I went in for some things I wanted to change on my account and I was really impressed and appreciated Justin L and the service he provided. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He offered a lot of different options and opinions and answered every question I bombarded him with. He got me the best price and deals they had to offer. If you go in to this location please work with this young man. He provided excellent service and customer service. AT&T please recognize this employee.
Fantastic experience at this store. Will was awesome to answer all of our questions, get our phones and watches switched over and got us awesome upgrades. He was so busy but handled it like a pro. Definitely happy we switched to AT&T and happy we got to work with Will.
We recently went to the 92nd and Sheridan location in Westminster, Colorado to switch our cell phones from Verizon to AT&T. I believe the name of the young man who assisted us is Justin, and dealing with him was such a pleasant and positive experience for both my husband and me. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. This young man gets a 20 gold star rating from this family!!!!
I have been coming here for years and using AT&T for 20+ years. Today I went in and had the worst experience ever! The guy said his name was Mike, reading reviews I don’t think it was. June 7th I went in and had a completely different experience, it was wonderful as it has usually been. Steer clear of this branch and an employee named Mike.
Went in today to get a new line added. Brandon was awesome! He helped get our family a better value plan for our needs and was so friendly and fast. Some of the best customer service Ive had!

My experience at this location was an interesting one. When I first arrived in store, there was a group to every employee, with two more groups waiting. Mike (manager) was very welcoming and suggested that the wait wouldn’t be long. “Yeah right” I thought to myself. Ive been to locations where I’ve heard the same thing. However these guys were really on top of it. They were able to help multitask and multi-manage every group without making any one feel left out. It honestly felt like the whole store was on the same page and everyone was involved in the other’s groups. I was blown away with the service these guys provided. There was even a customer who seemed to have been extremely problematic, that appeared to be happy when leaving. I highly recommend this AT&T over any other one in this area. My only recommendation would be to keep an eye out for their smooth selling tactics. The one theme we noticed was that everyone in the store was buying something, including us! But we were happy to do it here and will definitely be coming back!
Not sure why there are any negative reviews? I’ve been coming in here for over two years and the staff has always been amazing. I know they’ve undergone some staff changes but for the last two years it’s been a positive experience every single time. The crew there is always friendly and willing to help.

Hands down worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I go in to try and add a line. I sit down with Zack. We get to a point in the process where a number is suppose to be called by the store representative. Instead of doing his job Zack tells me it’s not part of there job description to call and they are closed. Turns out they weren’t closed and they did infact need to speak to a representative. I already knew all this but I did it to prove a point. Then I cut them some slack say let’s table things until tomorrow. I try and purchase car charger they made it seem like my card was declining when I wasn’t. I asked who the manager was his name was mike and he was standing in front of me. I understand why the customer service was so poor. It’s because their leader (mike) is a sorry excuse for a manager. People DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE .
Mike, Tucker, Justin, and Zach are awesome! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in an AT&T store. All of the guys were knowledgeable and ready to help me with all of my silly questions. Give these guys a raise!

Tucker H. is always very patient & helpful. He is very knowledgeable about his job & work skills. God bless him for all that he does. After a not so great experience online trying to process an upgrade order for a new phone I had to go to the Westminster store so they could help me with it. The store rep Tucker helped me upgrade to the phone I wanted. The phone had to be delivered to me which didn’t take too long. After I received the phone I went back to store so Tucker could help me activate it and switch info from my old phone to it. He was very helpful and set everything up for me. He has excellent customer service skills. I’m very pleased with my new phone now.
Highly recommend this location! When I got there the store was very busy, however these guys were super efficient. Good environment with employees that really make you feel special!

If you are trying out a phone, dont buy from At&t and especially this store. If the phone doesnt work for you, they will charge you $50 but forget to mention that to you. Bestbuy does not charge a return fee or if you buy from Samsung. When you try to return the phone, they ask you all kind of questions and will lie and tell you that you cannot return the phone at the moment. Why? Are they hoping youd break the phone so you dont have to return it? BS. I went to another store and was able to return without an issue. Still waiting for my refund and its been almost a month.
They are always so friendly on the phone and in person especially when i have no idea about my phone and electronics!! Im not a phone guy at all doesnt interest me in the least so when my brand new phone is having issues and im completely oblivious they have been very patient on the phone and at different locations in the stores with me even joking around! Excellent employees and services all the time 😀
Fantastic customer service from Zach today! He was so welcoming and knowledgable and just an all-around gem of a human.I will definitely be back to this particular store should my mom need any other help for her phone and I will certainly be recommending it to others!

I was with T-Mobile and then switched to Verizon and stuck with them for several years thinking the customer service and prices were good until I had the visit with Zack at AT&t. I ported my number yesterday because the customer service and help was exceptional but more importantly the price was far lower than I was paying currently and I cut my monthly bill in half.
Go to a corporate branch. The manager Micheal is completely helpless when it comes to fixing problems that occurred in his branch. This branch has messed up my account in several different ways.. After speaking with customer service over the phone they told me to go into the store that caused the issues so the manager could escalate the issue to the regional manager. I went into the store, Micheal lied and acted incompetent so he wouldn’t have to own up to the issues. He was rude and acted like it was a chore trying to help me. He was not able to help with a single thing, he was not even willing to help TRY to figure out what to do. I left the store with zero clarity.. a formal complaint was made as well after speaking with different other branches & managers. Don’t waste your time at this branch.

Ripped my 89 year old Dad off. Not explaining the charges of a new phone. Plus signed him up for insurance w/o his knowledge. I bought a new phone a few months later. They signed me up for insurance w/o my knowledge. Luckily, I called the main office and got a full refund for both. Sneaky, commission hungry sales persons. Still did not get reimbursed for his phone.
Had to get a SIM card for my new Pixel2, and it was such a stress free experience. Took less than ten minutes, walked out a happy customer. This store is very small, but has everything you need. Except cases for pixel phones, hence the 4 star review.
Would leave less than one star but that isnt an option.I got my new iphone 7 plus and made the monumental mistake of taking it into this store to help get it set up because I had to get my phone number changed.Should have known there was going to be an issue when we walked in and both employees were sitting down watching wrestling and neither of them got up to help us. But, I digress.The employee who helped me was not smart enough to tie my shoes let alone set up a new phone.First, he locked me out of Apple. Then he told me that if I wait 24 hours, itll automatically reset. That is a lie.Then, my boyfriend bought me a phone case and a screen protector. He charged my boyfriends card THREE TIMES. So now we have the pleasure of dealing with his bank to get this rectified.My advise? Take your phone or tablet or whatever outside and show it to your dog and ask him to help you out. Hell be just as helpful as these employees, and probably have a better attitude as well.
Horrible customer service. They men that work at this store are insanely rude. I, fortunately, got rid of AT&T and never have to return to this store, but before I was able to do that I had to visit this store several different times and it felt like each time got worse and worse.I felt as though there wasn’t any respect given that you’d think you would because you’ve paid their company thousands upon thousands of dollars over the years. They were never able to solve any of the issues I ever had. My phone constantly had issues due to the coverage (or lack there of) and they would tell me it was not the service, but then when I’d go to Apple they’d say it was the service and it was a constant revolving door because they were just waiting for the 1 year warranty to run out so they didn’t have to replace the phone.I will never go back to this company again and this specific location helped seal that deal for me.
Staff was very helpful....special thanks to Mike and Sara! Went in to the store for an upgrade and left with so much more! They hooked it up! I had mad buyers anxiety the next day and went back into the store and they were very understanding and helpful again. Took their time with me and didnt rush me. Ill definitely be going back!

I went in to get a new SIM card. There was one agent working with a customer. I waited about 10-15 minutes, which was no problem. Then that customer had to pick out some accessory so the saleslady came over to find out what I needed. After I told her she said Well itll be another 15-20 minutes; Ill try to be quick. With just one other customer you dont expect to wait 30 minutes so it would have been nice to know up front. I left and went to another AT&T store where it took about 2 minutes to get what I needed.
The young techs that work for AT&T, are always very knowledgeable and helpful. They always give me top shelf service.
Tucker & Bob are dope and helped out real quick. Definitely recommend this location of all the AT&T locations around the Westminster/Thornton area

Fantastic. I do not know if it is new Management or what, (compared to the other reviews )but I was treated better than I am at the supermarket. I was downgrading a sim card, and the Manager was nothing but helpful, and understanding. Even Helping me to ensure certain account issues. Not pushy about anything, helpful, and polite.
!!!!!!!PLEASE READ BEFORE!!!!!! If I had the choice to not give a star I would most definitely do it for this store and AT&T as a company. Awful customer service absolutely terrible. I had switched from T-Mobile to AT&T back in February and was supposed to get credit for switching within 4 to 6 weeks. It is now been over five months and I still have not received any credit that I was promised that I would get for switching. I have emailed and called this store multiple times and have not received any help back. I was then emailed back and was told that they had lost my final bill from T-Mobile that they needed to turn in for me to be able to get that credit. They then told me that it was my fault and that I would have to get a Nother T-Mobile final bill and send it to them again for them to turn it in for me to get the credit. I have called AT&T customer service and have not received anything back nor have I received any help at all. If you are thinking Of switching to AT&T, one do you not go to the store at all, and two do not switch to AT&T. The worst service I have ever received from any phone carrier and the worst customer service that I have received anywhere. Please take in to consideration what I have wrote here and save yourself time before going to this store.
Whether it was a training issue or a sketchy move, the salesperson Jason did not know that a CDMA phone could not be switched to a GSM (AT&T) network. I ended up eating the activation cost, which was conveniently non-refundable. On the other hand, the salesperson was friendly and seemed like they wanted to help...or maybe it was just to make a quick non-refundable sale...hard to say.

Helpful and relaxed employees. Seemed very knowledgable about the hardware offerings. A little slow to make oddball account updates (which are probably fairly infrequent).

Was sort of forced to switch to AT&T and this store is awful. Nobody knows whats going on, and just terrible customer service. They cant explain a single thing. Wish I couldve stayed with Verizon and will go back as soon as I can because of this store. If you can avoid going here please do. The three there are total idiots and have no idea whats going on and cant help worth a darn.
So glad I no longer have att. Have been waiting with my girl to get help 15 min and of the two people working not even an acknowledgment. Hope this poor customer service makes her leave also.
I would recommend people go to a different AT&T store. I got a bill for over $1300 before my 30 day grace period was up. They charged me for 3 lines instead of 2 plus deactivation fees for 3 lines. Theyre not knowledgeable about their products nor do they know how to navigate their own computer system constantly asking each other for help. I got calls from their collections dept constantly. It was not at all a pleasant experience. I switched back to my old provider & still had to pay over $100 after only being on a trial period for 14 days with AT&T. This location gets an F+.

It was not the best experience! The manager who does not work there anymore was just about to sell me 2 samsumg s7s and lied to us. I ended paying a lot because of what he told us, I had to pay about 600 dollars to verizon and 500 to at&t. He made me buy a screen protector for 100 dollars, because he said that in case of damage, they will repair the screen. It broke anyway because I dropped the phone and they never paid for it. Now I have a 200 dollar bill to pay for about 2 more years with a cell phone with a broken screen.Of course i went back to the store and the guy does not work there and nobody can help.
The customer service is horrible. I waited for 1 1/2 hrs before someone can help me. Always short on representives. Upgraded my plan and bought 2 iphone, info. from the old phone not transfered yet but Ardie was ready to kick me out cuz more people are waiting. He didnt remember to give back my ID and the phone is not completely set up. I left him a message and not wanting to return my calls. This is horrible....i will not recommend anyone to come to this location
