Amazing workers, very knowledgeable, this is so much better then home depot or lowes.Felix maybe you need to go there and not call over phone, how do you describe what your doing ?With plumbing you should always go on person to show them what you trying to fix, I dont think humans can see through concrete. Lmao.

Horrible Customer Service,I called, and the person on the phone was too lazy to get me a proper answer. When I went there, it still took a long time to get a simple answer due to the speed and the lack of attention given. In total I probably wasted 40 minutes, hoping to get a simple answer out of a plumbing supply store.I was very disappointed. It would have been better if the store told me that they didnt want to deal with such a small request.
