These people are always friendly! I always appreciate going into this place because Im always met with a great disposition and a willingness to help. Whichever Ace or other hardware store you go to I dont care if its near your house, or your workplace, forget them and just go to this one! Make this your Ace of choice or Ace in a hole!

I called ahead to order several items that were waiting for me at the register. The staff that talked with me was friendly and helpful. This was really good for me because I have a serious issue walking. I also like that there is plenty of disabled parking near the entrance.

This is my go to place for everything needed to compleatly do any project., All of the employees are very knowledgeable and this women here, on the forklift especially goes out of her way to help you find anything you need and is always very helpful. Every Ace location I have ever visited has always provided a level of customer service that you just cannot get at a big box store, especially as someone without extensive hardware/home renovation experience.Theyve gone out of my way to help with a number of projects that other larger hardware stores just told me were not possible or were unwilling to even consider helping with.As such, I always go to Ace first if I can. The personal touch has definitely made me a loyal customer!

Went looking for some plumbing stuff. They had them when another place in town did not. Could not believe it. And they were reasonably priced!!

Got top soil and grass seed always have what I need

The smell of pesticides is almost overwhelming to be in the building.Should get a better ventilation system. Feel sorry for staff that has to breathe that would think its really bad fot the health of workers

When I entered the store, I thought, that I knew where I was headed but I must have had that confused look on my face because almost immediately a young man approached me and asked how he could help.I was able to describe the thingamabob just enough that he knew what I was trying to find. He then told me which aisle, how far down and which side it would be on. At this point, you might expect that the man went on his way but you would be wrong. He walked down the aisle, found the item in question and made sure that it was in fact what I needed.Great customer service. Great price and great place to shop!

The people were nice. But I wasted a trip up there for something that said on your site was available for pick up at this location. I went to 3 Aces that day cause they all said they had the item available for pick up.

Come to this ace because it’s the closest hardware store near my house, the prices are quite higher then your local Home Depot and Lowe’s but their customer service makes up for their prices! The girl Carly in the paint department is awesome, everytime I see her she is always smiling and ina good mood . And her smile is contagious! She has the perfect personality to be working in customer service, and easy to converse with while waiting on ur paint to mix which can sometimes be awkward with the employees! They truly need to promote her and give her a raise, she works hard and loves what she does ! So shout out to Carley for always making my trip to Ace a enjoyable task !

I come here a lot. Great place to find just about anything for your home. Staff is very polite. The young lady who normally helps is pleasant (dont remember her name) she has a lot of art work on her arms (beautiful tattoos) and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with keys that were made incorrectly and she took care of the issue swiftly.

Great place to grab the basics.

I needed a combination lock and the first one I bought there didnt work but they swapped it out and evwn helped me set the new code!

UPDATE: I was contacted directly by the store manager. He was very concerned and attentive about the situation. Since our conversation i have gone back twice to shop. Overall my interaction with management was very positive. 4 stars because both times the cashiers were socializing and didnt realize they had customers.Will never go here again. Went for a quick spool of edge trimmer wire and was met in the parking lot by the manager asking me what i wanted to buy and explaining how close they were to closing. I promptly drove a few miles up the road and made my purchase at a different chain. In enough time that I got in my car to head home before ACE was scheduled to close.

Went for garage door screws, thought they were a pretty standard item but, of course, they dont have them so had to go to a real hardware store.

Carla, Lucy & Adam: the three stellar store clerks who did not turn my husband away on Labor Day today to grab some last minute item at closing time. In fact they never do the typical thing and say Sorry were closed, but rather cheerfully welcome patrons who are frantically shopping for those last-minute items. I LOVE this store and they will always have a customer in me! ❤

The employees were very polite and asked if I needed help finding anything.

Ordered an item online that suddenly became unavailable. Mark went out of his way to track down the item for me. He was friendly and went above and beyond what Ive come to expect from anyone in customer service lately. Way to go, Mark!

Absolutely terrible. It’s the holidays and there were 2 people working. The ONE person on the floor wasn’t even paying attention to the fact that I stood there for 10 MINUTES with my newborn waiting for service. This is the second time I’ve been to this Ace in the last month, and I’ve had absolute terrible service both times! I gave up today and simply left because they obviously didn’t care to help! I will not be back here ever again.

Nice and knowledgeable for the most part. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I called and asked if they refilled propane tanks and they assured me they did. When I arrived they only exchanges tanks. Ill go back I just wont be getting propane.

You really have to look at the clearance or mark down items otherwise youre going to pay quite a bit for a product you might be able to get at Meijer a lot cheaper. For the most part the staff is friendly.

Ace Hardware always has what I need from Gardening Supplies, Painting Supplies, Tools, etc. I was looking for a refill for a Mask. They had it and it wad on Sale..I even brought Tool here..Have to shop around. Great Sales on Tioliet Paper, even small appliances like blenders, toaster oven, coffee maker, waffle maker, Check it out..😀

I think they should be a little more competitive price wise, But they do have friendly employees, helpful, and some of the merchandise are better priced than even Myers

Because I called about a carpet cleaner and they said yes all you need is a valid Mich ID and I went to pick it up the Lady that help me was very nice and helpful I would like to tell everyone that this Ace Hardware store values your business no matter what city you live in not like the on in garden city store that only rents to garden city residents only
