Quick and considerate appointment scheduling, quality service, courteous staff. Whats not to like? I ripped a tire at a curb and needed a quick replacement. Costco needed 7-10 days to order it, American Tire was able to get it in one day for the same price. I also had all 4 worn tires replaced on another car a year before, with same great experience.

They normally do a fine job, but yesterday when I pick up my truck, after oil change, inspection and new tires installed, they act like nothing happen, they left my truck window open during the heavy rain storm, gave me the truck with my front seat totally soak, I spent all night with a fan running inside my truck and the seat still wet, is amazing to see that this guys have no respect for mu truck, they didnt care and send me home in thiscondition like nothing happen.Updated 6/12/21I have to say now that Adam the manager responded quickly to my problem, he fortunately took action and cleaned and dry any issues with my truck, I understand that we all make mistakes and now just have to move on, I definitely bring my truck back to them, normally I get a great service with American tire auto, so I have to thank Adam for his services.

These guys are always fast, reliable, and honest. I have been coming here for 14 years ever since I brought a car in with squeaking breaks and asked for a break change. They informed me I had another 10k miles before I needed to replace my pads and rotors and didn’t charge me a thing. (You know how many other places would have done the work I asked them to do!!?) They simply said “just come back when it’s time to replace”. I did, and I have been coming back ever since even after moving out of town.

American Tire has been our go to for half a decade now. The team is down to earth, friendly and always helpful. They are honest and trustworthy and so great work.

A tire had a nail on 5th of July (national holiday). They were opened and fixed the tire within 2 hour window.

I Went there to have an alignment done on my SUV after I did extensive ball joint suspension work. They had a little problem adjusting the toe but after a couple road test and readjusting they have it pretty well dialed in. They did not rush and took their time to get it rite. I will be back for new tires in the near future

This was my first time using American Tire &Auto. A close friend recommended them to me and I am extremely happy with the service received. I got 4 nee tires an oil change and a general tune up. My car really needed it!! They got my car in and out super quick and efficient and I will be using them for my car troubles from now on!

I showed up without an appointment as I saw there was a nail in my tire and it had a leak. The gentleman who helped me at the office was very courteous and told me he would definitely squeeze me in that day. I work down the block so I left my car there. A few hours later my car was done, tire fixed, balanced, and they even filled all my tires to the right pressure as a courtesy. The employees I interacted with were professional and courteous. At times at other places it is usually such an awful experience when getting anything done with your car. This was the complete opposite. I will be going back should I need their service again, and highly recommend them.

Had car serviced as one of my tires kept losing air and I had dropped car off at 7am. By 7:15 they had diagnosed the issue was a nail that could not be repaired and a new tire had to be ordered. They said it wouldn’t be done until about 3pm, but by 10:30am, my new tire had been delivered and replaced. Great communication and customer service.

We use American tire & auto for all 3 of our family cars and trust them completely. We feel they do a great job and are honest and fix it the first time. We started using them over 8 years ago when we moved to town and have never thought about switching.

We have been using them for years but customer service recently seems to have gone downhill. Had car signal light changed and after we picked up the car, the car no longer locks, from inside the car or from the fob. We have never had the issue before. Called them to see if they had an idea since even if the signal light and the locking systems isn’t normally related, they are both electrical, maybe something happened. They basically told us it’s not their problem. Good customer service could have been telling us that while it shouldn’t be related, bring it it and they will take a look. So very disappointed their cavalier attitude.

I had an emergency issue with a 2005 Infiniti, 6 speed manual transmission. They could not have been more understanding or more considerate and the car was repaired incredibly fast. They have my highest recommendation, excellent workmanship and wonderful people to deal with.

Ive had a number of repairs done at American Tire and Auto over the last 4 years. The repairs have always been done professionally and without issue at a reasonable price. When they notice something else wrong with my car or truck they let me know without pressuring me to have the repairs done. They dont oversell additional services which is great for me since I do many of my own repairs.I purchased new tires for my RAV4 back in August and found a screw in one of them last week. Gave them a call, confirmed that I had purchased road hazard warranty, dropped the wheel and tire off on Friday morning and picked it up on Friday afternoon. While I was in the office, they loaded the tire into the back of my pickup truck for me. The RAV was in South Jersey so I just brought up the tire. Charge? $0.00.The crew at American Tire and Auto are always friendly, professional, understanding and accommodating. I wouldnt hesitate to go to them for your automotive and tire needs.

Brian Dempsey was very arrogant with me.He tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need.When I told him I wasnt interested he gave me the biggest attitude. This guy smells like alcohol and cigarettes go somewhere else.

People this place is a lemon, anything they touch turns into lemon, they don’t know how to change oil, they use cheap oil, don’t take expensive cars there they just for tires not even please for your sake‘s and your safety, I took it back 3 times, and destroy it, from just a oil change, and they had to fire the management and fired one of the employees and then told me didn’t have none to do with my car I said who worked on my car they say one of the person that got fired,

Brian and Paul are the epitome of professionalism. If I’m dropping off or waiting for my car, I know the job will get done right and at a fair price. They just make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. I’ll continue to bring my car here and recommend American Tire for vehicle maintenance/repairs. Great experience. Just walked in needing tires not expecting to get an appt, especially mid morning on a thursday going into a busy weekend. But they were great, good prices, dropped off the car at 3pm and 4 tires and alignment since by 5pm. Definitely recommend! Also great local business. Received fast and excellent service. Didn’t try to sell me anything other than what I came in for(front brakes and rotors)..even went down in price to match other places I had called because they said my brakes were very bad and didn’t want me driving around on bad brakes ..only thing I am disappointed about is that I have an estimate at home from Mavis tires from April 11th for $250 and they charged me $350..,kind of disappointing because I feel like I could have saved $100. I would have brought in the estimate but I forgot I had it. $100 means a lot to me since I am a single mom so probably would have gone there if I know I could have saved $100.

Im impressed. Fist time Ive been there. Went because I found a coupon for an oil change. The cabin air filter was due for a change according to my maintenance schedule. They told me the cabin filter was clean and didnt need to be changed. Now thats honest. They could have easily told me it needed changing and i wouldnt know. Ill be back
