If I could give negative stars I would. I used to work here and the boss was so rude, she literally told me that she does not create my work schedule to accommodate me but to accommodate her customers. Clearly she does not care about her employees and she only gave me one work shirt snd expected me to work days within a week with one shirt. She also did not let me change to morning shift and would rather have me walk home at night. I did not drive because I was young. She truly is careless about her employees. This place needs to be checked and replaced with a new boss, employees are worked like dogs at this place with no respect.

The ice cream professionals were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our experience a great one! We will definitely be back!

I like this baskin robins allot. The staff are nice and they give you huge portions of ice cream for the price you pay.

The particular time I showed up there was a wait to get into the store due to a couple large families taking a long time to do their transactions. The staff was already irritated by them. So when I got in, they were short with me as I ordered. Maybe it will be better next time.

This location is ALWAYS out of multuple ingredients whether its a flavor of ice cream, bananas, toppings etc. Not to mention, the staff here is extremely RUDE! I thought Id give it a try, but after 3 different occasions where I was treated poorly, and them being out of everything...Ill go back to Dairy Queen or Cold Stone.

We used to love going here as soon as we got off work from the hospital.,but now they are always closed 25 minutes before they are even supposed to and refused us. So I dont think we will be going back.

I visited this location on Friday 7/10. The line was taking so long as there were only two workers. One worker was busy helping customers, the other one was making waffle cones... with her bare hands! I watched her user her cell phone, answer the business phone, wash a few dishes and then dry her hands on her dirty pants before grabbing the cooked cone off the iron and making another one. At one point I even saw her scratch her face and then touch a cone. Although, when cleaned properly, it’s probably necessary to use your bare hands (as imagine the cooked cone would stick to plastic gloves?) but to not wash properly before is repulsive! This young lady was more focused on getting the nightly tasks done before helping the 15 people standing inside/outside, first. I’ll never go back! I understand the night chores must be done, those took priority over customers.

Dont go there the last 30min they are open. 3/4 of the menu is not available. Ice cream scoops only. They had all the flavors but half of them were not being sold because the were unopened from the freezer. Why go through the trouble of having multiple flavors of ice cream in store if your not going to sell it to the public? Very strange. Why put items on the menu if there not going to sell those items to the public. I wonder what they tell customers that come in 10min before they close?? Im guessing the say go to diary queen. Thats where I went after I wasnt able to make a purchase at Baskin Robbins and by the time I got there it was 10min before closing at dairy queen and they were very nice and actually wanted to sell me ice cream. What a concept.

Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Baskin-Robbins. The service was absolutely deplorable. The people behind us in line were assisted before I was. When I requested my order be taken since I had been in line longest, the employee replied “I am not going to help you. You need to go over there” and pointed to the cash register. Both of the employees were extremely rude. In addition, the store was out of many staples. No hot fudge, out of many ice cream flavors. Empty ice cream containers. I will not ever be back.

Disappointed in this BR location. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Several flavors are unavailable and/or the staff didnt feel like getting them out. One of the flavors we got tasted very old and the cone we purchased came broken. The tables outside look like they havent been cleaned in months. This location offers special creations cups and it was nothing like the images and not worth the additional cost. I will go out of my way to go to a different BR location next time.

The store only has a maximum occupancy of 5 people total, including their employees. If you have any type of family you might want to try another location or plan on spending hours waiting outside.

I have come to this location multiple times every time Ive went I have had problems with a worker named Melissa I had problems with Melissa asked for her name so I can report her to a manager when asked of her name she lied also in that night I went in a good hour and a half before they close I asked for toppings and she told me shed already washed the utensils on another occasions that I went to the store she is did not wash her hands before serving she doesnt take care of her hair properly so it does fall on the ice cream. If you simply asked questions on how many flavors you can choose she gets an attitude you have questions about the store she gives you an attitude that girl really needs to have proper training or get a new employee

Ordered a birthday cake that probably could have been made better by my 13 year old. Looked like a weird Picasso version of the cake I ordered.

Went in the store at around 5 p.m. on a Monday. Store was filthy, staff was mentally handicapped and they were out of everything... even vanilla ice cream. I hope everyone there goes to jail.

We went in for 4 orders.. They messaged up and I gave up after 3... The manger was so rude to the point telling someone they couldnt have hot fudge on their sundae it is too messy... Really! They had very little to choose from as far as flavors.. They can only have 5 people in at a time.. That is fine but there are nice ways of saying it...

I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday and the store was closed (during business hours) when I went to pick it up. No way to get a hold of anyone about getting my cake. Finally they answered the phone today and was told a manager would call me back. I received an email saying they had refunded my money, but offered nothing for the total inconvenience. Will never give them my business again

Walked in to get some ice cream with my boyfriend. One of the workers helped me with my order. Some people walked in behind us when my boyfriend has not been helped yet. The other worker asked the people behind us what can I get for you, and my boyfriend says I haven’t been helped yet and she looks at him and proceeds to help the others. Very disappointed and disrespectful of them. Was about to walk out, very racist.

Everything was great. Everyone was friendly. Stephanie made us feel welcomed and answered every question we had. Thanks to her we will definitely be back. We will recommend this place to everyone

Perfect stop for the grandkids on a really hot day!

The girls were very unsanitary they didnt have there hair pulled back, one dropped the ice cream between the buckets and tried to give it to us. Just wasnt a good night there at all..

Ice cream case is filthy. Witnessed server running her bare hand along the frost in the ice cream counter. Another server dipping bare hands into ice cream containers with a taste spoon and putting it in her mouth. Questionable hygiene issues. We left quickly without buying anything.

Owner is rude af! She messed up my sons cake, charged for a larger one instead of small i ordered. She had the nerve to tell me i should have gotten the larger cake out of the freezer. BUT I ORDERED A CUSTOM CAKE! SHE was Rambling on about how she was counting calories. She is insane I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. SONS B DAY RUINED! 07/31/I love going to BR for ice cream. I literally go at least 3 times a week!This store can be very friendly when it is staffed by the right people. I have been very disappointed in the past with certain female workers who have terrible customer service skills. I havent seen them in a while so I am very happy. Tonight I was very happy with the service, a young man named Adrian P. was very nice and had a great attitude. The other two young men who were working (I dont know their names) are also amazing workers who always help us when we go. I love the service weve been getting lately, I hope it stays that way.

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream but this particular location seems always under-staffed and missing something. Once I waited for 15 minutes to get serviced only to find out they ran out of waffle cones. Another time I was the only customer there but they ran out of very berry strawberry ice cream. Whoever is in charge with inventory needs to do a better job.

Baskin Robbins is one of my favorite places to get ice cream. I like to being able to choose over multiple flavors, like cotton candy, strawberry, and chocolate chip mint. When youre looking for a place to chill and lay low, I recommend going to get some ice cream from Baskin Robbins.

Terrible service, had no flavors, had no toppings the caramal syrup wasnt even warmed up at 5 oclock in the afternoon, had a hair in out ice cream would never go back and highly do not recommend for people to go.

We have been here a few times, this time when we went the customer service was horrible. They had 2 people behind the counter who were busy talking with each other and could not be bothered with helping anyone in the store. An older gentlemen walked out after he couldnt get their attention. I had 4 small kids with me so was stuck trying to get staff to help us.

Manager is rude and a drug addict. Ive known 3 people thats gotten fired from there. One for being a teen and being forced to work later than 10 pm on a school night on multiple occasions. And one for being late on a changed scehedule he knew nothing about. He had his schedule showed up 20 mins early or so he thought but the schedule had been changed without telling him so he got fired. The manager and owner likes yelling at their employees and breaking child labor laws. Dont let your teens work there. Ive seen the manager buying drugs and doing them by the trash can around the corner while she throws the trash.

Baskin-Robbins ice cream is the best. The service at this location is slow and unorganized. They are always our of something like whip cream, nuts and strawberry topping.

Wow this is probably the worst service I have ever had all employees were on their phones. They didnt even acknowledge I was there. I ended up asking one if I could get an ice cream cake made to pick up she said she didnt know how asked the other employees who didnt know. I ended up walking out after twety minutes of no one knowing what was going on while conversation amongst each other on the weed they are going to smoke on break.
