WONDERFUL experience! I could not be happier with switching to T-Mobile, as their guest service is fantastic. Very patient and making sure I got the best deals! They even paid off my phone! I cannot thank Darius and Niki enough for their help today, best location in Colorado hands down.

So, I visited this location after my husband decided to turn my cell phone off that I had on his account.......he was cheating and I called him out. Anyhow, the poor girls in there were SO FLIPPIN AMAZING. They did so much for me and I can never thank them both enough. Those two girls need the biggest raise and be taken out to lunch by the manager or whoever! I cannot say enough great words about these two girls.......they went absolutely above and beyond, and were so sympathetic to my situation. I honestly cant thank them.both enough!!!

The clerk in the store had her music blasting so loud couldnt even focus on what she was saying! Very Rude for a place of business!

Worst customer service ever. Called in to see if I could upgrade my phone. No one could tell me what cost difference was. Walked in the other day and waited for 20 minutes to find out they didnt have the free upgrade phones in stock. But before they could help me I had to cancel my service plan Id been paying for 2 years on.

The tweens that work there are rude and hateful. They would rather eat lunch than help customers. My son is autistic and was anxious for a new phone and they didnt care to help us. We went to another location and bought new phones and came back for a technical issue and they again could care less to help us and made us leave and had the nerve to call me a bad parent. I will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!

This store gave me possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life, from the deafeningly loud tejano music to the questionable literacy of the sales representatives, this experience was a nightmarish sh**show from beginning to end. The sales rep was unable to figure out what promotions T-Mobile was running that day, then spent 15 minutes conferring with his coworker who didn’t know either. After almost 30 minutes without any competent assistance my partner and I walked out.I’ve actually left good reviews for this store in the past; I don’t know if there is new management or what, but I am so disappointed in my experience here that I’m considering switching to Verizon - even if it costs more.Save yourself a headache (or bring noise canceling headphones) and choose another location.

I went in today to get a replacement glass screen protector and the manager who was very rude told me they could not order one because I didnt have insurance.I offered to pay for it and she just walked away.

Diego was my Mobile Expert and Laura was the manager for this store. The district manager and another associate was on site also. ( I can’t remember there names ) All four of them were Awesome!!!! They switched me to T-Mobile from Sprint. Found me the best plan for my needs, held very professional conversations with me while I waited for my new phone to transfer and update. This will be my go to store for all my service needs. Every time a customer came in they counted them in and sanitized after they left. I was very impressed with how clean this store was. It is rare to see a phone store without dust on everything. My visit was on October 1st, 2020! Thank you for all your help 😊

PAULA is exceptional. She’s helped us out so many times over the years by providing us with proper information and amazing customer service. Even while we were waiting for for our phones to transfer over and she was helping other customers over the phone, her costumer service remained fantastic!

Fast, friendly, and efficient. I was taken care of in a timely manner, upgraded my phone without the long ridiculous wait. Broomfield T-mobile store is the worst in comparison to Federal location, they took way too long, the associates would not speak up to acknowledge I was there, and they kept ducking out of sight. Another complaint about Broomfield location, the woman associate that I spoke to about upgrading my phone casually mentioned they get ROBBED and have problems with theft, especially when new phones for customers come in 😳😳...I turned right out of there in a hurry.

After a lot of research with all the available plans out there, I chose T-Mobile. This location was awesome! Laura helped me find the right phone/plan for my needs and such a great deal. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and the store was clean and super cute!! I highly recommend this store. Great customer service!! 👍🏻😊

I went to an interview hear.The district manager was about 30 minutes lady and he was none too and press event with his customer skills not only for a new employee Eve also for an existing customer thats been with him for over 5 years. So not only did I reject the offer for employment but they also lost a long standing customer base with me.

This store is by far the best! I was out in a timely matter. They made sure my phone was set up properly, transferred all my stuff from my old iPhone. Laura the new store manager is great, really friendly and attentive to my needs. She made sure the Rep was doing everything right. I will definitely go back to this store and will be recommending Laura to all my friends and family.

The staff could be educated better on refunds and dealing with returns. Terrible experience. Not going back

This store is the best! Went in thinking I may be there for a while, but ended up having to spend hardly any time there. Stephen helped me, he had great time management, was very knowledgeable and was able to ease my frustration with my phone! The issue was resolved quickly and I was able to continue on with my day. Definitely will be making this my preferred store from now on!

Stephen was very courteous, knowledgeable, and overall made my experience switching over to T-Mobile a great experience. I have told several friends about this service. Jasmine was also working and helped Stephen assist me and took care of other people so that Stephen could give me his full attention. I sure wish other businesses worked this way!!! The staff and manager are outstanding. We came in to upgrade a phone. During our visit the store experienced some major computer issues. But the staff remained calm and knew how to manage the problem and worked hard to make our visit quick and as seamless as possible. Great job team magenta.

I went into this location to check on my phone because I broke it. The sales lady Amaka was very helpful got me into a new inexpensive phone something that caters to my needs and she set me all up she is very helpful. This location all the employees are helpful and knowledgeable!!

Josh helped me fix my bill. I had worked with 3 representatives on the phone who were unable to resolve my billing issue. Josh and Immaka (sorry I don’t know how to spell her name) were able to correct my bill within 10 minutes. My bill went from $121 a month to $95 *AND* I added a tablet to my account.Store was clean, organized and was not uncomfortably crowded with people.Warm greeting upon entering.Couldn’t have asked for more.
