Exceptional service! Chris and his team did an amazing job and went above and beyond to get us back on the road. We had a difficult time finding the exact type of tires we needed. The guy did a great job on the alignment, especially since my car is lowered a bit. Also fixed my slight steering wheel angle from a previous alignment the dealership did. Perfectly straight, makes my brain very happy.

I love this location. I always bring bagels when I have an appointment for service because I cant think of any other way to show a simple thank you for the crew. They are always courteous and this past weekend, I called to see if they could replace the air valve cap on my Highlander and they were more than accommodating to have me swing by and put one back on. Great crew, from the front desk operations to the crew in the bay!

I have taken my 4 cars there for years. Most of the time they do ok. Once I asked to top off the gearbox fluid on my manual transmission car and they did not know how to do it which is a bit strange since Ive done it myself and there are you tube videos on it.In any case has anyone ever taken a high performance car there, like an M3, and did they do an ok job?

My wife and I had a tire that was leaking air over the weekend. Without an appointment, I took the car in to have it checked and they made room within their busy schedule. They fixed it the same day. That is service. Thank you to all the staff that helped! 🙂

Had my oil change done today. My coolant and brake fluids were extremely low.. asked them to top them off as it is part of their service. after 1 hr, when it was done. Brake fluid was untouched they put water in my coolant to top it off and price was increased for20% never going back. Its a rip off and I cna get same service elsewhere.

Service can be good but seems to be hit or miss. Even making appointments for a service is not a guarantee that you will get said service as they tend to lose the appointment, even when it is made weeks in advance. Then when you show up for your service, and it cant be done without leaving your car for 3 days because they lost the appointment, they ask is you want to schedule an appointment for the service for the future...um really?! No! Go somewhere else.ETA...The vehicle could not be left for 3 days because it was needed for work. Hence the reason the appointment was made in the first place. To make sure the service could be done between needing it for work...it is a work truck. So, no, I will not contact your customer service dept with an invoice number because they did no work. Just wanted to make another appointment...will they just lose that one too?

Was never serviced. Had a confirmation email for a reservation but when I arrived I was informed that I was not in their calendar. They said their reservation system does that some times which means its a problem that should get fixed if its happened before. Location is nice and everyone was nice but I walked away with a sour taste.

If I could give them a zero, I would! I have made 3 appointments for a single oil change. Firestone cancelled the first one and the second was changed due to Firestone. On the 3rd attempt they called and confirmed the appointment, but when I got there they said they were too busy and had no record of the appointment, even though I had an email confirmation! They said there was no way they could get me in!

This place, when a national auto repair shop is unable to do a basic mechanical job, it should raise eyebrows.Took my 1967 Firebird in to have the passenger side rear leaf spring bracket replaced. This is a repair that involves:raising the car on a liftRemoval of 3 bolts that hold the bracketRemoval of the bolt & nut that hold the leaf spring in the bracketReplace the broken bracket with the new bracketRe-install leaf spring onto bracket with bolt & nutRe-install the 3 bolts that hold the bracketLower carService manager told me his mechanics were not qualified and trained to do that. I was blown away that Firestone either hired unskilled techs, or that Firestone has zero confidence that their techs can remove and re-install 4 bolts for a leaf spring and leaf spring bracket. How sad to see skilled workers disappear this way. How much of a joke that Firestone is unable to do such a basic repair.I took my car 20 miles to Mile High Classics, who threw my car on a lift and promptly replaced my broken bracket without hesitation.A+ for Mile High Classics.F for Firestone on Huron. Fail.

Dont know what happened but this place isnt what it use to be. Went in for new tires and an alignment and they messed that up. I got my car back and it would shake when driving and vibrate when stopping. I took it else were to get fixed. Also when I came out to get my car my passenger window was messed up and two of my wheel covers where missing.

Cleveland and his staff took me in on short notice and gave me the service that you dont find too often these days. Theyre holding true to the Firestone tradition and great reputation that brought me here in the first place.

Does your management know you tell your customers that you dont have time for them even after you made me make an appointment?!? You all dont have no customer service skills and rude! If I could, I would rate you a big fat ZERO! I bought 4 new tires with a warranty from you guys and you dont have time for me?!! You played too many games! First telling me, you dont have time and then making me make an appointment and then telling me you dont have time, while being rude too! I wish I never went to do business with this company!

Even with an appointment my vehicle was not ready until 6PM. I dropped off at 9AM. Get an oil change at another shop.

Robert was great. We were leaving in the evening to drive to Florida and couldnt find anyone to repair a tire. Not only did they fix the tire but changed the oil as well. Great folks.

Got my frount strut assembly replaced on my volkswagon quicker than I expected. They also saved me 100 dollars with a special they were running. They were a little pushy for me to open a line of credit with them but I figure that is their job maybe they make some commission off of it. Overall, I am happy with the experience even if I had to drop almost a grand for the repair. Chris was friendly and took reasonable precautions for covid stuff. I would recommend and will be back if the need arises.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for many years and the service is always amazing. If they find problems with the vehicles they point it out but dont pressure to fix it unless absolutely necessary.Recently I had a tire blow out due to a pot hole and brought it in on a late Sunday afternoon two hours before it closed. They didnt have the tire in stock at the store but went out of there way to drive to another store to get the tire and had my car back to me the same day. They are very customer oriented and the best service I have ever had with any mechanic or auto-shop anywhere.

We use Firestone for our fleet vehicle service and they provide prompt, accurate service on a regular basis.

After having gotten tires from Discount that did not even last until the warranty and they wouldnt even patch a tire when it got a nail, we wanted quality service and quality product. We went to Big O and they didnt have the tires we wanted and wanted to charge us astronomically high for the tires they did have. We came to Firestone to see what type of package they could offer us. Their prices are reasonable and I was highly thrilled with the customer service. We doubted they would get the car done same day due to it being half way through a day before a holiday and yet it was done same day. The checkout process took my fiance a little while and to compensate for it they gave us a free oil change.

I made an 8 am appointment for an oil change 2 days in advance. Upon dropping off my vehicle, I was promised that it would be done relatively quickly because the shop was unusually slow. When I declined the $100.00 diagnostic service, I was told that I was put on the bottom hook and would have to wait until they could get to it, probably this afternoon. I know this service center is strongly pushed to upsell and have learned to deal with it, because it is close to my house. But, now they will punish you for not giving in to their sales tactics. Im finding a another auto service center.

Took the car there with a flat tire, and was told they would have to replace the tire.Total scam. I the car took it to discount tires, and they were able to simply fix the flat the tire without replacing it. Definitely go to discount instead, much better custom service and prices.

Always helpful. Generally can get in right away. Replaced my brakes under warranty after I had them for 1 month and were squealing bad. Customer service is always good.

Excellent Service and crew. Have Dealt with these guys for years -some staff has come from other locations - Joe and Joseph and the rest of you crew are the best of the best. Its nice to be able to still count on a well located shop for maintenance and service as good or better than you find at the dealer. Personal service with the backing of the Firestone name. The only issue is the shop is extremely busy as other people realize how good they are - not a problem though as they are as efficient and professional / courteous as possible.

When my tie rod starting going out, they were able to get my car in quickly and the work was done within one work day. The employees were friendly and efficient!

Excellent work from this Firestone location. You can drop off for same day work as well. It does appear to be busy though, so you might not always be able to get same day work if you dont drop it off early enough depending on the amount of work that needs to be done (common sense).I went to a total of 3 different shops, including this one, to try to see what was causing a squeaking/grinding type noise from my front left wheel area.The first shop did an oil change but did not determine what was causing the issue. The second shop wanted to shotgun the issue by swapping out the shocks, wheel bearing, and a dust cover which would have been excessive in costs. None of these parts actually would have actually resolved the issue, and I would have wasted between $750 - $1,300 in unnecessary repairs.The third shop, this Firestone, correctly determined that it was the control arm causing the issue.This shop seems to be more trustworthy than most, if not all, other mechanics that I have been to in the past.

I will not be returning here! Ever....Never seen a place like this use a floor jack in the parking lot to put my tire on. Sat there for 3 hours and watched person after person pull into the lot, set up service in the lobby, sit down and wait and have their car serviced before me. After the extremely long wait to put one tire on, they came up to me to check me out and give me the key at which point I had not seen my car pulled into the bay. I asked if they had finished it all up and the manager looks at the person giving me my key asking if he had put my tire on at which point the employee said no.....I mean seriously, I come to have a tire put on my car and all they did was stick it on the rim and in the back of my car. At the point they proceed to pull my car up to the bay doors and changed it right there in the parking lot with a floor jack. 3 hours for something I could have pretty much done myself. The manager offered me nothing in the end asking what I thought he should do to improve my experience. Offered no refunds, no discounts, and chalked it up to a miscommunication which he said happens in this industry. 3 hours of my time for their miscommunication. Not even sure if they balanced the tire in the end... Ill be choosing a different location or perhaps just go to good year instead from now on. Not a place you want to go if you value your time or anything being done professionally. Not once in the entire process was my car pulled into a bay...I sure watched others being pulled in though.

My family and my company have done business with this firestone and their crew for a very long time. I can’t say the countless times they have helped us out and provided amazing service regardless of how busy they are. We recently got a nail in a tire later in the night and they were quick to fix it and get us back out that night. Saying this is the best service center you can go to is saying it way to light! Great and knowledgeable staff. The best auto shop Ive found in the Thornton / Westminster area since moving here in 2014. Their parking lot is horrible though -- far too small for the amount of business they do.

After a terrible experience with my local Ford dealer, I took my 2017 Ford Edge to this store for a simple tire rotation, including a tire pressure check. I indicated the tire pressures I wanted, including that for the spare. After getting my receipt, I saw that the advisor included my desired pressures right on the work order.I was able to watch the technician work on my car through the glass in the waiting room. He carefully rotated the tires and set the pressures. Again, my receipt showed the in (before) pressures and out (after) pressures. I was appalled to see that my car had left the Ford dealer with the spare at 40 psi (60 psi is spec).In the end, all tires were rotated correctly and the pressures were set to my specifications. My car was ready in less than an hour and my service advisor was very pleasant to work with. (Full disclosure: Prior to retirement, I worked as a tire engineer for a major U.S. tiremaker.)I will definitely return to this store for tire work as well as oil changes and any other repairs needed on my Edge. After my experience with the Ford dealer, these guys rock!

I have been going to Firestone on Huron St. since soon after they first opened. I keep coming back because I find their service unparalleled. They never try to oversell me on services and if theres ever the slightest mistake, they make good on it. Great team... cant say enough.

We will NEVER go back to Firestone again. They are padding the bill with parts that dont need replacing (for example our battery is 2 1/2 years old and they wanted to put in a new one). They did a number of things that werent necessary and we paid $1337.94 for very little. I dont trust them anymore! BEWARE of this place. Get a second opionion. They charged my daughter almost $2000 and never fixed her car. Kept saying it wasnt head gasket. She had to pay $1000 elsewhere to replace head gasket! RIPOFF!

Edited. Went back to Firestone because we had an electrical problem. Experience was uniformly poor. They either misinformed my wife or lied to her. Addthat to my last experience in which they left a pair of locking plierst attached to a fuel line and I have serious doubts about this shops competence, honesty and overall quality. Used to be my primary auto care, due to simple proximity, but i wont be using Firestone for any more work or tire purchases.

Took my brand new highlander after driving over a screw and having it completely embedded for several days (unbeknownst to myself). They said based on the damage, they would most likely need to replace the tire, and potentially all four tires due to the potential of damaging the driving terrain. We agreed to the sale—not wanting to cause further damage. However, they were able to completely fix the tire, and we wound up spending a whopping $20. Super honest, which is hard to find. And we are beyond appreciative. I will continue to take our vehicles to these guys. They definitely gained a customer.

Never any place to park. I parked in front of a bay door 30 minutes before opening and a guy comes out and tells me to move. it would of been nice if he asked me if he could fix my obviously flat tire instead.I moved and waited outside the front door with 6 other people. I left 5 mins before opening when two more people walked up. Any one of the staff inside sipping coffee could have talked to the gathering crowd and try to expedite the process.

I looked for a price match on a quote for truck tires I got from Walmart. They matched the price and had similar tires in stock. I thought tires are tires, but their knowledge was superior and equally as affordable. That was 2 sets of tires ago ( wifes car also ). I have sent 2 of my employees there and they have gotten a fair deal.They will work hard to match prices, and work pretty hard to earn your business. The quality of work had been great.

We have to take our work trucks there, and they have the absolute worst service known to man. Even if its just a simple oil change, they tell you to leave it overnight. Because we work earlier than they open, a lot of us either dont get oil changes or go somewhere else and pay outta pocket just to avoid the headache.

Do not go here! Horrible workmanship. Brought in my truck to fix the tail lights, and the truck was running rough. Came to pick her up a week later and she ran worst than before, and the lights still didnt work. After spending 400 on anything but the problem and hardwired my tail lights together, AND CUTTING MY TRAILER LIGHTS ADAPTER OFF, I finally found the time to figure out the problems myself. Just a bad light switch, and bad wires. 50 dollar fix, still paying off the 400 I owe Firestone for their workmanship of absolutely nothing. Oh they also told me that they dont make brake switches for my year truck anymore, little do they know, the one in the truck was the new one that I bought at the store brand new. Exactly the same. Then continue to tell me that its harder to work on older trucks like mine because of the year. Not sure these guys are even qualified.

This place has always worked with me with pricing and have always done the job correctly and within a timely fashion. Ive never had any issues with this Firestone, or any in fact. Friendly, staff to follow with is also another bonus.Will return with any business necessary.

These guys have been taking care of my car for a long time now. Theyre always professional. Theyve never tried selling me up for something I dont need. And I always check to make sure they changed the oil filter and they always do! Tire rotations have been done great. And theyre always on time, i.e.. The car is ways done when theyvsaybit will be. Honest car place.

A few years back I was broke and had an older Honda Accord. Started sputtering. This place charged me $600 for plugs and wires (tune up) and the first mile back on the road Check Engine clicked back on immediately. No lie. Now that I have a nicer ride I’d never take it there for anything. You shouldn’t either. This place will kick you when you’re down. Hopefully under new management

Most of the time, something is: Off, here.Thats, the sad feeling we have toward this Firestone.Cons:• Putting incorrect PSI in tires, many of the times.• Oil change Reminder Stickers, in windshield is usually not reflective of Automobile Manufacturers suggested interval, per miles.• Reset button for Oil Change Reminder, Dash warnings, in newer vehicles, typically is NOT reset. Frustrating to say the least.• Training seems to lack & with such, more mistakes & lack of knowledge are evident in the work they perform.• Attention to details, like not smearing grease on door handles, steering wheel, Car Hoods, etcetera is unpleasant, frustrating, and a mess one doesnt want to deal with, after paying for any service, here.• Very Poor Wifi service.Pros:• Management seems open to correcting many deficiencies, in a genuine manner.• Ideal locale for many who live near by.• Good Tire pricing and Installation• Clean Facility, waiting room and Bathrooms.• Decent coffee and availability.• Even when they are Very busy, One receives a friendly Welcome and discussion of services needed or wanted.• Not a lot of UP-Sell pressure tactics.* All said & done though, We are moving on. I have tried to schedule rotation and balance on the tires I purchased from them. After many attempts of leaving my truck there even one time for 25 hours I still did not get my rotation or balance dine as they told me they DID not have enough time. Just very poor management at this particular store...

Extreamly fast!! And very high quality parts and they do a very good job. I have owned my own mechanics shop and I have been doing mechanics for 28 years! Rite now where I live I do not have a garage so I have them do some work and it was flawless and fast! Not to mention tbey charged me exactly what my own estimate was. I said to myself I am not paying any more then the set amount I estimated myself I am a professional at mechanics. They gave me their price it was the exact same estimate i all ready gave myself. I highly recomend them I have never been to a more honest, faster, or as high quality of a mechanics shop in my life besides the one I owned.
