Janie (sorry about any misspellings) remembered us and that was encouraging in that she was attentive and a good listener and was the same this second trip. Very knowledgeable about the products as well as how the business acquires and processes sales of their products. Not overwhelming but passionate about profession. It’s the difference between winning and losing! Thanks for the professional but also personable experience!!

We had a great shopping experience today. We were in a few months ago and couldnt decide so we waited and came back. Both times the sales people were friendly but not a shopper stalker. They made themselves available to answer our questions but didnt make us feel like they were hovering. Delivery fee is reasonable too. We only wish there were a few more options on the furniture but that is not their fault. Those things are up to thefurniture maker companies.

I bought a beautiful corner sofa over 30 days ago and was not quite ready for it, as we are moving to Arkansas and had some issues come up that delayed our move. Jay assured me that it was stored and there was no problem with the hold up. When I first went in, I thought I was going to have a sales person standing in front of me immediately like so many sales people do. Jay was very polite and it gave me the opportunity to look around and when I found the sofa I found him and the purchase was made. That’s the kind of service I like. He was very polite and nice. I would highly recommend that store and the people.

Was looking for a dinning room table that was very unique, well made at a reasonable price. Found the most beautiful table. Hard to find something that is heavy and real wood throughout. The sales associates were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Jay offered to store our set until our house was ready for it. Highly recommend the store.

With all the signs saying how you have to wear a mask and the federal mandate, you’d think the employees would wear one. Definitely not.The quality of the furniture in there does not match the price tags on them. Definitely don’t recommend coming here.Edit: to reply: there is a big whiteboard with handwritten words explaining that people need to wear a mask because of the federal mandate. Either the people who own this place or run this place are clearly incompetent as they don’t even adhere to their own posted rules. Comical.

We have made several large purchases at this Colorado Casual store over the last few years... but NEVER again. The owner/manager of the store refuses to wear a mask. I asked him if he had a mask to wear and he rudely replied he didn’t have to wear one because he had a medical condition - he wears a hearing aid. I said we have numerous friends who wear hearing aids and they ALL wear masks. I said we cannot shop in his store, and then a younger man came out from the back (also without a mask), saying anyone with a hearing aid does not have to wear a mask. There were NO signs on the entrance requiring the wearing of masks, only social distancing. We were actually in this store early last summer, and this same older man approached us in the store, with no mask and was only a foot away from us. We left quickly, assuming he had just forgotten his mask.We said we were leaving, but the younger man said he would show us around. He went into the back and came back with a mask, spending 5 min. walking us thru the front area. We felt extremely uncomfortable with the situation and left shortly thereafter.This is not OK, and by previous reviews, others have been upset by this same behavior from the staff. We have been in this store many times in the past, working closely with staff and have never encountered an employee with a disability, and in most cases, having a disability does not exempt people from wearing masks. In over a year of navigating the challenges of the pandemic, we have never witnessed such behavior by owners/employees of a business. The lack of concern and protection of others, let alone their customers, is truly appalling. They are making the choice to defy Covid-19 mandates initiated by the State of CO; therefore, we choose not to give them our business ever again.

I was very disappointed when I came in, and several employees did not have mask’s on. Every customer was being respectful by wearing a mask.I felt very unsafe by the no mask environment. There was other covid precaution signs such as to stay six feet apart but none that said a mask was required for entry. I will have to take my business elsewhere. Our sales lady was very professional unlike her other colleagues and wore a mask.

The store had a good selection of tables and couches. Service was good. However, the only salesperson at the store did not wear a mask as required by the state for COVID-19 restrictions level red.

Through our 40 years in Colorado weve purchased several furniture items and of course bar stools from CCF. On this occasion, our rep, Jay, was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped us find the perfect recliner and sleeper sofa for our needs with fabrics and sizes the are going to be perfect. Cant wait to have our new rooms set up.

Furniture looked fine, had very similar items as competitors such as AFW and Furniture Row, except the prices were higher here. Sign at the door says masks are optional, although Westminster has a mask ordinance and the sales person didnt keep her distance even though she wasnt wearing a mask. Didnt really see anything that would make me go back. Had a much better experience at Lazy Boy Furniture near Orchard.

I have to disagree with other reviews Ive read. My experience at Colorado Casual Furniture was great. I had done quite a bit of research on the dining set I wanted to purchase not only for product quality but also for price. Colorado Casual Furniture had the set for a full $500 less than I found other places. It took very little time to complete my purchase and they even held the set for three weeks until I was ready for delivery. When the set was delivered it was exactly what I ordered and they were on time and very careful not to damage anything. The set came in two finishes, Mission Oak and Rustic Oak. I ordered the Rustic Oak at the urging of my friends, however when it arrived I was disappointed. It was not going to match the way I had hoped and after reading the online reviews of the customer service at Colorado Casual Furniture I was hesitant to call and try to exchange it. I made the call anyway and was glad I did. Jeff was very understanding and said he did not want me to be stuck with a piece I didnt love. I had to pay a re-stocking fee but that is to be expected with any large purchase. I was happy to pay it and get what I truly wanted. They were able to bring the new set to my house the same day and take the one I didnt love back with them. I recommend checking this place out if you need any furniture and I will certainly consider them for my next purchase.

My wife and I went sofa shopping which included a visit to Colorado Casual Furniture. We were greeted at the door by a friendly sales person who was very helpful without being pushy. We were able to test all furniture including my 12 year old who loved the recliners. Overall a great experience. We also liked a lot of the furniture and felt it had a modern look and feel it was reasonably priced.

I almost passed up this store because of the casual in the name. Beautiful furniture and Janie was knowledgeable and really helpful. Will be back!

After going to a dozen places looking for bar stools, & failing to find any that fit our tastes, we finally found them here! Janie was super helpful, & pointed out that a particular design could be custom built, according to the colours and finishes that we prefer. The quality was really good too, which is really important for bar stools. Not to mention, we also found our coffee table here by accident! All in all, a wonderful shopping experience. Great quality for the price!

My husband and I purchased bar stools and a couch from Colorado Casual. Jay Kahn was our salesman. He is wonderful! He didnt pressure us. He let us look and try out furniture at our own pace, but was around and available to answer any of our questions. I highly recommend this store because of Jays customer service and the furniture is high quality (the couch and bar stools still look brand new and they are several years old) compared to other mega-chain furniture stores in Denver.

Salesman offered to assist us as soon as we arrived. He was available or questions but not at all pushy. We found what we liked among the bar stools and the transaction was quick and smooth.

Colorado Casual Furniture is a wonderful store to do business with. We are always treated with respect and their products and prices are outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Dont let some of the negative reviews steer you away from this place. I bought furniture here when I first moved to Colorado last summer. The furniture selections were much nicer than the same old stuff that you see over and over at the larger furniture stores in the Denver metro area. I felt no pressure from the sales team and delivery was a breeze. The only negative thing that I experienced was that the sales associate must have been new as she was really slow placing my order and had know idea how to source one of my pieces from another location. I am now moving into a new house and will be back to Colorado Casual Furniture to shop for a few pieces for the new place.

We went to CCF after being customers at Woodleys and Stickley-Audi. This time in search of dining chairs and bar stools. We learned of CCF on a web search for Bermex furniture showrooms. Their selection was very large, including samples of all customization options for chairs and tables. David patiently worked with us on Saturday, then Jay took over the next day when David was off. They never missed a beat. We were challenging customers but the sales staff stayed with us as our choices flip-flopped. We purchased 8 chairs and 3 stools. The service was as good as it gets: expert knowledge, patient discussions and a very good deal without haggling or games. Highly recommend!

Unreal experience..... The man claimed to be the Owner as he insulted someone and insisted they couldnt afford the furniture. This was a family member of mine. He was told to leave the store and that he was ugly. Just going to help move furniture and was like save the money and we got a nice sofa at American furniture warehouse. Better Value with Jake Jabbs!The response from the owner is to save face. No one was playing on furniture. We were looking to purchase for our family. This gentleman will certainly treat you in the same manner and accept your 1 star review as well. To make up we were playing on handicap furniture is a petty attempt to save face.Wow!

I purchased over $6000 worth of furniture at the store. I absolutely love the couch and loveseat we purchased. But, I paid over $800 for a recliner that swivels and rocks. This chair is very poor quality, and it squeaks and creaks with every movement. There is no way I can rock my granddaughter to sleep in a chair that makes so much noise! When I try to call to discuss resolution, I keep getting the runaround. Three weeks ago I was told that the customer service team was on vacation, so I should call back in a few days. Two weeks ago I was told that DAVID (apparently he is a customer service team of one) was back from vacation, but he was out to lunch, and I was told to call back later. When I called back, I was told that DAVID was back from lunch, but that he was unavailable and I should call back the next day. When I asked how I was ever going to get this situation resolved, The woman I was on the phone with stated that she would give him my information but that she doubted he would call me back and that I should call back the next day. This situation is still not resolved. It is very frustrating.

I really enjoyed shopping there today. Cindie was wonderful. I really liked her and this marvelous store.
