Great job and fast! I am impressed. I timed them, about 6 minutes pre tire, and that is not just sloppy fast work but they did them exactly as it should be done. The test I use to judge a tech is to look at where they put the the valve stem. Mr. Tire put is right on the *dot*. This is a mark that the the tire factory put on the tire to let the tech know where they should mount the tire in respect to the valve stem. putting it on the dot will make balancing the tire much easier and keep the tire balance. The tire pressure is also exactly what it should be also.Other tire shop around time gave me the song and dance about making appointment and dont have time to do it, while there were plenty of techs walking around. At Mr. Tire, they toke me in without an appointment, and started immediately.

Found a screw in my tire while in Westminster and needed it repaired quickly as it was losing air and I had a 50 minute drive to work that evening. I stopped at multiple auto repair shops, Caples, Bay state, NTB, Firestone....all were too busy or blew me off. Mr Tire however took me right in with no appointment and repaired the tire quickly and efficiently. Cant recommend them enough for taking care of me in a time of need.

Absolutely awful!! We got an alignment done there and soon after noticed a knocking noise. Luckily, we noticed early that both front tires had not been put back on correctly. We paid way too much money to be in way too much danger. You would think Mr.TIRE could put TIRES back on correctly. If you value your life and money do not use the Mr.Tire Westminster location.

Made online appointment, very easy process. Was taken in right away. Was given an estimate of time for work done that was accurate. All employees were welcoming and professional. Very good experience.

If you go for one thing and they come out telling you they’ve found something else that needs to be done (and lo and behold it’s $700+ worth of work), GET A SECOND OPINION! Turns out it was not a real problem and no additional work needed to be done. I even went back to confront them about it and got a totally different story (but still trying to justify the original claim). So disappointing to be dealt with so dishonestly and have so much time wasted. I will never return to this place.

Staff members also offered great advice for future work on my project car. The location itself was conveniently located, clean, and had a very comfortable waiting area. Good experience.. i went in with desire to replace.two tires and patch one due to an ongoing leaki had a tire that was a questionable patch initially that they said that they could patch however when the tire was off the rim it was too much damage to patch. They honored initial assessment and replaced the tire free of charge

So. I hate leaving bad reviews but I want to warn folks about up charges. I came in with a flat. I was told $40 to fix. Which is double what I’ve paid elsewhere but I was desperate. Then was told I needed a coolant fluid exchange, an alignment (which by the way I drove for 3 blocks with my hands off my steering wheel to check and it never pulled in either direction), and a tire rotation which I had just had done elsewhere. These totaled in the hundreds of dollars. I declined everything but the fluid exchange. When I received my bill I had ALSO been charged $9.50 for Battery maintenance service which I never asked for and $9.50 for a charging system test that again I never asked for. They knew I was late for an important meeting at work and I did not go line by line on the invoice. Now I’m reading all these 5 star reviews saying they saved me from this and that and I wonder. Are you sure? Are you SURE you needed what they sold you?

Im BEYOND thankful for EVERYONE that helped me out today. I came in for a simple oil change and thanks to these guys, the made it a point to tell/show me on how dangerous it is for me to be driving my SUV as theres so much play in the bearings, my wheels could fall off at anytime! I made an appointment to have a set of tires put on my car. I had one tire that was no loner holding air and had already been plugged 3 times and I thought it would be best to replace both back tires instead of one. I got there early and the service representative at the counter was very nice and got all my information before my car was going to be pulled into the shop. Once my car was in the shop and on the lift it was discovered that all 4 of my tires were in very bad shape. One not holding air and the other 3 either showing cords, about to show cords or bald. It was recommended I replace all 4 for safety. I am glad that the techs there did a through inspection of my tires and I feel a lot better knowing I am riding on new, safe tires. Customer service was excellent!

Had an appointment just for new tires to be put on my SUV.. Had nearly a 2 hour wait. No one explained wait time or checked on waiting customers but seemed to have time to joke around. Someone searched my car (console/glove box) for wheel locks instead of asking me. Staff were nice otherwise. Coffee empty- really wanted a cup. TV off. Tires were good and satisfied with work quality.

Great experience today at this location. My online appointment didnt go through nor my choice of tires and price quote. But the management shined and honored the deal. I greatly appreciated the experience and resolution.. I will be returning for future purchas of tires or repairs. The new Goodyear assurance comforted touring tires ride like a dream! I had my Jeep towed here after my daughter ran over a curb. Unfortunately I needed to replace all 4 tires but the Mr. Tire staff recommended a great set that fit my budget. The tires were on, an alignment done and I was back on the road again very quickly. Super service!

Great customer service. The staff is very professional knowledgeable and will do all they can to keep your vehicle up and running. The management staff and mechanics are well trained and I can definitely tell that the work they did on my vehicle improved my performance and gas mileage. They also took care of a couple safety issues that needed to be addressed.

Bait and Switch Scam. While getting an oil change they recommended that I replace 4 tires and provided me with a computerized estimate. I passed on the estimate for the moment as I was short on time. The next day I receive an email coupon that offers 10% off your tire estimate. Two weeks later I schedule an appointment to install the tires. I mention the coupon on the phone and Josh says that he will look at it when I arrive. Upon arriving Josh informs me that they will not honor the coupon with the estimate as proposed. They would honor the coupon, if they can revise the estimate upward by removing discounts. The estimate clearly stated This is Your Estimate. Mr. Tire knew what the estimate stated when they sent the email offer. I responded to the offer before the expiration date. Mr. Tire had no intention of honoring they coupon. They are running a bait and switch scam. They value corporate greed over integrity.

Great service at a great price

This is the best place in Westminster, today I bring my friends 2019 Jeep in for a oil change because I don’t know my friend car use what kind of oil so the staff help me a lot. The staff here are very patient and explain to you What oil is best for your car, So I help my friend ask a lot of questions about his Jeep. They also answered you with patience. I will take my 2018 A4 to Mr.tire next time, let them also check my car and change the oil for me.

Excellent experience! Called on my way home from work to ask about an appointment and spoke with josh. He told me to stop by and they would get me in that night if I felt like waiting. When I got there, josh was super nice to not only me but the people that were calling as I stood at the counter. He told me that it would probably be a bit of a wait and to tell him if I needed anything. I was surprised by how fast they finished my tire! All around great experience. Will come back!

This is one of the only mechanic companies I will go in Westminster from now on! Mr. Micheal (assistant manager) is one of the reasons I am now a full time costumer. He explained all the technical issues with my car and gave me various different routes I could go. No bs. No add-ons or extra hidden fees or what not. He even helped get the most affordable price. I cannot thank this company enough for being so honest with me and helping me with all my car problems!

Went for an oil change. I was told I need front brakes, rotors, and shocks.I took the car to my car shop near my home for state inspection two days later.The car past the inspection.Dont take you car for oil changes at these places.I have few words for you.Liars..... Mr Tire Rip off.

I picked up a nail at 4:55 on Mothers Day. Even though the store was set to close at 5, the techs worked me in. The employees were sympathetic and understanding of my situation. They could have easily said they were unable to help but instead focused on the value of customer service.

Mike and Josh are great! Great service and great employees!I have been coming to Mr. Tire for all of my oil changes since I was in college. I am always met with great service. However, after my last oil change I found a wrench in my car. I did call and Josh was nice, he said that it was an honest mistake which I believe. I just think the situation should have been handled differently and they should have taken more responsibility for the mistake.

Wonderful guys! Brought my 98 Ford Taurus in to get my front tires replaced. I also needed an alignment done but decided against it because of price and just said I would do it later. Came in an hour and a half later to pick up my car and the guy was very honest with me about how if I didn’t get an alignment done, I would wear my new tires out quickly. I told him I was worried about price and he lowered the price for me! Very happy with my service here. Staff is honest and up front, flexible, kind, condsiderate, and understanding. This place is awesome. I was traveling through the area on my way to visit family. I got a flat tire and stopped in on short notice. They had cars all over the parking lot and they took me in. They fixed my car and had me out in 50 min. I went to visit my family and told them about my ordeal. They said that they have been to the Mr. Tire in Westminster a few times and praised the Manager Mike. It wasnt until talking to them that I realized that Mike was the person to not only check me in but who fixed my car. Even offered me a soda or coffee while I wait. Not many places will the manager actually go out and fix your car for you. If you want honest, fast service with a clean friendly environment. Go to Mr. Tire in Westminster.

I came in for an oil change, Its was fast everyone was very polite and made me feel at home. The technicians were very polite and made sure I knew why he was making the recommendations. I told them that I wasnt ready to do some of the repairs right now and they were completely fine with that. I brought my 2007 Honda Accord here about a week ago and couldn’t have had better service. The waiting area is comfortable and I don’t feel like I’m waiting in the way. I watched YouTube and relaxed while they took car of my car. This was my first time here and they treated me like they’ve known me for years and that will keep me coming back. I went home and told my husband and he was equally pleased at the service I received. I am currently here again with another vehicle of ours getting the oil changed. I would recommend these guys to anyone!!

I got a flat and needed to get it fixed ASAP so I could get to work the next day. They were the only tire shop open @ 7pm. When I talk to the manager he offered to stay open till I could get there. Awesome service and kind employees!

Had the greatest experience at Mr Tire. Michael Womick the Store Manager and Josh who were at the desk couldnt have given me better customer service. I was desperate for an appointment the night before and they made it so easy for me to come in and get what I needed done. I had told them I needed to be out no later then 3:00pm and they had me out by 2:30. They truly know what customer service means and how a customer should be treated. Its my second time having to go there and had the same great experience. Bravo to Michael and his amazing team for always giving great service. Its the only place my wife and I will go to or ever recommend. This is 10 star not a 5 star place!
