In fact all the whole staff I came in contact with, with great!My son came in with my today & was running around like a crazed toddler, it was stressful but they didn’t let it bother them, which helped me be less stressed. She helped our family save money, too! I’ve had some really poor experiences years back in other Denver Metro Verizon corporate stores. I would recommend to go here instead! OMG, I’ve never been to a phone place like this before!! ❤️🥺 Shanell is the absolute greatest and honestly helped my boyfriend out so much, and we are such STANS of her, we absolutely love her. She even convinced me to move phone company’s ( hes with Verizon ) I’m with T-Mobile and really customer service is truly everything, it means more than anything she is the true definition ( ABOVE AND BEYOND ) and any company should know she is such an asset to work with, and truly Verizon / Cellular Plus, is blessed to have a store manger like her. ❤️ I can’t even begin to name the amazing quality’s she has. But I will 10/10 be coming back to this location, everytime we need something just for her.

Went in to look at new phone options today and had a great experience with Dylan and Will. They were extremely helpful through the process. Would absolutely recommend going to this location if youre looking for great customer service.

This store is an excellent store with great customer service. We bought my elderly disabled mother a cellphone at a different Verizon store and then refused to do any of the set up so we went to this store on Reed Street and they were more than happy to help us with everything. The person who helped us is Josephine Lopez. She was extremely patient, friendly, kind, and professional. We would have been in a lot of trouble if she had not have helped us. Thank you Josephine, you ROCK!!!!

Sad I had to even leave 1 star.Most UNPROFESSIONAL store I’ve ever worked with and I’ve been with Verizon for 5 years! Looking at cutting my contract because of the numerous errors and constant lack of communication. Never would have agreed to a plan for 2 people over $325 - who would?!?Can’t correct the mistakes they made - April (store manager) and team members have caused more headaches than help and are the reason I’m in this mess. Stay away from this store.

Ive been to several Verizon stores; been a Verizon customer for about 13 years now, and this is by far the best store I have been to. The store manager, Jason, was fantastic and extremely friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I spent most of our time there just talking - Jason was very knowledgeable. We ended up leaving with what we came for as well as a great customer service experience. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be revisiting this location in the future!

Liz and Daisy at Verizon were AMAZING!! I’m from Kansas and my phone completely quit working while I was in Denver at a medical facility. I didn’t know what to do so far from home. I went into their Verizon store, and they bent over backwards to help me! They answered ALL my questions and set up my phone. Liz even called me on my way to Kansas to see how I was doing with my new phone. This is the customer service experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend the Verizon store in Westminster; it’s truly the BEST!

In short, buy your phone through an actual Verizon corporate store or online through Verizon. Buying a phone through this third party will only bring you headaches if you run into issues with your device. My wife bought a brand new iPhone 11 pro (which included a new SIM card) here. The phone within 3 weeks started to loose cell connectivity for extended periods of time. Brought it back to this store and they told us they could swap the SIM card out for $5 and then they preceded to try and sell us a screen protector. Needless to say, they were of very little help. We have tried bringing it to other stores to get better assistance but are always told to go back to the store we bought it from. If you contact Verizon directly they send you a SIM card for free, this 3rd party will charge you for services you dont need to pay for if you go direct through Verizon.
