This is akin to the franchise Rita’s but far superior with homemade flavors and an Asian flare.

Since the line at Joes Italian ice was 2 hours long, I decided to go to this place. The flavors cater to the general population of Asian locals and such. So flavors like Taro, Lychee, Passionfruit were on the menu. Also some Horchata and chocolate ice and regular flavors were there to choose from. Its a nice hidden location in a small plaza. No line to wait, had a large group having their cold treat on a hot day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Gave me 2 samples to try and explained the ice and custard combo. Great cool treat for hot days. You have the option of going with custom curated Italian ice treats or making up your own. I personally tried the tea-holic. Everything about the flavors were amazing.

Love this place everyone is always so nice. They always ask if you need to try the flavors to make sure you are getting what you want. They have all sorts of crazy combos of flavors but most of them taste good. I love the fact that it’s opened kinda of late as well, just Incase that craving hits a little later on. Love this place.

I love places like Rita’s but this place has its own take on it by adding creative combinations they they know go well together, not to mention they make the finished product look very cute. This is my first time here and I got the most popular thing which is the strawberry cheesecake, it’s a combination of strawberry Italian ice and custard with cheesecake bites. The strawberry ice with the custard tastes great but the cheese cake bites along with the Italian ice just ended up tasting a little funny and I think that topping in particular just doesn’t go well with the Italian ice. I will definitely be coming back though! I might not get any toppings next time lol but it doesn’t need it anyway because the flavors can stand on their own. Good place!

Absolutely the best place Ive come across for ice cream. Its actually authentic. Taste ABSOLUTELY delicious. The customer service was superb.I honestly was and I still am very very impressed work my whole experience each time Ive gone there. I didnt expect it to taste so good and I was pleasantly surprised. Also the prices are insane cheap.. Seriously WONDERFUL place to go..

This is a nice small place for dessert.I did not find their ice cream or Italian ice to be that great overall. They have interesting flavors and creative combinations but nothing that would really bring me back.Not bad though. If I was craving Italian ice, I dont see why I would not go here as opposed to Joes Italian Ice.

Its a cute little joint with many different flavors of Italian ice and other drinks. My 7 year old loves it. Service is friendly. Lots of young teenagers hanging out there from the nearby high school.

I tried Bomb Pop which consists of vanilla custard on the bottom, layered with blueberry, wild cherry, and lemon ice on top. Its a nice flavor blend of buttery, tangy, and sweet all around. Im sure there are many other ways to eat it but I chose to scoop deep through all that layers and taste all that icy and sour but sweet and creamy all at the same time. The portion was generous, even considering to share the small size kup and that should be enough. I would come back again and try their other flavors.

I just finished my first visit here after random chance of trying to find a shave iced place to eat at so my family and I didnt have to drive all the way to Frostbites and we are so glad we did! The flavors are amazing and there are a good variety of options to choose from and there are quite a few topping available as well. Not only is there shaved ice, there is also tea drink options with toppings available. The employees there were really nice and patient in letting us try as many flavors as we needed to before we made our final decisions. I reccommend this to anyone up for or planning to have shaved ice in the future.

Amazing customer service and desserts

Came here with a dream and a craving for froyo after a day at Disney. Ended up leaving with a little souvenir bottle full of thai tea with boba and my partner with a dole whip/mango concoction with tajin and chamoy. We were both extremely happy. Ended up going one more time before driving home and promising to come here again for future trips. Its 10/10 and we wish there was a location closer to home.

Amazing! I have 25 allergies and their horchata Italian ice works for me! Flavors are light and refreshing. (My lethal allergies are dairy, gluten, and coconut.) They have a lot of natural flavors and others that are artificial. The young lady behind the counter was knowledgeable about ingredients. Thank you! 😁

Its good, creative idea of mixing custard and Italian ice and way better than Ritas. They have a good variety of flavor combinations to choose from or you can make your own. The staff are very nice.

There is so good they have so many different flavors and I like to go Mondays because Mondays you buy two get one free

When my friends said lets go get Italian ice, I prepared myself to be underwhelmed. I mean, whats so exciting about some colored sugar syrup over shaved ice?I was happy to discover that Kups takes Italian ice to another level. There were interesting flavors I didnt previously associate with Italian ice. I got the Teaholic and it was awesome. I loved the three tea flavored ice - thai tea, matcha, and earl grey. I also loved the mini boba too. Delicious dessert!
