Best shaved ice in Colorado! Great atmosphere with great employees. It has a Hawaii vibe to it even though it originally is from Texas. They have probably over 100 different flavors sour flavor sweet flavors even weird stuff like pickles. You can get toppings as well like jolly rancher pieces Chili powder Salt cinnamon and other stuff like that. The kids love going there and it isn’t to pricey either.

Line moved quickly. service was good. selections and choices are plentiful. place very clean. good family environment.

Awesome shaved ice. Somewhere is the middle of ice cream and regular shaved ice. The flavors are great. Cucumber flavor is so refreshing! Good customer service and the orders were ready in no time, even with a line.

Such friendly workers. The guy who rang up the group I was with made each person feel like an important customer. The shaved ice is yummy!

Absolutely amazing, fresh squeezed lemonade; probably my favorite ever and Ive tried a lot. My biggest gripe would be that the 24 oz lemonade seems like it really only has like 6-8 oz of actual drink in it; most of the rest being just ice and a small portion of the fruit they add.The other downside is that I have been the only customer waiting in line with a fairly empty lobby before, and have had to wait for a while just to be acknowledged and have my order taken. I dont mind waiting, but it would at least be nice to have a well be right with you.The location itself appears to be fairly clean in customer areas. Prep areas behind the counter might get messy but never seem dirty which I appreciate.Overall Ill possibly be back, but wont make trips as frequently as I originally though I would. I have not yet tried their shave ice, but friends have remarked that it is tasty too.

Really yummy shaved ice options! Super friendly staff and very fast service. There are so many options, I highly suggest looking at the menu online before going. They have seating outside and have some indoor seating available.

Big bright clean store! So many choices! Smoothies, shaved ice and hot cocoa! We love DQ but give this place a try for something different.I had a root beer float with ice cream, so good and that’s a small! Yummy! Go you won’t be disappointed!

Honestly I love this place. Always have always will. But today employees moved so slow- like I’ve never seen before. You guys are obviously making the revenue.Get some of these people a extra hand.This is the Franchise’s owners job!The managers job.You guys need to make these employees happy!

The shaved ice and flavors are delicious but I have never waited less than 30 minutes even on slow days. Online orders seem to take precedence because if you pay close attention every item being made for periods of time go into a cardboard to-go tray and into a deep freezer while the line of people in store are still waiting for their items. Maybe one station should be reserved for online orders while the other 3 are for in store orders. While the items are delicious its definitely only a once in a while occasion for us because of the wait.

Love this place! I try a new flavor every time I go. Small is plenty good enough for me. I tried a baby size but it wasnt enough. I like the princess, wedding cake, tropical, blue raspberry, cucumber and dill pickle. Very refreshing on a summer day. Try it and Enjoy!

1st time here. Was better than Kona Ice...the ice was shaved very fine, almost like ice cream. They have about 30+ flavors to choose from. We didnt get up the courage to try the pickle juice flavor!

Best local dessert. So many flavors. Owner is super friendly and staff is great. I recommend the super sour flavors.Edit: gotta update my rating only because the last 3 times I’ve gone, I’ve ended up with no flavor in the middle parts of my treat. When this place first opened up I never had this issue but it’s now ongoing which sucks because I love this place.

I hate to do this but I have to. This place makes great snow cones but the customer service and the wait kills all that. They have two teenagers on shift every time we come. Although we do a online order we still wait 30 minutes or more to be serviced. Its ridiculous. People are waiting for their order or to at least place a order beyond acceptable wait limits. This will be our last time and Im letting my friends and mom group know about this.

Experience start to end: I’m currently in line waiting. I myself work in customer service and understand busy days. We were waiting for probably 15 or so minutes until someone decided to grace us and tell us someone was gonna be with us after three or four employees walked up to the register without saying a word. I’m not mad at the rush, but LMFAO, service today was laughable. And I would like to apologize for pissing you all off by coming in on a busy day and thank you for letting me know when I picked up my order.

Great place, on a hot day. So hard deciding which flavor you want theyre all great! Tropical creme added is my favorite with any flavor.

Loved this place the first time I went but today I paid over $5 for mostly plain snow. Very busy, but the options are delicious and endlessCame back the next day and it was a 30 minute wait before we would have our order taken. We were only 4th deep in the line. Another customer was complaining that it was taking too long and made it a point to make it known that she was mad. One of the employees was kind to her and explained that they were overwhelmed with online orders and that was why it was taking so long. I can see how that would be an issue. Perhaps a solution for this could be having a staff member or two be only responsible for the online orders that way the customers in store can also be equally as important. Will this deter us from coming back, probably not. I just hope that we dont have to experience such a long wait again.

What a treat! Wed seen the shop a few weeks ago and had to go back to try. We love shave ice, it was a special treat to have it here in Colorado.They are practicing solid social distancing. Masks and only one group in ordering at a time. We had 2 groups ahead of us and the wait was short.I got a root beer shave ice with sweetened condensed milk - my favorite flavor when in Hawaii. They really upped their game - they layers the sweetens consdence milk IN the snow cone, not just on top! Yum!Kids both got blue raspberry and cotton candy pink. One with gummy bears on top!Husband enjoyed a Strawberry Freeze Cake smoothie, but kept stealing my root beer! Haha 😂We have our punch card and we will be back!

I made an online pick up order 7/5/21 @5:58 I arrive and it says my order shouldve been ready by 6:02, I got there early as there was a rush. I go in to a huge line . I get in and hear the workers behind the counter say not to do online orders due to them being busy in store. I had asked for my money back and had to wait another 20 minutes til I could get my refund. So disappointing. I understand being short staffed but they had 4 workers making orders, no one at the front counter, and everyone making orders were taking there time as if they didnt see the line out the door. People in line I had talked to waited from 4:45- till about 6:35. So ridiculous!

Good sno cones but it was a really long wait, over an hour. They only had 3 employees making the drinks, another girl occasionally taking orders. The team members have no sanitary training. Bella kept touching her face and glasses every couple of minutes with her gloves than touching the ice for the drinks. Another girl dropped the cordless phone and the battery top came off and she picked it up off the floor with her gloves than proceeded to also touch ice with the same gloves on. The young boy picked a cup off the floor with his gloves and continued preparing the drinks as well with the same gloves. They need some serious OSHA training. It was hard for me to want my sno cone after witnessing all of this.

I got the special flavor of ice, candy corn, with vanilla ice cream and carmel syrup. It was delicious! So much flavoring was added to the shaved ice and it was piled so high! I got a small and it was huge! Definitely worth the money and worth trying. Will be back to try a smoothie.

Fantastic they play Christian music and great service. Friend lost a bet and had to try the worst two flavors. The staff was so happy and excited to help make it memorable. Pickle and lychee are terrible (note the other 5962 flavors are amazing 😍😍😍😍😍) but wow her snowcone smelled like dirty feet and perfume. It was amazing

Horrible! We just waited 1.5 hours because they only had three people. The line was clear out the door and the staff moved like turtles. I will never go back, that is so pathetic and unprofessional. Plus our drink was horrible. They looked like a dear in headlights.

Ordered online to be picked up. The bottom half of our snowcones are all ice without syrup. Messed up the flavors in 2 out of the 4 we ordered. Super disappointed.

I usually love making the trip here for a good treat. Word to the wise: the sugar free flavors are TERRIBLE! Its just bitter, and not just as an aftertaste. The calories of the regular flavors are worth it. That said, great curbside pickup experience.

Placed an order at 6:42pm to be picked up at 7pm when I arrived I tried to call for 20 mins and couldn’t get through so I walked in and they apologized and said they would make it at 7:40pm still no order called again and got told they gave the order to someone else but will make it immediately. Then I received my order at 7:50. We specifically put extra juice and yet three bites in it was just plain ice

Tons of choices! Sweet/ Sour? Both! Amazing toppings! Yeah, I totally recommend this place. My kids go through the roof for their shaved ice. Soooo cool to watch them make your frozen delight. Not the health nuts choice, but a great way to cool down and enjoy some time.

Its a very good place I recommend the horchata or the mango with campy its just so goals my favorite strawberry and extra creme with ice cream in the middle worth your money!!

There are so many great things to say about this place. First off the shave ice is fantastic. So many options for flavors as well as a plethora of other drink choices. Price is unbeatable. A large will only set you back $4.99 and they have a punch card for frequent visits. To top if off the flavor of the day was Joe Exotic and I couldnt be happier about that.For anyone concerned about going out right now, they do online ordering with curbside pickup. If you go inside they have taken every precaution to stay clean with masks, gloves and line markers. Please go support these guys you wonr regret it.

By far the best/everlasting first impression i took my family here and as soon as we sat down outside my daughter dropped her baby snow and without any hesitation the owners family immediately asked if we would like another baby snow! I just went to Bahama Bucks and it was clean inside. The workers were super nice. Thay also have a large selection of flavors. The also have a nice selection of sugar free flavors as well. I got sugar free watermelon and Jamaican punch they both were really good. Its a tiny bit spendy but worth it. Highly recommend the Jamaican punch and to try this place out.

My son and I are big fans, we live nearby and bike in if we haven’t left the house in a while due to COVID. The staff is super friendly and even if they have a lot of online orders I don’t think we’ve waited more than a few minutes for our order.If summer had an official flavor, it would hands down be blue coconut - try the rainbow to get this one and more! My son likes the horchata, and it’s definitely worth a shot.

I live by the other location but was in the area visiting family and was disappointed. I got the gummy bear with sour patch sauce and compared to the other location I had 5% of the sauce and gummy bears. My husbands had almost no syrup and no sour patch sauce in his as well. And our daughters was the same. I asked for princess sprinkles and got party sprinkles (not a big deal) but for a toddler...boy I sure got it. There was syrup and sticky all over the floor and counters and the employees just seemed kinda of careless when making them. Not sure if it’s because they are new and busy so they are stressed or what. But I didn’t have the best experience at a brand new location like I had expected....
