While attending an event in Silverthorne, we decided to see if the store near there had a specific mattress we wanted to try. They did not, but the gentleman helping us (Lucas) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. He referred us to another store that he knew had the mattress we came in to try. I knew there was a store closer to me in Westminster so we stopped in there and explained that we had been working with someone else and the gentleman at the Westminster store (Ryan) was every bit as wonderful to work with! These guys really know their products and were beyond helpful in finding us what we wanted. I would highly recommend either of these gentlemen and Mattress Firm.

I was needing a new mattress for a guest bedroom and I was on a limited budget. The Mattress Firm Clearance Center had just what I was looking for at a great price! We had a great experience here yesterday. Brent was extremely helpful and we didnt feel any pressure. He was great showing us options in our budget and asked a lot of questions about our sleep style, if there were any back issues, etc. we ended up deciding to buy a more expensive mattress than planned after he showed us the options and it was a really stress free experience. Everyone was friendly and nice and we got to spend as much time as we wanted in each mattress to test.

They bent over backwards to help us out. Were moving in a month and wanted to buy a new mattress anyway. They helped us order a mattress to be picked up in the state were moving to. Verified that our trial period and warranty wouldnt start until we picked it up.We worked with Ryan who went above and beyond to help us try out every mattress that might work for us, suggesting options to help us get a better mattress without going over our budget. He was never pushy, but was willing to answer any question we had and offered questions and answers we hadnt considered. He was willing to understand that while the elite mattress would of course be the dream we couldnt afford it. He found options that allowed us to afford a much better one than we were originally going to settle for.Overall extremely happy we went here. If we ever need another mattress well be calling them again. Even from out of state Im going to talk to them first!

I purchased a Nectar mattress recently, after being convinced that purchasing from a third party dealer (Mattress Firm) would work in my best interest as far as choosing the best fit for me and my budget, submitting a claim for the warranty, getting the best deal, having the most options for delivery and recycling of my old mattress and providing business to a company other than the manufacturer.Nectar provided many benefits to purchasing the mattress and I was told that if I found a better price elsewhere that the store would price-match. However, when Nectar did provide a better discount online the next day, I called the store to price-match and the salesman, Paul, told me that he would honor the discount, but charge me for a service fee his manager had waived for me at the store when we finalized the sale. It was clear that the price match guarantee wasnt as he had told me and Paul continuously told me that if he provided more of a discount, he wouldnt make any money off the sale. He further told me that if it was a better deal online that I should cancel my order through Mattress Firm and go directly through the Nectar site instead. I was taken aback by this, as he had mentioned many times of how much he appreciated my business and reminded me multiple times how he worked off commission.I was disappointed in my sales representative and hope to never help out his personal commission goals again, as dealing with a slimy salesperson trying to make a quick buck off me is not reassuring while Im spending hundreds of dollars on a new mattress.The store supervisor, Steve, called me after my purchase to hear my concerns and to rectify the situation. Although I did not have the best experience with Paul, I greatly appreciated the follow up and time he took to listen to my concerns and have therefore changed my rating for the business to its worth online.I think Mattress Firm is one of the best places for purchasing a bed and will likely make future purchases from the business and would encourage others to do the same.

My husband and I went to a few other Mattress Firms before this one and had the typical uncomfortable sales experience. We decided to give this one a chance, and thankfully we did. We worked with Steve who acted like a human being and not an aggressive sales robot. My husband and I took a long time to find a bed we both agreed on (we like very different things), and Steve was super patient, informed, and polite. He gave us plenty of space to try the beds and discuss without hovering and making us uncomfortable like they did at the other stores. Steve was respectful of our budget didnt push us to buy anything when we clearly hadnt found anything we liked.My husband and actually ended up leaving the store because we were so undecided and it was refreshing when no one hounded us for walking out the door. We found a bed we liked at Denver Mattress, but we werent happy with the price or the sales experience. We came back to this store where Steve made us a great deal on the same model.

We weren’t planning to buy a new mattress but when our SleepNumber went belly-up in the middle of the night, we begrudgingly headed to Mattress Firm the next day. I am happy to say that our frowns got turned upside-down and we had the best shopping experience ever, thanks to Paul Trujillo! He was running around helping three sets of customers at once but we still felt as though we had his undivided attention. We got all the info we needed and he spent time going over all our options with us. Helped us save some money and got out new bed set up for same-day pickup too! As if all that wasn’t enough, he even made sure to open the door for us while he was being pulled in multiple directions. Truly a master class in customer service. We love our new Purple mattress and are so glad we stopped in when we did and got to work with Paul.

When I came in a few days later, I was not surprised with any extra charges, as his explanation a few days prior had been comprehensive. It was quick and easy, and I felt like I got a great deal on this bed. Christian actually went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, and to exceed my expectations on delivery. I was pleased with the old-fashioned, personal, yet professional sales environment that Christian provided.

Stopped here after spending an hour at Denver Mattress where they could not deliver a bed before 2 weeks. Already had our minds set on a Purple or a Tempurpedic. Sean Coleman introduced himself as the sales rep. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately provided helpful information about pricing. Pro tip: Brands like Purple and Tempurpedic are set market prices so they will be the same at any store. Sean was friendly and knowledgeable, was able to provide statistical data to help us inform our decision. Knew when to give us space to discuss and wasn’t pushy. Would highly recommend this store and ask for Sean if you’re looking for a friendly, informative, and overall comparably affordable experience of purchasing your bed! And they are able to deliver within 3 days of purchasing!

It was such a nice experience while looking for a mattress. It was my first time buying an actual mattress and the gentlemen who helped me were very nice! I came in early May to price check mattresses and the man who helped me made sure I got a really good deal on a mattress that was comfortable and made sure I had a set quote for when I came back. Today when I went to purchase my mattress, Richard made sure I was well taken care of and got me a good deal on the Gold Service since I live on the 3rd floor and unable to carry a mattress up 3 flights of stairs by myself. We were in desperate need of a bed after having to throw ours out . The man that helped us was beyond helpful and very nice. The box spring wouldnt fit up my stairs. My boyfriend and I went to this store to purchase a new mattress for our spare room. We werent sure what to expect with the pandemic, but felt very safe and secure with all the safety measure that were in place. The store itself had a good variety of mattresses and its great at this location because there are options of mattresses that were previously on the sales floor for a discounted price. What really blew us away was the customer service we received from Dederick. Our original plan was to go to a few different stores, but with Dedericks help we were able to make a purchase at the first place we went! We were greeted when we entered and politely asked what we were looking for. Once we had explained we were steered in the right direction and shown different options. He didnt try to over sell us or have us spend unnecessary money on a spare bed. He helped us make sure that even while getting a fair priced mattress we werent cheating ourselves on comfort and reliability. He knew when to back off and give us our space, but was also diligent making sure we werent forgotten about. Once we made our choice the checking out and scheduling delivery was quick with no hassles. We received our mattress when we were supposed to and couldnt be more pleased with our pick of the Sleepy Rest. We will be going back soon to purchase ourselves a new mattress as well!

Ended up getting the Purple 4 mattress for my new apartment and cant wait to get my hands on it.

I placed an order online and my adjustable base did not arrive as expected and was now going to arrive 5 days late. The prices for the clearance mattress are great!! I got a high quality firm Sleepys queen mattress (originally 350) for the price of a twin (250). John and his co-worker gave me great insight to mattress and John helped tie the mattress to the car after the purchase. I definitely recommend coming here if you are on a budget but deserve a new mattress.

Today I went to buy my first mattress ever, I was a bit scared for this adult experience, but I didn’t need to be. I was greeted right away when I entered, I was led through the whole process by the manager there, James. He was very kind and he gave me a lot of information to help my decision. They also offered free delivery to my door which was great.

We were greeted with courtesy and when we explained what we were looking for, we were given explanations and shown many options. We made our selection and were pleased with the transaction.

Although my purchase 3 years ago did not result in a great purchase it was the mattress, not the service. I am going back to coils. I was able to test out what I thought I wanted. She showed me other options and glad they did. I recall the service even through delivery being very good. Im anxiously awaiting for it to be delivered next weekend.
