I was so impressed with their customer service, the quality of their work and done by the time they said. My first time to handle brake repair without husband by my side. They were so caring and patient with all the questions I had as an older woman. Really appreciated everyone I dealt with there.

The staff here was more than spectacular. They helped me get my truck back on the road and driving better than before! Zach and Carlos have exceptional customer service! Gave me great recommendations on what was needed to be done. Also a call out to Matt who was the technician for cranking out the job in time for me to get home! When I took it to brakes plus, they said you actually don’t need a brake job for another 10k or so. That’s when I stopped going anywhere but Westminster brakes plus

I would like this rating to be higher as they are always courteous and fair. Unfortunately I have had to return for the same problem twice or three times several times over the years and it starts to wear the patience and trust down.When a brake pedal goes to the floor just after all new brakes, that is a problem. Then you return and they adjust too tight so the drums warp first day, that is worse. So now the new drums need to be replaced. At this point you have no choice to continue down the path and hope someone there can get it right. Lots of wasted time. Not a great feeling as a customer.

The manager, Mark H, has been fantastic. He and his crew has assisted us on all of our vehicles. He has done oil changes, installed new shocks, clutch fans, u joints, ball joints and radiators. Some of the work has been on short notice and has got the work done in record time. He has worked on ‘04 Dodge Ram 2500, 2013 and 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokees. Thank you!!

I brought in our secondary car after I thought I heard the breaks squeaking. I told them I had no idea the last time I had the brakes serviced, and I was fully prepared to be told I needed hundreds of dollars of work done. They ended up checking my brakes for free and telling me it’s not time yet. I sincerely appreciate an honest shop! I will be back when it’s time!

I love taking my car here! The General Manager Mark is incredibly professional, helpful, and does anything and everything he can to make you want to bring your business back to this company, and especially his location. And the mechanics always take great care of my vehicle when I bring it in.

Very quick and timely with the service. I had an oil change and brakes done within just about a hour and a half with very friendly staff. Mark was very helpful in explaining me the entire inspection process and Carlos was great with showing me the issues with my rotors and giving me a fair price with a couple of discounts too. I will definitely be coming back.

This is the most professional, honest, business that I have ever gone to, in many years. I’ve been going to them for about three or four years. The general manager, Mark, does not try to sell you something that you don’t need. As a single female it’s not easy to find a place that you are 100% sure you are not being taken advantage of. I have listened to him and his employees on the phone while sitting and waiting for my car to be fixed. You can hear the commitment in their conversations of making sure that the person is told in detail what is wrong with their car, what needs to be fixed, and how much it will cost. They don’t try to tack on “add-ons“. They don’t try to push in as many cars as they can and then you end up waiting so much longer for your vehicle to be done. I did go to another Brakes Plus store, but did not have the same experience. I would recommend this store in particular to anyone that needs service on the vehicle and has had previous bad experiences

I’m writing this review as I sit here as I have had the most pleasant and honest experience with this crew at Brakes Plus in Westminster. Everyone was extremely friendly, Mark set me up with a desk to study while I waited and made sure I had coffee as well. Carlos brought me in to actually show what was happening with my car, which helped me understand better. Look no further if you need any of the services they provide here, this place is professional and enjoyable to work with.

I had made an appointment for a alignment and oil change. I knew the car had some extra issues just couldnt figure out what it was. Before they continued with the alignment they addressed these issues and gave me a layout of the total cost for the much needed repair. I did not want to spend as much as I did. But machines need maintenance! I had just gotten new tires so an alignment was a must. I was also shown where the problem was on the car and understood why the repair was necessary. They were able to give me a correct time frame and I was able to get my car before the day was out. (DONT RUSH YOUR MECHANICS)They were friendly and am thankful that our vehicle is much safer now. Me and my family have been going to this location for years. The service we receive everytime we are here is above expectation. The prices are very reasonable compared to other shops Ive been to and they always make you feel like your not just a number. They got me in really quick and were timely about the repairs, as well as had far and away the best value and pricing. They were also very clear and honest about what repairs were necessary, what additional repairs were recommended, and what signs to watch for on other parts that might need later work. In addition, this store had some of the friendliest and most personal staff Ive encountered at automotive shops--the guy I called back even recognized my number and answered the phone with my name! Just top notch all around. Ill definitely be back here when I need repairs again.

We have 5 cars and only use Brakes Plus. They are all around wonderful and I highly recommend this shop.

I usually go to Lexus to have my car fixed, my last quote from them was outrageous. I decided to do some research. My brother who works on cars recommended this place. They warranty the parts. I had my brakes done, CVC axle and Boots a while back. Today I going to do an oil change at another place but my husband like them so much he had me go back to them. I went in for the oil change today and they came back telling me I had an engine mount cracked. Typically when you hear that you feel like someones trying to get money out of you however they showed me it, they did not pressure me to get it done they just said it was up to me. I drive too many people to risk anything. Now that I got it back it drives better then it ever has. They are honest and half the price. Thank you for having great people and being so honest and keeping your prices reasonable. Everything I could ask for. So happy you do more than just brakes. Thank you!!!

Great service, nice employees!

Gave them a call around noon on a Saturday and explained I needed new rear brakes and rotors. They were quick to help and I got my car back before 5pm the same day. Friendly service, knowledgeable and honest employees that told me what I needed and didn’t try to sell too hard with parts I didn’t yet need, and way cheaper than taking my vehicle to a dealership or other mechanic. Very happy with the speed and quality of work!

By far the best auto shop Ive been to. I was driving back to Denver from Estes Park on Saturday, it started raining, and my drivers side windshield wiper blade got stuck. Brakes plus was the closest repair shop to me, so I went there. They fixed my wiper blade within 15 minutes of me showing up, and they didnt even charge me for it. I dont have anyone here who can help me with these things, so it was great to get this level of service.

Customer service was good and they took good care of me. The only thing that could have been better is speed. I had a small issue after shocks were installed and I had to leave my car there for 4 hours to get it fixed. They took care of it but I had to come back a couple times. I will still take my car there for sure but it was a little inconvenient.

Cant give more than 1 stars. They have a very bad customer service. They are always in a hurry to either push you out of the door or sign up for brake servicing. They did not address my problems, they fixed one issue (which was straight away a rotor and pads replacement) but did not care to tell me what was the reason for another problem at the rear side. Had to re-schedule the appointment and when I reach there they said we noticed it but forgot to tell you. Got a feeling they just want to hear you if you are going to pay them for any services. Will probable pick another location going forward.Edit: I would have preferred to know the entire situation before getting my front brake pads and rotors replaced. That did address one of the issues, but not the bigger one about the shuddering noise coming from the rear brakes, which I would have preferred to prioritise this time. Which I was told of only after I went there again the next day. Hoping to hear back from the customer support.Edit (06/11/2020): Got a call back from the store manager Mark and was good to get things clarified with him. Will be visiting them again shortly in about a months time to get things taken care of.

Started my morning route with squealing, shaky brakes and knew it was time to get serviced, sooner rather than later. Called to set up an appointment and was told to just drive right on over. After dropping off my vehicle, the team almost immediately assessed my brakes and kept me updated the entire time. They prompted me of needed pad replacements, rotor resurfacing, brake flush, as well as an alignment check, all of which I knew I had been neglecting for quite some time, and was nauseous about how much I was about to fork over.Not only was the team super friendly, helpful, efficient, and fast, but they quoted me at an UNBEATABLE price! Needless to say, I have found my Go-To! Thanks again, guys!

I have been dealing with a certain mechanic for over 40 years. Unfortunately, he went out of business due to the corona pandemic. I was afraid that. I was not going to find a honest mechanic? I went into Brakes Plus. I spoke to a gentleman named Mark told him my problems with my vehicle.. I was so impressed with him🤗 I felt his concern about my problem with my vehicle. Even without an appointment, Mark got my car in and battery changed in less than a half an hour at a price that was a million times better than what my dealership quoted me. This Brakes Plus is literally the best!!! I hit a curb and cracked my transmission tank. Mark was ultra friendly he never once made me feel bad. Hands down the nicest, and more importantly, most honest auto repair / maintenance shop! I just recently moved here from LA and my uncle recommended I come here for a couple maintenance items (radiator flush and alignment) for my SUV.Mark, the repair technician, took time to ask me why I wanted the radiator flush. Of course I blamed it on my uncle’s recommendation. Mark told me I wasn’t in need of that for another 45k miles. How awesome is that?! He saved me money instead of taking advantage of me.When I told Mark a dealer had told me I needed to replace my lower control arms, Mark checked them out. He said that was total BS. Just another case of a dealer trying to make money on unnecessary repairs.To top it off, Mark printed out the recommended services at 60k miles and 105k miles. Totally above and beyond my expectations. He also gave me recommendations on brake pads.Jessy, who helped complete my transaction at the register, was also super friendly and helpful. Went in for a brake service and mentioned that my A/C was not working properly, Carlos gave me a call a short time after to go over the most cost-effective away of getting new brakes. When I went to pick my truck up Mark the store manager pinpointed the problem and gave me a very affordable quote to get my A/C fixed. Shes perfect for that job, and is so good with the customers. My front end alignment was finished right at the time they told me, and they gave me a great deal for the work. This is a great brakes shop. They are honest and the staff is very friendly. Ive been here a handful of times for all our vehicles and I recommend them a lot. Today I wound up needing my back shoes cleaned. They only charged $20 for this service and my brakes are now running great. Jessy, at the counter, was very friendly, and Carlos came out and explained to me what was going on with my brakes, and he too was very nice and very professional. They also gave me a keychain after I paid my bill, which I am keeping and thought was a nice gesture. I will keep coming back.

Carlos, first and foremost the best customer service I have had in quite a long time. YOU have restored my faith in the definition of taking care of your customer. I took my vehicle in, (neglecting your brakes is not a good thing people), they eventually rust and give your nice local mechanic headaches. My vehicle had to stay past the allotted time and unfortunately they are not open Sunday. Carlos reassured me they would get to it Monday 1st thing or I could come back anytime I wanted. I opted to let it stay, and he even offered to reimburse an Uber if I needed it. I had a few additional services not immediately due, performed on my vehicle as well. Carlos researched some discounts for the inconveniences, was great with communication and a very knowledgeable person. He apologized for what I considered an honest effort to make things right and show he values his customers. To Mark Hoffman, the store manager, you picked a good person to work for you and I can see you treat him well as an employer. Do not let him go ever, in fact give the guy a huge raise or promotion! People like him are valued and not easy to come by. Thank you to the unnamed mechanic as well who took such great care of my vehicle. So sorry if it was a pain and I wont neglect it again I promise.

The front desk, Eddie and Jessie, were extremely accommodating since I wanted an inspection at the end of the day Friday. Service was complete the very next morning!John, the mechanic that inspected my car was very knowledgeable. It was quite impressive that he was able to investigate the brakes and determine there was a weird wobble sound without me having to tell him about the sound. Prices were competitive with quotes from other service centers.Would highly recommend this location!

The management let me know I had plenty of brake pad left instead of padding their own pockets at my expense.
