Alex, the store manager, was absolutely amazing. His explanation of what my phone needed, and my options to achieve a fix, was understandable and he answered every question I had. The price was great, the turnaround time was very quick, and my phone is like new. I highly recommend this location and will certainly take my business there again.

I took my phone in after running over it with a tractor. Of course the screen was shattered but the frame was also badly bent. They were able to transfer the insides of that phone to another phone I had that was water damaged. Although I am sure it was much more work and time than originally estimated they were able to fix it and honor original quote. I would definitely use them again and refer others to them.

Verizon does not install screen protectors anymore. Luckily, this store is only a couple doors down. Always fast and professional. They stand by their work too. Replacement screen protectors are cheap and quick to change. I alway get friendly service too.

I busted the lens on my two year old phone. Rather than fixing it, I used my insurance plan to get a new S8 plus from Samsung. I didnt trust my phone provider or myself to transfer my data over to the new phone. My contacts, photos, texts and password saver were essential downloads that I needed transferred to my new phone. On my initial phone call to Fix My Phone, Jay explained the process that they use to transfer these important items to my new phone and told me that he could have it done while I grab a beer and dinner in a local restaurant. Within two hours, Jay had all my data transferred. I had a password saver that was not backed up and a vital item to recover. Jay recovered the data and saved to day. Best $75 that I ever spent. Jay and Alex are great! Oh, and make sure you TIP your technician.

Shattered rear camera lenses on my iPhone 12 mini when I fell off my bike. Had them replaced in ~30 minutes. The repair was done cleanly considering that I scraped the lens housing badly. Would recommend!

Incredibly helpful people at this place. They also have great awareness of the situation people are in when it comes to their broken phones. I came in when it was empty to get a screen fixed. While I was there, 1 of the 2 employees there was about to go to a really late lunch but a rush of people came in. The employee saw it and decided to help out everyone in line while the other guy helped me with my phone. Do they deserve a cookie for doing their job? Hell yeah these guys do! As a person in healthcare and used to work in retail, I know things come up where your coworkers and customers/patients need your help. And I’ve seen enough people that don’t seem to care and still leave. Good people work here and sometimes that’s all people want. But I also wanted a fixed phone, and they did that quickly and effortlessly and for a much cheaper price than if I went to the Apple store.

Oh no! My screen is cracked. But alas it was just the screen protector. Fixmyphone had the right screen protector in stock and installed it quickly and perfectly with no bubbles like when I did it myself. I definitely will use Fix my phone again!

The staff and general manager were super helpful and kind. It was very pricy for them to fix my Samsung Note 8 (part of this is the type of phone I own) but a month later definitely worth the price. Parts have a warranty of 30 days I believe. Definitly recommend them!

Broke my screen a couple weeks ago, they repaired it but some of the adhesive didnt quite set on the lower portion of the screen. Didnt mention it because it was miniscule, thought itd be fine. Dropped my phone last night, fell maybe half a foot and the lower part completely exploded. Cant say for certain that the reason my screen shattered so badly was a result of the lack of adhesive, my fault for not mentioning it right away. But they were very reasonable with pricing for the second repair, Id say they did it at cost. 10/10 would recommend.

These guys were a lifesaver. My kid dropped her phone yesterday morning and completely cracked the screen. Shes been getting into photography and loving taking pictures with her grandmothers old iPhone that she now uses. So its very special to her. As a lot of parents can probably relate to, when her phone broke, it was as if a part of her broke as well. It was really sad to watch. And Im not a guy easily moved by feelings over material things. But I saw how much fun she was having with the phone and could really see how hurt she was that she made this mistake and dropped it. So I decided to buy a new phone or get it fixed. I found someone in Denver who said they could fix it and were having a half off sale. But it was a long drive. So I called around and found these guys. They were able to do it in 15 minutes less time and though it was a little bit more in terms of dollars, I think it was worth it. I highly recommend them. Plus, when I called they texted me a coupon for $10 off which brought the price closer to what I would have been paying in Denver. Some other places that I called told me it would take an hour and a half because it was really difficult. I felt like they built it up in order to charge almost double the price. These guys did it in 1/3 of the time for about 75% of the price. Well worth it.
