Everyone here is always so helpful. Aside from that...its a Harbor Freight. 80% of the tool at 50% of the price.

Used to go here all the time but Ive noticed recently they have gone down hill. Customer service is lacking and the elimination of coupons will keep me from coming back as often. Mangers want to just tell you how it is instead of trying to take care of the customer. This is how you lose business.

Great place to go if you need a tool quick and for cheap. Basics like wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers and what not, youre golden. If it plugs in...... well... lets just say buy the warranty. Youll need it.

The staff was very helpful both before purchase and after. 2 staff helped load a large heavy item and made sure to mention important directions to do for set up before use. They even noticed a trailer safety concern I was unaware of and suggested a way to fix it.

If you go online and print the coupons, you can buy plenty of tools for loved ones at Harbor Freight this month. Some great values if you are a good shopper. And you may find a few things for yourself! It was not crowded, everyone was masked up and maintaining distances. I felt safe and was in and out in ten minutes. You will like this place.

Clean store, shelves well stocked, you can get tools at a great price. Not Craftsman by a long shot, but if you need something in a pinch, they have great prices. I needed a drill on a moments notice. Got one for $20. I dont expect their stuff to last forever, but its great for the quick stuff you dont use often. Very friendly staff, as well.

I always go to Harbor Freight they have a lot of different tools equipment that I need and it is very high-quality I dont know about anybody else but at the same time its do match up with the top brands like Milwaukee Craftsmans and other various tools that people know you can shop there and you will be totally happy now the one on Michigan and Dearborn is closed due to sanitation which I love that that means they are really thinking about people concern of covid every time I go there always smash do they always cleaning I like that that tells me they are keeping their customers safe good job

Great prices and the staff is always helpful. I bought a 3 ton jack on this trip so I could replace the shocks and struts on my suv, it worked great and helped me save a 1000 bucks. Will continue to frequent and would recommend.

Darlene was extremely helpful, and seeing I was a 1st time customer and didnt know about certain coupons, she let me know so I could get the best price. I thank her for that. That right there is why I will be back, but of course with my own coupons from the store. LOL

Good selection of cheap tools. I cannot speak for their quality yet. I picked up a rotary tool for a fraction of the price vs. Home Depot.

Terrible customer service. 0/10 will NEVER come here again. Spent a good chunk of time picking out a jack and just wanted to ask if they had any stands in the back. We had to wait in a 10-20 minute line because you have one guy over there who doesnt know how to do his job and tending to a customer that walks away from the register for several minutes at a time. Then you have the one lady who finds taking phone calls and doing other stuff way more important than ringing up customers that have been in the line for quite some time. We ended up just checking out and leaving with just the jack. We decided that we will just get the stand from somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE if you want reliable and fast customer service. Worst experience Ive ever had with customer service anywhere. Such a shame :(

Just stopped in to grab a couple items and the lady at the register, Darleen, rudely greeted me with a We close in 10 minutes even though they werent closing for another 20 minutes. Every customer got greeted in this way, and the last customer that stopped in before I left was greeted with a Youve got 2 minutes even though there was still 10 minutes at this point. Her and the lady working up front with black hair were also making snarky comments about the male cashier, who seemed very polite. All Im saying, dont work in retail if you are going to be so rude to customers.

I love it when your stores lock doors 5 minutes before close time and refuse service to a returning customer.

Found what I was looking for. Must have been a good day to be out and about for everyone. The line for the checkout was along the front of the store and halfway up the last isle. It went fast though.

This place has cheaper tools but honestly I always look here first before going to big brand stores. I have bought clamps, hand tools, and power tools. The plastic wood clamps did break rather easily but I would still buy these over the high cost ones. Hand tools are fantastic here. The wrenches and socket wrenches still work fine after frequent use. I purchased a variety of power tools. I have owned a Pittsburgh brand battery power drill. That was not a great item. Battery was cheap and barely held a charge. They do have other higher quality brand name tools however. I have also purchased a sander, multi-tool and reciprocating saw. These were all corded tools and were fantastic. I would recommend going to this store first as it likely will have what you need at a better cost.

Pretty terrible, really. I bought a generator that didnt work as it should, right out of the box. I took it back, waited in a line that spanned the width of the building. They made me pay a 20% restocking fee...for a generator which didnt work properly from day one.

The store is clean and they are taking precautions. The asociates are helpful when needed.

Man cave! Keep in mind you get what you pay for. For the high use tool... shop elsewhere. For that one time, or seldom used tool...its a bargain. Clean, well-organized, efficient cashiers.

Got what I went there for at a great price. Woman employee working in aisle was less than friendly or civil in attitude when I asked for directions. Line at cash register was ridiculous. 2 cashiers & the line was ALL the way across the front of the store & down the last aisle, moving at a snails pace. Hoping I do not have to return here.

Prices have gone up significantly on many items to the point its not worth it, pay a few bucks more for better warranty and quality. Literally a few bucks different than higher end brands now its rediculous. There still are great deals but many items i needed were not worth the price cuz they were the same or more than home depot in terms of comparing apples to apples in quality abs functionality.

I hate walking through this store because its like car shopping. I want everything. It wasnt too busy today at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. Store was clean. Had everything I planned buying and more. Handicap parking right outside the door. Prices good and competitive with others.

Found exactly what I was looking for quickly and was able to check out in a short period of time even with social distancing.
