I would highly recommend! 🍦👍

Got the Creme Brulee. The churro was fresh, crunchy on the outside, warm and soft inside. It tasted exactly how I imagined it would. So good! The ice cream was creamy and smooth, not too sweet, with a little bit of frozen fruits to balance out the sweetness. An amazing treat.

I get the Covid concern and Im all for safety. But literally one person in at a time? Multiple employees and they only help one person at a time. Then to make it worst, all the the ice cream and toppings are individually packed so you got to put it all together somehow. I do not work there and I do not know what goes where. The employees are no help and they just leave your stuff in a basket giving you zero instructions, good luck figuring it out. Total disappointment, Never coming back.

Glad I check this off my list of place to stop. There nothing close to this in the bay area. The Churro were extra crispy and held up great in the soft sever. The lemonade was nice and refreshing and came in a nice bottle. Will be back frosho

This place used to be packed... new foodies love it, why not? Honestly though, its way over priced, nothing special, and the novelty is not enough to bring me back for their product. Youre just adding some soft serve to fresh various flavored small churros... save your money, go to Costco and get theirs for 3rd the price.

Went in after 9pm and greeted w a full line passed the store itself!! But the lime moves so quickly and they have a great system set up. As many other reviewers say, its overpriced churros, which, yeah kinda steep for a family of 5 to pay $38 for 5 churros. Yes you CAN get them cheaper at a swap meet or snack shack, but its definitely NOT artisan the way these ones are!! I personally had the mermaid one and didnt get a super trendy pic of it cause it was good sweet warm and yummy treat! The glaze and sugar crystals were a nice accent to the churro, the chocolate mermaid tail tasted off for some reason, but it was ok, just didnt fit the taste of the churro, maybe more of a deco than flavor scheme. Child had a caramel popcorn loop, made me feel like every tooth had a cavity, way too sweet for my liking.

Keyword in these reviews are right: all hype. Yes, the line was at least 30 minutes long. No, the food was not really worth that long of a wait. Thats not to say the food was bad, but... I mean, come on, theyre churros and McDonalds-grade soft serve. Its probably something youll want to try once, and then maybe visit again when you have a sweet tooth and the hype has died down.I had the Cheesy Berry, and the churros themselves were hot and crispy. The syrup and soft serve were mediocre, and tasted more artificial than I expected. The cheesecake bites were what youd expect at Yogurtland. Knowing that, I would probably have opted for a glazed or dipped churros just for the novelty of it.

Line goes OUT the door but the workers and service are extra fast! I really hope they expand bigger especially since its so popular! BUT NOT much space to sit, relax, and enjoy. my churro definitely needs more space to sit.

Came here for the first time today. We ordered the smores and cookies and cream chillers. They were both delicious. The churros were great. Crispy outside and soft on the inside. The smores churro had toasted marshmallow fluff on it, and its served with a smores as well. The soft serve is really creamy. We will definitely be coming back to try more of their varieties. Its easy to see from the street. We were able to park relatively easy. I would definitely recommend to anybody who is interested.

Great experience here! Ordered the Beyoncé lemonade which was just a watermelon lemonade but it looked so artsy! Service was quick and great. Only problem was that parking space is limited but that is not their fault.

I saw this place all over instagram, and as a churro lover I couldnt miss the opportunity. (Never miss a churro!) Upon arrival I was underwhelmed, but turns out, theyre pretty good! Churro was hot, light and fluffy. the soft serve was well, soft serve.. but! The churro flavor possibilities are aplenty for those feeling frisky.

Great atmosphere, open late, friendly staff and best of all, delicious churros. The only gripe I had was about the dipping sauce being a bit too thick which made it hard to dip the churro.

Churros and ice cream, a match made in heaven. This place does it well. They have acclimated well to the COVID environment by providing pretty cool packaging for to go orders. Problem is there is no place to eat outside.

Slow service but tasty drinks. My Thai ice tea tasted great in this high heat day. My girlfriend tried with Boba and was satisfied. The menu has big variety. Will try it again for different drink next time.

Ok saw these guys & not going to lie drove an hour out of our way to find them and they absolutely did not disappoint!So glad we did, service was great, they let me sample one of the teas too decide which was very helpful so tried to mango hibiscus tea and of course a churro ice cream too.Both were fantastic and I got the collectable tea bottle so Im thrilled.

Churro it self taste good. The concept is unique. I ordered a dulce de leche and the dulce de leche was poor quality. Also the vanilla ice cream was very plain. Not really good. I will recomend this place for the churros itself. They delicious even tough if served hot can taste better.

Wow this was more than churros, it was a churro experience due to not being able to eat it here, the kids had fun building their churro at home. My favorite was the creme brûlée would definitely come back.

Ive heard so much about this place and figured Id try It out. I got the Cookies and cream Ice cream and the Cookies and cream churro. It was pretty good, but nothing to go out of your way for. Basic churros and ice cream.

5 stars for the churros and the fun factor. We had a glazed churro and a chilled one - both were very good! Went on a Monday night, so it wasnt crowded at all. Service was friendly and quick. Definitely better boba to be had elsewhere though... But seeing as that isnt their specialty, I dont fault them a star for that.

The need to learn how to speak English. I stopped by today, bought a chilled. I bought something from here so I wouldnt have to make at home. The packed it to go and side everything was on the side. I didnt come here so I had to make my dessert from home. With the 7$ I used i couldve made what they gave me at home. I came for the spectacle of a churro and ice cream

Server tonight was rude to us. Let a family of three in before us to order. Told us (also group of three) we had to order outside one at a time.When we actually went to order, they only had vanilla and orange flavors.So over-hyped.

I completely enjoyed eating here. I brought my little family and each of us tried something different. We all LOVED each of our choices - Butter Cookie; Birthday Cake, Oreo Topped, White Chocolate and Almond! The line was long, but the staff worked quickly to get it down; as soon as they did, it would form again! Not a complaint, but a compliment on how good it is here that it is so popular! Staff did a quick job of getting everyones orders out. The choices can be overwhelming, but just plan to go back! Or take a large group so you can try different ones! Staff was on point with keeping the tables clean and the floor swept up. The restroom was even clean and did not smell funky. My ONLY suggestion would be to offer some of the cookie butter syrup as an additional dip or extra toppings. Ours needed a little more, but Im not sure if staff understood what we wanted, so we ordered another one with extra cookie butter syrup, then shared it!

We ordered the sampler, which is 6 mini churros for $14, and they serve it in a huge to go box with plastic on it. I told them I didn’t want to use that due to eating at the restaurant, and they said this is ALL they had to serve it on...So I threw away a HUGE TO GO BOX, in the trash because there was no recycle...I’d like for them to handle this and serve it better and be recycle friendly and considerate.

Nice little treat. Service was good. At the end of the day Churros are Churros but what I enjoyed the most was the drinks. House milk tea was awesome and you can get it in a Loop bottle. I will go back to try the Thai tea.
