Dave at this location specifically was amazing. I had a flat tire on my way up to Michigan with my oldest son and needed it fixed immediately since I was riding on my spare. He immediately, not only got me in right away but he also let me know my other tire was also on its last limb and helped me get it fixed too. Customer service 100 stars definitely if I were closer this shop would get my business every time would definitely recommend to anyine in the area this shop

Took my CAR to them this past Sunday. Finally at 4:45 I called to see if they had a diagnosis. Oh yeah its the battery. I NEVER APPROVED to do work on my vehicle. I work at COSTCO. Probably would have gotten the battery cheaper. Feel like because I was a female. They thought they could get over on me. Not cool. NOT COOL.

I had a flat tire on a Sunday. They told me it would take two hours as others were ahead of me. It took two hours as promised. On Monday a tire was flat again. They had rotated my tires, so I didnt know if it was the same tire. They were honest and stated the tire was leaking air where they patched it yesterday. I was waiting and now late for work. They couldnt repair it, so they put on a new tire at no charge. They were kind, friendly, honest and efficient. They went way above and beyond. Thank you Firestone. You are my new care care center.

This was the worst and most illegal experience I ever had. We took our car into the shop because it was making a horrific noise. The mechanic charge the air conditioner on a car without my authorization or quote or Price or any detail. They knock the bolt off the tensioner belt into the trans pan it was worse off before we took it in. The shop manager Bamboozled my husband had him sign the paperwork before he even told him that he charged us my husband got home and said he did not authorize a charge to me I called the manager and he refused to take off the charge this is a fraudulent activity. If you want to get horrible service with fraudulent activity Beware of the shop!!

After dealing with rude people at PepBoys. Called Firestone & awesome Mike Brown said he could get it fixed in no time. Added an oil change was no problem as well. Firestone will get all my families business from now on. Thanks again Mike. 😊😊😊😊😊

I have been there 3 times so far and everytime the experience have been great. As a female I fear going to auto shops alone because I feel they will walk over me thinking I know nothing but luckily with this place they are very nice and realistic. This is the best service I have received. I even got the credit card with them so when I need service this is where I could go. I have not interacted with one employee that was bad. I highly recommend.

Very expensive, they sell weak parts . Even though they are under warranty you still pay labor. They tried twice to get me to pay for a full car inspection when I told them that I just had an inspection at another garage. Just look at the shocks!

Had a bad experience i went to get tire balance and the guy at the front came out and checked my tires and told me he cant do it cause of my tires and was very nasty about so I went around the corner to pep boys the gave me a tire balance im very happy now my steering wheel doesnt shake anymore. So if a customer asks you to do something you do it anyway.

I usually feel stupid when I call for car maintenance because I know nothing about cars. I called and spoke with Will on the phone and then also when I went in for my appointment worked with him. Will was awesome! He did not at all make me feel stupid. He took the time to go over everything with me and explain what was going on. TWO thumbs up for Will. Great service! Great customer service! Terrible experience. I took my jeep to this location for my AC/heat to be fixed. I paid over $400 and my car still does not have heat. I took my car back twice and spoke with the auto tech about my car not being fixed. No one has reached out or responded to my numerous calls. It’s Michigan and temps are 25-35 degrees

Very nice Associates and Manager. Place was clean and safe. Although I did give them 4 stars, I did have to wait for one hour and forty five minutes for an oilchange and tire rotation with an appointment. Im hoping it was because of a thorough inspection and a job well done. Will return.

Fast efficient service but took a star off due to argument over appointment time. I was informed I had missed my appointment and would likely have a lengthy wait for my alignment. I had made the appointment via the app and received email confirmation- once I showed him the email with the white lettering against the dark red background confirming my appointment he reversed course and said I would have my service rendered ASAP. He never apologized.

Good place to go for tires you are not pressuring to buying something you not want the service was fast and professionals they asked any question you offer them they will ask your question the best of their knowledge friendly courteous kind.

Ok about two weeks ago I brought my car in and i told them specifically thats car is not starting that i think the alternator is bad. But they insisted it was d battery i bought a new battery and still have same problem. So they then change d alternator. I went there after two weeks for a new starter and the car was showing check engine light. They charge me 447 to replace the starter and d guy called will said I have to pay 100 dollars for diagnostic for d check engine light. After spending 447 to replace d starter and even when they made me buy a new battery a couple when that wasnt the problem. This new guy is so inconsiderate. The old guy that was there was better.

The manager was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. The service was completed in a timely manner. My expectations for overall safety during the Covid 19 pandemic were met.

I always enjoy going to Firestone Michelle is very very helpful my only issue is that I bring my car in for service and Im experiencing the same thing that I pay quite a bit of money for and that is my windshield fluid when it comes out and sprays the window it was pouring the fluid out of the car and they put a new peace on 4 months ago and I just got the oil changed two weeks ago and now that its gotten cold the brand new piece that they put on where the wiper fluid comes out to hit the window its now on the left side running out of my car again and it needs to be repaired not at my calls when I paid for a brand new part to be put back on. I will continue at Firestone because they do a great job but I do not expect to be charge for this service that I just paid for in full along with brand new spark plugs and everything else within the past six months to have to come out of my pocket again to repay for something thats already done by Stone I need you to keep with your commitment to giving quality service for those that come back on a steady basis I give you great stars for great service rendered with this particular problem needs to be fixed thank you so much look forward to seeing you in the next couple of days and happy holidays

Shop around!! I took my car in to get some repairs and was quoted around 11 hundred. I was just going to pay it because I needed my car. I now knew what was wrong with my car now so I called around. When i did i was quoted completely different prices so I told them I would go somewhere else. After my car was finished same day I payed under 600 with a tip so honestly shop around it could save a few dollars

My boy just got a pair of tires here,it was done at a timely manner and the people were very professional.they even rotated his tires for free.$317 after taxes for 2 new tires aint bad at all.

The guy was very helpful and honest! I would take my car there to have it serviced and the prices are reasonable. I also saw a few female mechanics which put me at ease.

Drove in on bald tires sliding all over, left with some new shoes and a much better drive home. Allie is also amazing and knows her stuff!

Came in for 3 new tires. i was one of 2 cars here. there was no wait at all and it took them 2 hours to switch out the said 3 tries. in the 2 hours it took never once did they come out to update or explain and after when i asked was there something wrong with my rims or something they just said no there fine and walked away. this was quoted as a 30 to 45 min job.

Do not trust this place... i went in for a inspection for the brakes & the lady told me that my back calibers, rotors & brake pads was messed up & quoted me 600 so went to arandas & they told me it was just rotors & back pads & did the work for 280.. if u go there ask for angel we will work a deal n do best work I seen.

The fact Firestone is open on a Sunday is convenient. Friendly customer service. I had a wheel alignment done here in a timely manner. I will return to purchase winter tires or have my car serviced.

Hear the guy tells me that my car is falling apart, so I went to get a second opinion somewhere else and it was just a little clogged filter No big deal. Basically Firestone guy said that it could take 2 days to fix it because it was a really bad situation lol

Excellent customer service. Had a staple in my sidewall, and needed to replace my tire quickly. They fit me in between appointments and had my back up and rolling in a few hours.During our wait, we went to the mall, worked out, and got some shopping done that we still needed to do anyways.Thank you for taking care of me and my car so quickly AND on the same day.I originally had it at the dealership, and they didnt have the tires in stock. But Firestone did!

I dont review places all that much, but I have to give some major props to Michelle and her staff. My tire got a piece of random metal lodged through it down the street. I was able to get to Firestone where Michelle not only had the perfect replacement for me, but said they could do it right away, no wait. Twenty minutes later, I was able to drive out of the place with a brand new tire. Michelle was very knowledgeable and gets extra credit for showing me her write up of the cost of everything on her computer screen. Its good to see what everything costs visually before just committing to whatever the rep says. Keep up the good work!

I booked an appointment on the night and I dropped my car, the service was fast, but they put me a wrong size tire. My car was driving weird way, I took it to another tire shop and told me they put u the wrong size tire, and this could damage a lot of things in the car.Update: and no one call me back as they said lol

They price match so thats cool. got some new tires today and when i picked my car up i asked for a print out of the alignment, they said they didnt do one, just an alignment check. okay then give me the print out of the check i said. tony tells me they dont have any type of print out but they did check them. he told me if i wanted to come back for an alignment theyd cut me a deal. my husband called up 10 minutes later and asked tony if they do alignment checks and if they do a print out of it. he said yes. when asked why i didnt get a print out he told him he would have to talk to a manager. manager says THEY TRY to do an alignment check, they were just understaffed and busy today. even though they promise on their website that they do it. so if you like being lied to this is the place to go. i have an appointment for an alignment check friday (love taking more time off work) so well see if they can make this right...

I got a recommendation for this shop from my landlord when I moved to the area a few years back. They have taken care of three cars for me (domestic manual and automatic, and a foreign manual) and are my first stop anytime I have car trouble.The employees are good (I seem to deal with Cliff and Mike most often and they are great) and willing to explain the process, keep you updated on how things are going, and try to fit the repair with your schedule.They have taken care of transmission problems (manual and auto), brakes, tires, sensor replacements, re-securing a gas tank, and basically everything that goes wrong with my cars quickly and well.I appreciate that they take the time to sort out what needs to be done right now versus what can wait, and that they are always ready to explain why they recommend certain repairs without pressuring. Also, every time I check their quote (via repair pal or another shop) they have always been at or below average price.

I had 2 nails in my tire that could not be repaired. I set an appointment at Firestone in Westland for a new tire and they had it in stock. I was in and out in an hour. They treat you with respect and dont push unnecessary services on you.

I am not sure why so many negative reviews here. I have a Ford Expedition which I decided to take to the service manager named Steve to get a used motor installed. The first motor was installed but Steve didnt like the way the motor was running, so Steve had the motor removed and another motor was installed. When that happened, a check engine light come on after driving it for around 30 miles. I took it back to Steve to find out what was going on. Come to find out, it was a gas pump. Steve had a new gas pump installed, now everything is working ok. I was upset at first but I worked with Steve to resolve the issue.I feel that Steve was honest and really worked hard to take care of me, so I would recommend this location to anyone that need their service.

Good service only took a few hours for my alignment they told me I had a bad ball joint . So I got it replaced friday so il be back soon to get my suv rechecked again soon .thank you for the great service

Was on vacation and had, had the firestone dealer at home do an alignmemt and tire balance had vibration on trip in stearing coulmn took it back to my dealer they checked for balance and straightened a bent rim again said it was fixed.took van on trip to Michigan and still had vibration at 65 mph and above.Went in for vibration check at this Westland shop and they did a Force Load balance and that did the trick the van now rides so smooth. Thanks to the management (Timothy M. Mayes) for squeezing me in and the rest of the crew for fixing the issue. Made for smooth sailing the rest of the trip and still now in North Carolina. Great Customer Service all the way around.

I WAS a customer of this business for a long time as well as many of my family members. I would drive from Ann Arbor to Westland just to get my car serviced as I felt it was a well rounded shop and trustworthy. However, I started to feel like a burden which is ridiculous when you’re paying someone to work on your car. I would drop my car off at the beginning of the day and pick it up right before closing for a standard oil change, tire rotation or alignment giving them plenty of time to do the work on my car. For a long time I never had any problems until years back Michelle started working there. It seemed like anytime I came in to drop my car off to get an oil change, tires, an alignment or tire rotation I always received a sigh or attitude. All I wanted was to drop my car off and pick it up at the end of the day. No matter how I seemed to approach the situation it never seemed to change her attitude. There were time the shop started closing early due to lack of staff so she said or her being the only one in the building but I kept coming back to get work done on my care. Eventually I just couldn’t deal with her attitude anymore.I still had a few items I purchased at firestone in the past under warranty and I decided to go back to this location and give it one more try as I have been getting serviced elsewhere due to the negative attitude. I walked in to firestone around noon and spoke with Michelle about my front right tire/ side of my car vibrating and I asked if they could check to see if I bent the belt in my tire and speed balance my tires. I once again could see and hear her irritation as she says her famous words “I’ll see what we can do because so-and-so leaves at 4 today.” I believe she said spencer im not sure I honestly stopped listening as I began to ask myself why I can back to this particular shop I should’ve just paid someone else to look at the issue for me. As I was standing there that’s not what she wrote on the requisition to evaluate she wrote something else nothing to do with tires. Needless to say my tires were never speed balance... she called hours later and said I needed other work done that I told her I had already gotten done elsewhere and I declined any work to be performed. I decided to get a second opinion only to be told my tires were NOT worn and I needed a CV joint instead of everything she was requesting to be done with the car. I took my car to them to get serviced to walk out with the same issue and no answers or fixes. The only thing I got out of the trip was speaking to a rude representative and I learned what time “spencer” went home for the day. I’m not the type of person to write reviews like this, but after going back to try again I refused to stay silent about this. I work 2 jobs and I have 3 young children I don’t have time to take my car to several shops to get work performed or worry about going to get a second opinion or arguing with someone about what I asked to be done in the first place it’s not right. I bought tires from firestone with warranty and I have lifetime alignment so maybe that’s why she “don’t have time” to work on my car because I’m not paying every single time. I hope she doesn’t make anyone else feel like this. I refuse to stay quiet this time I can only hope the right person reads this message. You’ve lost a long time customer and many family members included.

Lies and more lies, i worked for a car dealer and never in my.life have i been told i had to replace all 4 tires if 1 was bad... total bs. I just bought tires 3 months ago. Im not buying 4 more tires

Staff is friendly. Only complaint being that they use their ONLY disabled parking spot as the place they put cars when theyre done and the customers frequently park there illegally. Only having one disabled parking spot and using it in this way is not only illegal, it makes their business inaccessible to disabled people who need to use the spot.

For everyones information, Firestone Complete Auto Care is not complete auto care. My car stopped working when we were leaving from the parking place and we thought it might be a linkage problem with the transmission but not the trans itself. We got it towed from the parking lot to a Firestone probably 20 minutes away with this weird truck driver and put my car on a flat bed?? So we got to Firestone and they said they do not do anything having to do with transmissions. We explained how it probably not the transmission and they essentially told us Hey we dont know what it is but we could look at it if you want, but no guarantee that we can work on it. Oh, also the guy wont be in until tomorrow, maybe not even until Monday. So we are currently stuck in Detroit figuring out a backup plan, maybe even getting my car towed up to Saginaw.TL;DR: Firestone doesnt do everything. False advertising for complete auto care.

Got brake pads and rotors changed. They matched the cost provided by a local shop and did a really good job. I will be going back again for sure for any future problems with my car.

They replaced my tyres while it was a snow storm. Denice was great help on front desk. I just wish they had water working and coffee. Idk it was bad luck or they dont have it. Apart from that these guys are great.

Overpriced and they always do a unnecessary complete check of your car before they fix what you came in for, I only use them because I have a line of credit there but theyre ok.

Took it in for tire rotation (per tire warranty) and was out of town so had them do an oil change, 3k miles later here we are trying to do the oil change and find out they completely striped the drain plug. Wont ever have my business again thats for sure.

I went to get my brakes check & oil change!Weve been going to this location for a long time and have always been pleased with their efficiency, customer service, & integrity! THANKS to the service advisor Michelle TODAY was OUR last day! So disappointing! Unfriendly, unprofessional & rude, plus she says I had an oil leak, oil pan is dented, (its a new pan just replaced) also my two front tires are completely worn to the rim, (all 4 tires are new) my three left rear lug studs are stripped because they were over torqued! As for the brakes she says we cant make any promises the noise will stop if we change the pads and want sure if they should change the back or front. Dont do anything Im coming to pick up my car! she charged me $61.48. I say no an estimate is free she says we did the oil change!

Them they broak the calaber they did replace it but after only 6 days it was rusted said thats how its spoused to look...so Im still sitting here.. Do not get any work done here...

That will be the last time I ever go to a firestone. I am completely dissatisfied with the service. They bent my rim. Then I have my tire go flat when I turn a corner. I have to call customer service to fix the situation. Which I was told I would get a new tire and new rim. You gave me a rusted pos rim from the junk yard and no tire. At that rate you should have left mine on at least I knew its condition. I will never frequent a firestone again. Ill happily take my business to belle tire at least they dont mess my vehicle up then fix it like a sleazy backyard mechanic. Sorry a sleazy backyard mechanic would do a better job.

Dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation because they said their were 3 people in front of me. They never called so I went back 4 hours later. They said they had just pulled it in. I obviously got pushed back because I dropped mine off. From the other reviews it looks like this is common for them. I will not be back.

The lady Michelle is always trying to up sale!! They said I needed to replace my battery but I just put a new one in at the beginning of January 2018. Then she said I needed to replace my tail light when all my lights were just working before I dropped my car off with them. Every time I come to this location, they always try and sell me parts and services I do not need.
