Im sitting in my car dumb founded. When in for a simple oil change. The oil change came to 59.89. Asked why so much. Thought it was cheaper. Asked if they used synthetic oil. No. Pulled over and reviewed my receipt. They charged me for the signature service 4 x 4. Went to Google under jiffy lube. The signature includes vacuum. Windows. All the perks. Went back inside and spoke with the guy who rang me up. He said the signature 4x4 is just what they call a regular oil change. Stated. Due to covid they dont vacuum or do any of the extras. He proceeded to go into his computer and refunded me the full price I paid. I told him Im not expecting free service I just need this explained. He could not give me an explanation. The representatives were Giovanni, Nicholas and Zachary. The cashier was Nicholas.

These guys are great, i was in and out quickly and even in that short time several employees came to talk to me. Great customer service and these guys really care about your car as well they will tell you what’s best and go the extra mile. By far the best experience i have had with a mechanic shop. They made me feel very comfortable and what is really important is that they didn’t make me feel dumb about what’s going on with my car (as a woman that is so important!). Definitely go here they care about customers!

So, I’m a bit annoyed. Went in for an oil change this morning. After they open the hood, inspect and begin their process the manager came to me and asked if the last person that changed the oil broke a hose connected to the air intake. I mentioned I went to another jiffy lube and they ended up braking something but owned up to it and replaced it. (Unsure if it was the same part).This morning I heard absolutely no whistling of any sort and after I left I hear nothing but whistles. The manager gave me a little discount for reasons unknown. Not blaming them; however, it’s hard not to think they lied to me. Plus, since jiffy lube had already broken something in the past and no other mechanic has ever had an issue with it - makes me wonder. Won’t be getting another change from them again. Now I have a whistle and need to replace my entire air intake.

Well, they were nice, & they did change my oil, thats why I was there to begin with.. but the next day my low tire pressure light turned on... which means they didnt bother to do the other services they say that they do with oil changes... not the worst thing, but every time I go here my experience is always 50/50. Sometimes great, sometimes not so great. 🤷‍♀️Either way... I am paying for it, & they werent busy when I got there, sooo

The team was super friendly, it just took 1.5 hours to get the oil change done. They also gave me 50% off my service. I just got quoted 15 minutes and it took 1.5 hours, I definitely wasn’t planning for that kind of time to change oil.

I have been using Jiffy lube all over the front range for years and outside of an isolated incident in Golden my experience has been off the charts great. This location is no different. Great professional staff who do not try to calling you with I needed services. Props to Nate who helped me out. He rocks and I will continue to be back for routine maintenance!

I was able to drive up to a stall and in and out within 15 minutes. Great staff with great service!!! For those who use Groupon, dont do it just call the store and theyll honor the prices or better yet, visit their website for deals.

I went here in hope that they would help me with my turn signal being out and I cannot believe how extremely helpful the gentleman was! He went above and beyond in not only fixing my turn signal, but also checking all me lights. Turns out I had a headlight out as well, which they will be fixing in the morning! Overall great service!Looking at many different places jiffy lube was the only place I could go to that day. After getting the parts, it took a bit longer then I was expecting but they did an excellent job and went through everything they replaced. The people were very knowledgeable and very nice. Would definitely recommend this plane and I will be going back for all my services.

Went in to try and get an oil change, but could not get any help. I stood at the counter in the lobby for awhile, as employees just walked by. After awhile just got annoyed and left. I went down the road to a grease monkey, and they assisted me quickly and was done in about 20 minutes. Definitely glad I wasnt help here and that I went elsewhere, after reading few other reviews.

Fast and honest service. Accidentally broke the EGR sensor while removing oil filter. Quickly found and installed new sensor and gave me 20% off oil change for having to wait longer than expected. I will return for my next oil change.

Very pleasant experience, as always... The staffs are courteous, thorough and accommodating. I made a mistake about the coupon expiration but they still honored it. The owner also gave me a great quote on the tires and offered to personally pick it up from the warehouse. That is going above and beyond! Thanks again...I really appreciate it. :)

After sharing a bad review I have to turn that around! The district manager Josh and a tech came out to check on my car and I have to admit that everything was done well....I really didnt expect them to do my brakes as fast as they did and I learned a lot! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I went for an oil change and ended up meeting one of their head mechanics who took the time to answer a few questions regarding my vehicle. I was very impressed with his knowledge and very pleased with all of the team working together to get me out the door in a timely manner. Price was reasonable too and I will be back!!

This crew was incredibly fast! I had hardly settled into the waiting room and it was done.

Everything was fine until it was time to leave. 1. They didnt know how to cancel the oil change warning after they changed the oil. 2. Didnt put on the next scheduled change sticker on upper left windshield. Had to drive back to get it.Come on people. You have one job. Do it correctly.

Had a basic service/oil change done.They lost my keys, and even though they stated before I pulled my own car into their bay that they would check my tire pressure before starting my tire pressure sensor just came on a day later. (Which is even more odd because I just had put air in my tires two days prior)Oil change looks like it was done well at least.

Went in for an oil change and left with oil on the windshield. Yes, motor oil on the windshield. How it managed to get there I will never know. It was discovered when I tried to use the windshield wipers, and instead of a crisp clear windshield I received a smearing of motor oil across the entire windshield. I was forced to learn the ins and outs of removing motor oil from glass which is why I cannot leave anymore stars than two. Friendly service for an oil change outweighed by the absurdity of having to remove said oil from the windshield.

I went here for an oil change and ended up not needing one, but then he said I needed my brakes done. I waited and then paid over $200.00. But it confused me because it took less than an hour. Once home I saw that they didnt do it.These people are unscrupulous, please stay away

Kevin is amazing in his knowledge of cars, professionalism, and attention to detail. I just discovered this place last week while getting some shoddy work from another car shop looked at before trading my current car in. I needed an oil change last minute the staff was very professional got an oil change with no problem and I was out of there in no time. Highly recommend to anyone who needs car service from an oil change, brakes etc.

Was sitting in the bay for 15 minutes before I was even checked in. Employees were unprofessional and did not respectful social distance to me, often with their masks not covering their noses. My partner also received a full service (costs $80) which is supposed to include window cleaning and that was not done. Who knows what else they didn’t do? I usually stop at jiffy lube because it’s quick and professional. Not the case here.

Waited way too long! Seemed to be a lot of arguments between employees. I was glad to leave. They didnt even update sticker for next oil change but one thing for certain it wont be there.

Had an awesome experience by far the best place to get an oil change. Hands down to everyone there they did such a great job! Highly recommend.

Had a great experience today with Andrew and Kyle. I had the brakes and rotors replaced and sparkplugs changed on my 2015 F-150. The work was done promptly and with good communication. They also pointed out that someone (elsewhere) had previously topped off the brake fluid which wasnt supposed to be done without a very specific reason. They discovered and notified me about a recall so Ill be able to get some work taken care of at the dealership. The price quoted was what I paid in the end, which doesnt always happen, so for that I am thankful. I would give 10 stars if I could! Ill be back for more maintenance work in the future. I am very happy to have found my new mechanic. I went into Jiffy Lube because my car was leaking radiator fluid and the thermostat wasnt working correctly. I called Jiffy Lube (73rd and Sheridan) the day before bringing it in because another mechanic from another place told me it was something else wrong with my car. It turns out after I talked to Kevin and he looked at my vehicle, it was something totally different. Im grateful Kevin was honest and inspected my vehicle and fixed it. The employees at the 72nd and Sheridan location are absolutely wonderful! By pure accident, I was one of THOSE customers and I showed up 5 minutes before they closed. I looked at the wrong store hours and felt TERRIBLE! They were closing the bay doors as I pulled up, but they IMMEDIATELY opened them back up and took me as their last truck for the day. They were super fast, I’m talking 5 minutes fast, and they were so understanding and forgiving! I hope they are well taken care of by Jiffy Lube because they deserve a lot for being a great team and for caring SO MUCH! Anywhere else, I would’ve been told that they’re closed and I’m sure I would’ve gotten some eye rolls and huffing and puffing. But not here! 🤗

I usually go here if I dont plan far enough ahead for a closer place where I have to make an appt and have always found them reliable. This past weekend I went in for an oil change, checked in, and then five minutes later the tech came inside and said (paraphrasing) Yeah, we can change it if you wanna, but oil looks good so your call.I dont drive often and its been six months since my last change (plus I have a very minor but expensive-to-fix leak) so I just assumed an oil change was necessary. They could have easily just done it and Idve been none-the-wiser, but they still checked first to make sure I wasnt wasting money. I was the only customer at the time, so they werent in a rush, either.So I decided to wait and will be visiting them again in a few months when it does need to be. :)

I never thought I could have such a great time getting my tires fixed. I got a screw stuck in one of my tires, so headed on over to get it fixed. Not only was the service quick and reasonably priced, but the doctor was funny and engaging, and clearly passionate about cars! He showed me the process to fix the tire, and even taught me about how being a mile up affects my car and how I should use that information. He was hilarious and really brightened my day! I was also nervous about the tire pressure in my other tires, and I barely had to ask before he hopped right on it to check and fill them up.Thanks for making my day!

Do NOT in repeat... Do not come to this jiffy lube.. Unless Im the invisiable man, they didnt even acknowledge it was there??? There 10 minutes before some PUNK came up to me and said be with you in a minute.!!! Wow!! They only had 2 other cars in there 3 bay garage!? So I left. They have no customer service skills at all, let alone brains....

I took my car to have the brakes checked and not only did they check them, but also got my car in for rear brakes and rotors immediately. They gave me cost with labor and taxes and an approximate time of completion. It took more time but they kindly called and kept me posted til the end. The staff is very professional, helpful and kind. The price was less than other places I called. I appreciate their honesty, especially during this time with the pandemic. The place was clean inside and out. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to others. Great staff. 5 STARS!!!

The staff at this Jiffy Lube were so kind and made me, a person who knows nothing about cars, feel welcome and taken care of. They gave me suggestions and were helpful, but I’m ever felt pressured.

Staff was knowledgeable, professional. They changed the oil and checked all other fluids as well as cleaned, vac, and checked tire pressure, all in a timely fashion.

Staff was timely and professional. My only complaint is they wanted $42 to change the air filter. I went next door to Auto Zone and paid $15. Took me 30 seconds to install.

They left our floor mats and steering wheel dirty and oily! But customer service was good.

Like always they charge extra for signature service but never vacuum or clean the windows....The owner responded. You shouldnt be offering the signature service if youre not able to provide it. You have a oil and filter option. Covid-19 isnt an excuse to change for a service youre not providing. And this has been a problem at this location long before 2020.

Amazing team and amazing work!

Nice kids who work there, but absolutely atrocious management. I brought in my car for an oil change and it began leaked to leak oil. So I brought it back two days later and the manager basically told me that it was my fault they were unwilling to fix it. He has also tried to turn me away since I came in 30 minutes before they close, as if that he didn’t want to deal with an upset costumer at the end of his shift. Since my car had leaked all it’s oil and I had to get the oil changed again (somewhere else of corse). I asked to speak with the upper management about the issue because I wanted my first oil change refunded. I spoke with one person who asked me to call him back, which I did for several days, but I never got an answer. I felt completely ghosted and cheated. It was a complete waste of money. I will never bring my car here again, nor to any Jiffy Lube for that matter. Figures this would happen the ONE time I decide not to use Grease Monkey...

I had the most wonderful experience with the workers at Jiffy Lube, They put in a new Radiator in a couple hours, they was very professional in their work, i had to leave them a tip, and when i get paid will go back to this Jiffy lube for more services on my car, i seriously will always go there for my cars service for now on. Thanks again guys for that awesome service!!!!

My wife and I had taken our car everywhere trying to get a straight answer. After hearing three different things from three different places, we took the car to Jiffy Lube for a final opinion from their team (Kevin & Kyle). Kevin, their head mechanic, ran a diagnostic and discovered the issue. Better still, he said it should be covered under our warranty and even offered to explain this on our behalf to the car company. You know, honesty is rare enough, but honesty and conviction? That’s like finding Bigfoot in my book, so my wife and I will be going to Kevin at Jiffy Lube from now on. Thanks, Kevin!

Showed up 15 minutes before they opened on Saturday to beat the line and they had me in the system and were working on my truck in the bay before they even officially opened.

I had a really good experience yesterday at this location. I will say was only there because I had received a gift card and wanted to use it...and had had a less than awesome experience here before. But it seems they’ve either gotten new staff or re trained and I was very pleased with my visit yesterday. It was easy and quick and they were all very friendly! I was in and out in 30 minutes :)
