I stopped in Thursday afternoon because my exhaust was broken and noisy. They were quite busy but told me to drop off my car at 8AM the following morning. Not only did they do a fine job on the repair but they had to go out of town to get the needed part. I was all set to take a cab or wait there for it but they said no, that they would run me home and then get me when the car was ready! The repair cost was reasonable and the car was ready before the promised time. I was totally impressed and satisfied with every aspect the experience.Thanks guys,Ed

Denide putting wrong size tire on previously

We came in to get a new tire and they were so nice and helpful! They didn’t pressure us into buying other stuff we needed and told us exactly what we needed. They were friendly and understood exactly what I was saying. Definitely coming here again for any of our tire needs! Love this place!

Today was the second time that I came here, the first time was to buy two tires and I must say I was surprised with the total cost which was a little under $115.00 dollars. The tires were almost brand new. This time around was for a flat tire and I was in and out I don’t even think it took more 30 minutes. Service was exceptional very friendly and polite. I will definitely recommend it to anyone. Now I am a customer for life. Thank you. 😁

Ive been coming here for a little while now, Toby and Mike are always very professional and knowledgeable. I wanted a specific set of tires and they found them for me and got them in at a very reasonable time and at a reasonable cost.

I would highly recommend Grader Auto Services! Their prices and customer service is excellent. I am a full time college working 2 part jobs so my availablity and income are very strict. On more than one occasion, Toby has came to my job, picked up, and had it finished and returned before I needed to be to class. On more then one occasion Toby has fixed my car for very little or no cost at all, because he knows about my financial situation. I am very happy that there are still honest and caring mechanics out there like Grader Auto.

Went to have snow tires changed over on 4 wheels. Half day later two wheels leaking at valve stems 35 dollars more to have them fixed by a competent shop. Appears graders pulls the stem out in stead of the valve since its faster and then reinstalls the old stem. In my case 50% success rate and a lot of hassles for me. Wont be going back

Grader Auto Services go out of their way to accommodate a customer. My daughter is a full time college student with two jobs, so she needs a reliable car. Toby the owner went to her job, picked up her car, repaired it within two hours and brought it back to her so that she would not be late for college. He did this not once but twice on two different occasions. Since then her car is running perfect. They are professional and affordable and I would highly recommend them.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Purchased brand new tires in March and paid for an alignment. Was not given a print out so I doubt they even did one. After 3 months, tires were already wearing on the inside and the car feels like it is all over the road when it is raining or roads are wet. Also losing tire pressure in all 4. I brought it back and Tobey agreed tires were wearing wrong, did another alignment. (no print out once again, just a text of a picture of the machine) . He offered to replace with the same tire. I paid for an upgraded set of tires that had more aggressive tread due to the way they handled on wet surfaces. After that, car/tires vibrate, all 4 tires losing air. Went back and Tobey only checked the one tire and sent me on my way. 1 week later, still leaking! Went to Petes Tire Barn to diagnose. All 4 tires had beads leaking! They fixed it free of charge. Vibration gone and tires no longer leak. Graders has no idea what they are doing. Petes, Town Fair and any other place I called said they all clean the wheels before mounting tires. Highly doubt Graders did.

Very honest quick service. Ive had a rack and pinion replaced on a 2006 Sentra. The job was done on time, and the price was great. Ive also replaced my tires on both my cars.

While there I got a great estimate on a rack and pinion change brought my car a few days later and the did the job fast and the proper way it’s suppose to be done ! Found out I had a leak and I needed a tire. Called on New Year’s Eve day and was worried they were closing early. Thankfully they were open until 5. All I needed was a used tire. They asked my size, checked the inventory and they did have my size. Got there and was in and out with 45 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the price, service.Will definitely recommend people to go there for tires.

I purchased a used tire from this shop. I originally had a problem where my tire went flat quickly after purchasing it. They ended up finding out that was a faulty valve stem and they fixed everything up quickly. I would highly recommend this place!

The owners were so accommodating and honest! I drove an hour from Connecticut because of their trustworthy reputation and was reassured by my experience with them. I was having a few minor sounds happening in my 2009 Acura with 230k miles and wanted to make sure everything was ok heading into a New England winter. Not only did they fully inspect my car but they actually found that the “noise” that I thought was a ticking in my engine was only stones in my tire! And the clicking noise I was also hearing was just my coolant system doing it’s normal job! I was never more relieved to walk out of an auto shop because for once I had nothing to pay because there was nothing wrong with my car! Any other auto shop would’ve taken advantage of the fact that I am a female who knows nothing about cars and charge me a fortune for repairs I never needed. So many thanks to the owners Toby and Amy!! I’ll be back for all my cars needs!
