Lucky tire and auto was very honest and helpful. I didn’t know what my 1976 Chevy k10 exactly needed and they said they would take a look. They diagnosed quite a bit and instead of doing some of the work and then sending me to a transmission shop to do the rest (would have cost me so much more), they were up front and highly recommended a nearby transmission shop to do everything.When I got off work that day to pick up my truck, they had already given the transmission shop a call so that they were ready to take my truck that day. Lucky tire and auto didn’t have to set that up for me but they did and it saved me time and effort. Will always be a customer here if I need something done.

Firestone wouldnt tighten a bolt that Luckys installed. Also, they welded an exhaust joint that came undone that Firestone wanted to charge $1800 to replace the whole system. It just needed a simple weld. Joe was helpful in taking care of our needs.

Great experience. My car was having problems starting and the oil pressure warning light was on, but the team was able to diagnose the actual problem and provide a solution quickly and at reasonable cost. Would definitely use again!

I got a nail pretty far out on the tread of some 1.5 year old tires that are expensive. Discount Tire of course wanted to sell me new tires because they dont punctures close to the sidewall. I figured Id give the local shop a shot and they were able to repair the tire without a problem. Super friendly and very well priced.

My father has done business with Lucky for years and I have brought my vehicle here for almost 15 years. This is my go to place when I have a car issue or need tires put on. This is an honest local business that always takes care of me and my family. They are quick and friendly and I’ve never had any issues. Highly recommended and Colorado owned.

Great service and expert workmanship

I noticed when I drove my car Tuesday evening after the snowfall it was like the alignment went out so I took it in Wednesday and they told me I had ice inside my wheel which caused vibrationin my steering wheel. They were also busy and they took time out of their day to see what the problem was. I am so pleased with them for looking at me car. Great service. No vibration and runs like a champ.

I have taken my SUV here many times and they have always done a great job. If you need something big done to your vehicle and need to budget for it they are great at giving you quotes. I have my family bring their cars to Luckys now and they love it also. Cant go wrong bringing your vehicles here! Went for a tire balance and received more! My family and I are moving across the country on Friday. A couple weeks ago my wifes told me her car had some shaking going on while driving at highway speed.i I took the car to Luckys shop on Wednesday afternoon and received prompt service. The employees are very helpful and honest and showed in great detail why she had some vibration while driving. Knowing that we are taking this car across the country that decided to rotate tires one the one side and balance the rest.They performed all work and charged me the original price we agreed upon. I recommend this shop for anyone who is tired off feeling like they are being ripped off with other automotive shops . Great job Luckys and wish I had visited sooner.

This is my 3rd visit to Lucky’s Tire and Auto. I had read through their reviews and liked what I saw (even the responses to some negative reviews were well handled) but wanted to have some of my own experience with them before reviewing myself. It takes me some time to trust an auto repair place because I often feel taken advantage of, especially as a female. Every single time, I have felt they were fair, honest and reasonably priced with their service and parts. Joe is excellent! He explains things when I need to think them through, and they are not “alarmist” about things forcing you to spend more. It’s been a real pleasure and the work has always been top notch to boot! At this point, my car will only be going to Lucky’s!

Ive been to several auto shops to diagnose the steering wheel vibration. After changing axle and balancing as recommended by them, the issue is still there. Decided to take it Lucky tire, after 2 hours of checking, problems had been identified. And issues had been fixed quickly with reasonable price. Thumbs up for these guy.

I have to write a 5 star review of Lucky Tire and Auto. I tried this place after a terrible experience with a chain brakes place. Joe checked me in and let me know the wait time and cost up front. They checked the car out and got the work done quickly. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They were very honest and worked hard to get the car done. The brakes came in under the original estimate and they checked out and fixed another minor issue for free!! More than 5 stars! Thank you for honesty and great service!

Two different people who didnt know each other are referred me here so I gave them a shot.I couldnt be happier with the service and pricing. They went above and beyond my expectations and the price was even lower than quoted. They problem solved my vehicle and did so in a very cost-effective manner. A few months ago I purchased tired for my Suburban, so satisfied I went back and got tires for my camper as well. Steve and Joe are always super friendly and honest. These guys are amazing. Ive never trusted anyone more with any vehicle Ive owned. They wont lie to you, pressure you, treat you like an idiot (as a woman, this has happened to me dozens of times at other places) or keep your car for longer than necessary. I went to another shop to get my oil changed and was informed of a nail in my tire that was “irreparable.” They let me know that I’d have to replace at least 2 tires if not all 4. I ended up leaving and saying I wanted a 2nd opinion.I called lucky tire and spoke with joe who told me to bring it in anytime and they could take a look but he let me know that these are often repairable. I brought my car in and within about 15 minutes they come back and let me know it was an easy repair and it’s done. My bill? $20.. instead of the $500 they were trying to have me pay at the other place. Awesome service definitely recommend at least going here to see what they can do for you!And if it’s not as fast as mine was.. you can run over to big mamas and get a breakfast burrito while you wait! Win-win

I have my own shop! Lucky tire is the only shop that I advocate I refer them to all my customers when I do not have time to do the work myself. In a world were dishonest mechanic are giving good mechanics a bad name Luckys can always be trusted.

Went to Lucky Tire to see about patching a leaky tire on my AWD Subaru Impreza. Puncture was found near top of the sidewall so they set me up with a used replacement.I regretfully didn’t inspect the replacement before leaving the shop only to later find they replaced my 195x65x15 with a 195x60x15.I called to see if they could just swap me to a tire of the correct size but they didn’t have anything in stock.When I asked if they could order one, they said no.They did dismount the incorrect tire and issue a refund, but I would not recommend visiting this shop.

I took my jeep here about a month ago. Needed a simple oil change and tires rotated. They broke 2 of my lug nuts off and wanted me to pay 70 some dollars a piece to fix then. My jeep is now leaking oil like crazy, which it never has done before.

Yesterday I called Lucky Tire looking to get my car checked out because it was making so much noise. Even with having such a busy schedule, Joe was able to get me in to have my 2007 Chevy Colbolt looked at. This is the best experience I have ever had a auto repair shop. The customer service is outstanding and the people are kind and extreenly willing to help out. Thank you so much Mike and Joe for helping me to get my wheel baring fixed yesterday on such short notice! I will most certainly be coming back to Luky Tire for all my future car needs!

I took my car to them because there was a loud noise coming from the rear end. They said it was my CV axle I told them to go ahead and repair it. They said it was fixed I went to pick up my car and they didnt fix anything charged me over 300 dollars. I saw the employee that worked on my car he was driving my car reckless. Poor service

1. Had my waterpump replaced in August (everything went smooth, no problems)2. Last Thursday my car over heats and I take it to the nearest shop and they let me know my waterpump was leaking. I call Lucky to see if it was under warranty which it was.3. I bring my car to Luckys and they say my waterpump wasnt leaking, they do not perform warranty work.4. Monday timing belt comes lose in the Springs, take it to nearest shop. Replaced belt and they tell me my waterpump is leaking.5. Bring it all the way back to Luckys, on tuesday at 12pm, to have them not start on my car until the next day.6. Wesnesday they call to try to tell me again it wasnt leaking. Tell them to do the warranty anyways because the other two shops said it was leaking.7. Today Thursday, I was working in the Springs again. Called Luckys to ask them if I didnt make it until 5pm if they would leave my key in the mailbox so I could pick up my car. They said they would do that for me. Joe was his name. He works the front desk8. Get an hour ride to Luckys to find my car locked inside a gate, no key in mailbox.9. No call to let me know Id have to pick it up in the morning10. Moral of the story, they dont car about their clients
