The front desk may have been having a bad morning, but I found them to be rude and not helpful. As if I was nothing more than an annoyance asking for their services. This is the face of the business and was enough to keep me from going back.

We started using Westfield Automotive just this past year; we took our accessible van in because it was making a rattling noise and we had no idea what it could be and expected a big repair bill. Westfield Automotive called us and said it was ready, they had found a thin piece of metal coming loose, repaired it, and had us on the way for almost nothing.Since then weve done brakes, oil changes, some exhaust work and general repairs with them; each time they get us in and out in the scheduled time. Just before a trip we had an issue with a hitch, and sure enough not only did they get it fixed up for us, they did it at no charge.Just the best people, we trust them for all our automotive repairs now, this is the small business type of shop you want to support!

I was visiting Westfield last month and when I was getting ready to return home on a 10-hour drive with my 2004 car, the Check Engine light came on. Since I was driving alone, I was afraid something could go terribly wrong while I was on the road. I contacted Westfield Automotive early in the morning and spoke with Jeff. Even though they were booked up with appointments and very busy, he suggested I bring my car by to check it out. Not only did he discover that the oil was dangerously low, but he also checked my tires and coolant to make sure the car would make the long drive. He did all of this while I waited and only charged me for the coolant and oil! My car made the trip safely. This place went above and beyond.

I brought my car in due to some shaking in the steering wheel and was told it would be $1200 to replace a lower control arm, and linkages. That sounded really high since I had similar work done a couple years back on another car so I paid their diagnostic fee and took it to Lee Adams Tire and Service (Where the previous other car was worked on) the next day and got it all taken care out for just over $400 parts and labor. I was hoping to find an honest mechanic closer to home but was sorely disappointed.

Been taking my auto business here for years. High quality work. Honest assessments when problems come up without all the add-ons like others places. Reasonably priced. What else can you ask for?

I went to Westfield Automotive 15 minutes before close with my suv that the battery died earlier in the day and another store said it was a good battery and something else was wrong- westfield automotive tested both for me and found It was the battery. It was replaced and I was quickly back on the road. They were so helpful!

Really good experience.

Called to see if they could replace two tires and replace door locks. I asked if they could do same day. She didnt know because they would have order tires. I told her they were standard truck tires. Still didnt know if they could do same because it depended on what tires I wanted. The lady didnt seem interested in my business. Very disappointed because the were recommended.

This is my go to place for years. Honest, reasonable prices, great work. What else do you want from a repair shop? Well, when you are waiting and there is no wifi, that would be nice... but the bakery nearby has wifi, great coffee, and waist expanding goodies. 👍

I have been going to this shop since I was 16 years old. I never buy a used car without their say so. Most honest and affordable work Ive ever had. I will drive over 10 miles to them just to get my oil changed because I know they will take care of me.

Lifesavers. I was passing through Indianapolis on the way to Cincinnati for my sons surgery and smelled something hot. They were the closest garage and it was 20 minutes before close. Best mechanic in Indianapolis. I have tried multiple that are much closer to me, all of which quoted the work to be $1000+. Westfield Automotive not only did it for substantially less, at better quality as I have never had to return for a repeat issue, but it took less time than estimated so they charged me a little less than initially quoted. Needless to say, I pay the extra now to get it towed up there as it will be both cheaper in the short and long term.

Had an excellent experience with Westfield Auto! They did a 100,000 tuneup on our car. 5 months later, there was a noise that we had in one of the areas that they worked on. They re-fixed it and didnt charge us a penny. They stand behind their work! They were professional, honest and fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely bring my car to them again!

They are very honest and fair. I was given a repair estimate for my vehicle by a local dealership that included many needed repairs and was more than $2,000. I took it to Westfield for a second opinion, and was told my vehicle did not need most of the repairs listed, and the bill was only $200. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Quick and fixed what I needed.

I had two people i trust recommend Westfield Auto to me, each with their own tale of how the company really helped them avoid wasting money and get things fixed.I now had my own experience. They did a great job on my front brakes and helped me out tremendously when a wheel stud broke off a rear tire. My wife and i take both our toyotas there as we have had bad experiences with the dealer.Neal is awesome and should be commended for how helpful he is. He has won our loyalty.

They know what theyre doing, and are always honest about the problem and their prices are good. I called them when I broke down in Broadripple, and they talked to me to try and find out what was going on. It was exactly what they thought. My belt had come off under the hood. The battery ended up dying, like they said it would, on my way to my precious mechanics. I ended up having to get it towed to a local garage, and Westfield told me that if I didnt think the new garage was being honest, to call and ask them. $500 and over 5 hours in the 90 degree heat with my four children, and my van stalled the next time I tried to drive it. I will never trust any other mechanic, and would gladly pay the extra money to have my van towed much further as long as it goes to Westfield Automotive. Im heading to them first thing in the morning to see if they can really fix whats going on! (Ive used these guys for over 7 years! and dont have one bad comment.)

My battery was dying and I had to pick up my grandchildren. Westfield Automotive replaced my battery in 1 hour which allowed me to pick up my grandchildren on time. They didnt know me and they stepped up and did what I desperately needed. I would recommend them to anyone.
