EDIT: I have had to continually drop the rating for this location sadly. They say to reach out to their manager so they can help, but they never answer and never even give the curtesy to return our calls. Utter disgust is my current opinion. My wife and I are in management and customer service and this unacceptable on every level.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Gotta say at this point I’m so disappointed in both Honda and this dealership. Bought a new car with warranties and found out they conveniently don’t cover anything that actually goes wrong. They don’t even match other 3rd party basic warranties on the market. Live and learn so that’s my fault for trusting them and not doing my due diligence. Don’t waste your time or money. (This is at the Honda corporate level.)This particular dealer and service department always has an excuse, and prices are higher than even other official Honda venues. When we picked up the car after maintenance, it was dirty and had dark grease stains on the previously spotless seats. Even the detail shop couldn’t get the spots out. The agent checking us out was not empathetic and made my wife more angry the longer we stayed by basically telling us it was ridiculous for us to be upset by having our nice new seats stained. No help here. We also got new tires and they were way (way) over pressure at pick up. I expect at least basics specs like this to be met, even at generalist shop let alone the dealer. At this point, if you use this Honda and especially this dealership, know you are taking a lot of risk.

Do NOT go here if you want competence, honesty, or a hassle free customer service experience.Listen to my tale and make an informed choice, make a different choice. My car was making noise and rather than drive it somewhere potentially having it break down I used AAA to tow it to AutoNations Honda 104 or AN 104 for short. AAA assured me thanks to my membership and this service center being an AAR (approved auto repair) shop I would have my car looked at within an hour. This seemed like the best answer to a quick turn around.I was wrong.I called ahead to AN 104 to let them know about the incoming tow and then I rode there with the tow. Upon arrival was told my car would not even be looked at until Monday. After asking if the aforementioned AAR shop Quick Service applied I was told“I wish they wouldn’t tell people that, they don’t know our scheduling.”I agreed to leave my car there and called AAA to see if they could help me get home and the person I spoke to there was confused about how AN 104 was refusing to see my car and agreed they shouldn’t have the AAR shop recommendation if they weren’t honoring their responsibilities. As I was taking an Uber away, I got a phone call from AN 104! It was their Service to Sales team calling me to ask if I wanted to sell my car. I said no. What a predatory move! To call after telling someone how expensive and time consuming their repairs are going to be. The audacity to prey on people in a moment of financial stress!I waited until Monday to call AN 104 back at 9:30, I wasn’t able to go into work for obvious reasons so I was interested in getting information and my car returned as soon as possible. I used their automated dial system to go to Service and then Check Status of Your VehicleNo answer. Voicemail.I waited half an hour and tried again. No answer.I tried this line each half hour until 10:30 when I called again but tried Service and Schedule Service.Someone answered right away and was transferred to Jason.Jason told me that he had my papers in front of him and he was about to call me with a quote on the work. I gratefully agreed to wait his requested 15-20 minutes to finalize the quote and then he would call me back. I hung up feeling like I was on the path to figuring out the situation.I was wrong.I called again in 2 hours because I had heard nothing and I figure they can’t start repairs until they tell me what’s wrong and collect payment, so my car won’t be ready until I can pay them, I’m trying to pay them and after Service and Update I get…No answer. Not likely it seemed. So back toService and Schedule Service which gave me an immediate answer again.“All my service agents are busy. Can I transfer you to their voicemail and have them call you back?”So I left a voicemail.90 minutes later I called back. After another transfer to Jason who it seems had been trying to find after market parts to replace the broken ones. Why I couldn’t have been informed they were looking for parts several hours ago with a 30 second call back is beyond me however. As the quote was given it included something that cost 100 dollars and I am told I asked for regarding the brakes. I remember in describing the noise as sounding like the brakes might be the issue and whoever checked me in on Saturday, took that as an opportunity to add some brakes charge to my bill.It seems like whoever owns AN 104 pushes their employees to wring every last penny out of their customers and isn’t paying enough to attract a sufficient staff to handle the volume.I was wrong throughout this story, anytime I put trust in AN 104 and you should NOT repeat my mistake. Cars are expensive enough without adding the frustration and exploitive practices of AutoNations Honda 104.

Horrible Customer Service and even more Horrible Warranty. The battery that came with the car went bad after 4 years of owning the car. Got a new one which only lasted 2 months. Went in to get this battery replaced only to get the run around, and then be told that its the car, and not the battery, and that I need to bring the car in instead of honoring the warranty replacement. REALLY? Sorry but i am not wasting my time and money for your theories. For a simple fix you want me to take more time out of my day to schedule and appointment, put the battery back in the car, and then take the time out of my day to bring the car in so you can charge me more money. This is not the first time i had to deal with your battery warranty replacement. Either get better product or do a better job at helping your customers. Would rather trade in this car then come back to the Honda 104 location to deal with your awesome customer service. Thanks but NO THANKS I was a long time customer from buying parts to purchasing new cars, but no more.

Made an appointment for a Honda recall. Received numerous confirmations for the appointment. Came in for the appointment only to find out they dont have the part available for the repair. Will be approximately 1 month to get the part. Why couldnt you have notified us on the many appointment confirmations that you didnt have the part in stock before we took time off work to come in, just to leave with nothing done. Very poor customer service.

Had an incident where fuel started spewing after exiting the freeway. Got the car towed in for service. Problem was identified as something not covered by warranty because someone had used a one time use hose apparently during a previous repair. A high pressure hose and bolts were replaced, and we were told the car was ready to pickup. We picked it up, got 4 blocks from the shop, and it died. Had to strap tow it back. The next day we get a call that a new fuel pump assembly is also needed, and would not be covered by warranty. When questioned as to why, the technician stated it was because wed done something to the vehicle that voided warranty, though wed done no such thing. He went on to say theres no way this happened on its own. He also blamed us for breaking off a bolt when in fact during the first attempt at a fix, the shop called us to say theyd accidentally broken the bolt during the service. Ultimately I had to involve the service manager, and they completed all needed remaining work under warranty, though wed still initially paid $1,300 for the first attempt. While the service manager ended up helping solve the problem, all in all this was a frustrating experience which left us feeling that we will not return in the future.

The service department was very weak, and the price was outrageous. They had trouble understanding and scheduling my simple service request. The person dealing with me was very new and not well trained. Then came the price. It was so much more expensive than other Honda repair facilities. I will never go there again if I dont have to.

Do not bring another vehicle that is not Honda. Even if you buy from Autonation. Was told over the phone to bring my truck in for an oil change. Then showed up and was refused service because it was a Chevrolet. It would be nice to know before we wasted a trip in 2 cars to drop one off.
