I worked with Rick today and I would give him 6 out of 5 stars if I could. He was so patient and so kind. He did everything in his power to help me and we even had nice conversation while we waited for my phone to transfer. I was in the store longer than expected (my fault completely) he never lost his patience with me. Thanks Rick!!

Bought my first iPhone from Patrick about 3 years ago. It was an upgrade from a $10 Walmart pay as you go phone. It was an iPhone 7, not the latest at the time but a big upgrade from the $10 phone. Got my wife an iPhone 7 Plus at the same time. Patrick made it easy and pleasant. We stayed in contact because we visit the restaurant next door to his store. Just upgraded to an iPhone 13 Pro and again Patrick made it easy and pleasant. I highly recommend this store.

We went to this store because my Google Pixel 3xl had stopped working. I immediately assumed I needed a brand new phone. Pat, who was on duty at the store, was both friendly and helpful. He looked at my phone, looked into its warranty, and told me that I could call the warranty center to get a new phone because my phone was insured. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and, instead, told us how to save money on our account. We appreciate that Pat wasnt pushy; he was straightforward and honest with us. Even though he told me that, because I had insurance on my phone, I could get a replacement phone at no cost, I ended up buying a brand new phone. Pat took the time to listen to my needs and helped me make an informed decision. (He even talked me out of getting more memory than Ill ever use). I really do appreciate that. And the install was the quickest I have ever experienced even though I had so much loaded onto my old phone (photos, videos, contacts, etc.).Thank you, Pat, for all your help! We will return and will refer others to your store.

IDK where to begin. The experience here is by far the best hands down. Better than any corrupted (corporate) store. If you can lose track of 2 hours of time by laughing and having a good time, youre in good hands. These guys did everything and then some. Dont waste your time on the phone with Verizon or any other of their stores. Stop in. And have an actual experience worthwhile.See Ricky!!! Tell him the ginger bearded dude sent ya.

We wanted to add a phone, keep the previous phone, but transfer info from the tablet onto the existing phone. Because it was more convenient, we visited a corporate Verizon store first…they basically gave us a number to call & said that they really couldn’t help us.I had purchased phones/tablets from Russell Cellular in the past & that’s where we ended up. Our sales associate, Ricky explained in detail what we needed to do & guided us through the entire process.Our experience was straight forward. I will refer friends & family to this store…& we will be returning customers.

I have dealt with another Verizon Store in Crossroads Square Shopping Center in Westminster and the Verizon Store in Eldersburg, both of which provided terrible service, and was so happy to have found Russell Cellular in Carroll Plaza. All Service Representatives at Russell Cellular provided the best Customer Service that I have seen in years. They were extremely professional in every manner possible. Should I ever need personal assistance regarding anything at all dealing with my cell phones and services, this is the place that I will go, and I will recommend Russell Cellular to anyone and everyone that needs any of the services that this store provides.

Always a great experience at this location. The staff makes upgrading your phone a pleasant experience and they dont try to scam or upsell you. Honest people and A+ customer service!

RICK WORKED WITH ME FOR 7 DAYS TO GET ME NEW PHONES. I HAVE BEEN WITHVERIZON FOR OVER 30 YEARSAND THE LAST 7 DAYS WERE THE HARDEST, ON ME AND MY WIFE. SOME HOW MY ACCOUNT WAS MESSED UP. IT TOOK MANY HOURS TO GET I.T. TO FIX IT. THANK YOU RICK AND RICK TO GET US HAPPY AND NEW PHONES.

Initially, I visited the VZ corporate store in Westminster, MD 21157, and after four hours of being there, I still was without service. I returned again the next day only to be shuffled out of the store as the rep informed me they didnt have any replacement phones in stock. He referred me to the VZ retailer. In hindsight, I should have gone to VZ Russell Authorized Retailer in the first place. Pat, the store manager, tried to troubleshoot my phone without success. He then gave me options, and solved my dilemma! I highly recommend Pat and Verizon Russell. Save yourself time and energy. Go to VZ Russell Authorized Dealer FIRST if you are in the Carroll County, MD area! Learn from my mistake! Rick needs to be cloned in this day and age!

Rick was awesome but we were on hold with the customer service line for over an hour. For as much as Verizon charges, you should have a better & faster customer service line, especially on weekends. The larger store in Westminster’s customer service SUCKS! Glad we came to the store off Englar.

Patrick was very casual, non-pressuring, & knowledgeable. He engaged in friendly conversation, showing interest in us, while also performing the tasks of educating us on options, completing the computer sales transactions and downloading everything possible from old phone to new phone via the cloud. Unfortunately the cellphone our daughter wanted was not currently in stock so she had to order it online. The overall experience by us was much more pleasant, personalized, and timely than previous experiences at Verizon stores.

Patrick Weisman has been my Verizon rep for over 10 years. I have 10 phones on my acct and I have followed him from the Mt Airy store to the Westminster store. I trust everything he says and tell you if you lost him to another company I would follow him. I have sent him many customers. Russell....I know you bought the comp.last year. Dont lose him.

Today I dealt with a man named Patrick at the Verizon store. I REALLY did not want to buy a phone. He sold me on the cheap price. I then upgraded to higher GB so it was about $80 more but I still bought the phone because he was a really nice man, good salesman, very personable. My mother and I initially went in there just to see what could be done about my iPhone 5. My iOS system crashed. I was in a bad mood about it. Patrick had a great personality and made my annoying tough process much less painful. He went above and beyond. I wish more people were as nice to customers as he was. Thank you Patrick!
