DJ was very helpful choosing a bed for my 3 year old. I would recommend this store. Since there are little places that sell childrens bed. We ended up getting a fort bed. Thanks again DJ

This by far was the worst place to go for kid beds, or any beds!I went In Today shopping for my kids and the gentleman, well the only one there has no sales experience what so ever. He followed me around talking about the competition and tried to hit a sale, but when I asked for more information on the beds and his product and let him know it didn’t make sense to me he got offended. Also told me “if you don’t buy the bed it don’t matter to me. I sell them anyways I been in business for 16 years!” Which I don’t know how. All the beds there look out of date and if the place was going out of business.Makes sense though, bad customer service!If I can give “0” stars I would!!!Shop around before you ever decide to come here!! This place is bogus!

I purchased a mattress for my child at this store a week ago. The owner told me to come in anytime the following Wednesday to pick up the mattress. I showed up at 4:30pm to pick up the mattress with my kids who were very excited about it. When I walked in the owner informed me the the mattress was not in and didnt have any idea of when it would arrive. He proceeded to be rude to me when I attempted to find out when it would arrive. Finally I asked for a refund and he told me he wouldnt give me a refund and to just sue him. After threatening to call the police he finally gave the the refund. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN

The guy there was really rude, you can’t even look around with him following you and if you don’t want to buy from them the guy gets mad and says his stuff is on sale just for that day, he needs to work on his customer service I will not recommend no one to go there!
