Came in for a specific tire they gave me wrong size seid it was illegal to give me different tire size so instead of asking Me the customer if I want to proceed with same tires size or etc but no they put tire size I didnt ask.. wasted 1 hour of my time this the Chicopee location will be taking my business to Springfield The wave shop ...

Sold me two tires 1 is fine but the other had a plug in it in a place where another tire shop would not even touch it had to replace the tire I just bought wont be back ..

BUYERS BEWARE beyond horrified with my experience here. One of the worst situations I have ever been in when purchasing tires. I knew I would need four new tires and had visited four other local shops (3 of which were chains and chose not to go with them) and talked with each. Initially I thought the older gentleman who was at the counter was very nice, I thought their prices were fair (not awesome but fair), and had the piece of mind knowing the used tires would be covered under a warranty for 30 days and if I chose (which I did) to buy additional coverage they would be covered for one year.. so I opted to spend the extra $20 for a piece of mind. Sounds great right? WRONG.. on April 09, 2021 I bought 4 tires and paid for an alignment. I directly asked the heavy set gentleman with tattoos would the tires be all the same. He said no. I asked how would they be equal then? He said they will be all season tires with similar treads. He said he would pick me the best ones. Once home I realized the front right tires tread was questionable and worn unevenly and had TWO PLUGS. I went back April 10, 2021 and pointed it out to the initial older gentleman and he said to come back in a few days and he would replace it because they had no more tires in my cars size. Monday April 12, 2021 I take the car on the highway expecting a great ride with the tires WRONG was not drive able over 60 miles an hour. The shaking from the back end was terrifying. I am now 60 miles from home. I had to find a mechanic to look at this car and what did he find? One tire on the back was a SNOW TIRE it said SNOW on it! There is no way a alignment was done he said.. I drove immediately back to Tire Maxx and again spoke with the older gentleman who really looked at me and said they were fine and it was not a snow tire.. The only option was then to allow them to put four totally different tires on since NO REFUNDS... I take it on the highway and hit 65mph and it pulled slightly to the right but better.. Today Wed. April 14, 2021. Same 60 mile trip I had to do before. Guess what? The front right tire blows out on the 91 north on the worst part of the highway.. Myself and family could have been killed. The tire looked like it split from the rim down. Thank god my spare tire was ok.. I drove directly back to Tire Maxx this afternoon and brought the destroyed tire in and showed it to the older gentleman. He literally told me it was my driving, I hit something, I hit a pothole or something.. anything other then the tire was dry rotted and cracking. Would take zero responsibility for it being a bad tire. At this point I do not trust this business and do not want any products that they are selling. I asked him to refund me 170$ and he could keep 100$ and I would bring him back all of these tires. My total with them was 270$. I am on a fixed income and TRUSTED these people. He refused. the only option was yet again to put more questionable tires on. OUTRAGEOUS... Blamed me for their lack of quality attention to detail the first time with a dang snow tire and now after really being in a seriously dangerous situation blamed MY DRIVING?... I just put these tires on less than a week ago and this was the second set from THEM?... Now I am simply out 270$... how or why would I ever trust a business to provide any further services after this? I took my car immediately to the BEST TIRE SHOP hands down in Holyoke. Upon arrival my back right tire was totally flat! Angels were watching over us today that is for sure. I now have had to put four brand new tires on and will have to get a real alignment.. into this situation now over $600 while Tire Maxx bears zero responsibility. They did offer yet another tire so I will acknowledge that. I will say sometimes when things go this bad the best thing to do to make it right is a refund. I was asking for a partial refund and they could have kept their rotten tires. I had been in there 4 times in less then a week.. sometimes you have to acknowledge you did a terrible job and make it RIGHT and SAFE!

I do not recommend buying tires here! I came in wanting to save money on tires for my BMW. I only payed $250 for all season Continental tires which I was happy with the price, but in a matter of 2 days I already had a bubble in one of my tires. They offered to replaced it for free. But took over an hour to doing it!Next after getting that same tire replaced a week later the tire blew up when I was on the highway going 60 mph and causing over $2,500 in damages. And the cause of this was selling a customer a 8 year old tire. Which professional shops won’t sell you anything over 5 years. Highly recommend staying away from this shop and used tires in general. I’ve learned my lesson.

Had the tires I needed in stock. They were quick with installing them and getting the job done. Their debit/card reader system was down both times I went there so just beware that you might need cash on hand. Good service overall

Nick and Bob were awesome at the Enfield location. Very professional and got me in for a tire change as soon as i walked in the door. I like the enfield location because its approximately 10 minutes away from my house. They have quality used tires for a steal of a price, and especially with the 90,000 miles a year i drive they save me a good amount of money. Customer service, price and cleanliness inside the store is 10/10.

They sold me 4 tires one of them had 3 nails looked like they cut the head off to hide the nail then the manager proceed to make it seem like it was a lie not worth then money not worth the time compete hacks

First time getting used tires and didnt go so well. One of the tires they put on had very little tread and my car was shaking on the highway after. Had to go back and got 2 tires replaced but shaking wasnt fixed. Ended up going to another shop to get it checked and they said the weights were never put back on the front tires.Apart from that the guys at the front were friendly and it wasnt a long wait.

I had a tire that needed a Plug I had the tire off the car they tried to charge me 35 dollars for a plug of course I went elsewhere . But his explanation for the rip off price was that milk cost 9 dollars a gallon. Terrible customer service.

I was just blown away by what happened here. I went in to change one tire. I wanted a used tire and went here because I heard of their low prices. They took the time to check out my car and ended up finding that I have been beating up my BMW lol. No, but they did find that I needed and additional tire and an alignment. I only saw $$$ floating as they were talking, but they gave me a crazy good deal. I got 3 tires (weighted, mounted, rotated) & an alignment for $250. AFTER TAXES!I will be doing my car services with Used Tire Maxx going forward. They explained what was going on throughout the entire process and even gave recommendations on where to go for a service they couldnt complete. I thank you guys again. Came for a used tire after getting a flat. Called around and they were the cheapest option (that had the tire I needed) and were open on Saturday.They were busy so there was a bit of a wait, maybe 30min, but not too bad. Small waiting area with magazines, tv, and AC.What stuck for me was the staff. The gentleman at the counter was super friendly and proud of the business. Spoke highly of the owner and, after we noticed a pastry sitting near by that we like and commented on it, mentioned that he even buys the owner pastry on Saturdays because he works so hard.Had a small issue with not recognizing the black bead seal they used (as Ive never had anyone use that when putting a tire on for me before) so I called and asked about it. They told me to come back in to make sure everything was ok as, they explained, they stand behind all of their tires and work. He took a look and explained it was normal, just overflow of the sealant. Even brought us in the shop to show us what it was.All together trustworthy and great people who genuinely want to give their customers great service. Definitely recommend!

They were friendly, informative, and fast. I came in on Tuesday around 4:45pm and was out by 5:30 or so. I just needed a set of snow tires to get me through this one winter (wont have this car in the spring), so I didnt want to spend a lot of money. Having said that, Ive had really bad luck driving in the snow in the past and wanted to make sure I felt safe.The guy at the counter, Rio, was very nice and immediately got all of my information and answered all the questions I had. Another gentleman, I did not get his name, came out to talk to me about my options (studded vs snow vs all-season) to make sure they were giving me the best tires for what I use the car for. He even spent time asking what type of roads I usually drive on, etc.I HIGHLY recommend them. The service was very efficient, I felt like they were actually trying to match me with appropriate tires (not just throwing any set on), and I certainly didnt feel like I was being ripped off. Quite the opposite; the price was very reasonable. All this, done in about an hours time.Check them out if youre looking for tires!

I started my day with a flat tire. In the past, I have used Town Faire Tire and been seriously let down... at two different locations. A few friends recommend Tire Maxx so I decided to check it out and I am happy that I did.I was greeted with smiles and a genuine feeling of happiness that I chose their business. Rio and another gentleman looked at my tire and found that I needed a new one and also noticed another tire needed repair. They took care of it quickly and was affordable. They have a waiting area with couches, a TV, and complementary popcorn (which was great for my 2 yr old).I would recommend using Tire Maxx the next time youre in need of new tires, I know I will. They also offer other repair services, but I wasnt in need of this during this trip.

Amazing place! Called ahead and got an accurate estimate that was the same price I paid when I walked in. I only paid $125 for two tires, this included free mounting and alignment.They also let me know that another tire of mine was bad and gave me a discounted price to replace that one too! Very grateful for the service here, it is hard to come by people who actually care about their customers specific circumstances. Thank you guys.

Tire isnt what I thought it was going to be. They tried to sell me four used tires that where miss matched. They had less tread on them the the ones on my truck. I asked to see them before they installed them the guys where a little hesitant to show them to me. Would not go back ..

Needed some tires for my 99 Camry and didnt want to pay an arm and a leg for. Found their store online and sent an email to see if they had what I needed to save time and they replied right away and even called me to let me know. Went right in and was served with no issues. Manager was very friendly and welcoming. They even found that one of my new axles was bad as well and I didnt even know. So Ill be getting that taken care of as well since I have a warranty on it. Customer service at its best! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Upon having a reputable local shop examine to try and fix...tires were 20 years old and dry rotted (basically ticking time bombs with any serious driving). Not sure how a business can sell a product like that given the potential safety repercussions. Lesson learned.

Went there because they said they had four tires for my vehicle size for snow tires. Got there and there was only three with the same tread and one with different tread. I was told they were all the same tires. Didn’t bother to get them.Reply to owner-I was told you had four tires of the same brand and tread. I got there and that wasn’t the case. Not only did they do a great job picking out tires for me, when the one, wasnt right, they gave me a set of Michelin tires with the new little bumps still on them!!!!!They not only mounted and balanced these babies ( I love these tires) they gave me an alignment and did an oil change at my request. I would completely trust them with my car and therefore my life!! Ill be driving from Pennsylvania next time I need tires. I highly recommend them!

I know tires, rims, and cars very well. I also know business strategies that Automotive and Tire and Wheel businesses use to make as much as money as they can. A degree in economics can confirm that. Do not come here. They are looking for money, not your customer loyalty. The only thing I can say that is good about them is the price and quality of their used tires is decent, and they have a large selection. But the service fees, and customer satisfaction feeling I have received will make sure I do not return, or send others here, even though I was referred here. Buy your tires here if you want, but bring them somewhere else!

Good experience. In and out in about an hour which isnt bad for getting a fresh set of rubber. Everyone was welcoming and seemed to know what they were talking about. I think the manager said he had been in the tire business 20 plus years and I believe him. The only reason I cant give them 5 stars is because their alignment machine cant do lifted vehicles. Do not recommend this place to my worst enemy.I had an issue with my car it would not start. Called asked if they fixed cars i needed somewhere to tow it too. They said yes they fix cars but that they would be closeing soon and they would look at it next day. The next i call they look at yhe car and then call me back and tell me they no longer do engine work. So some time between when i took my other car and now about two years the changed hands and now where i different company. No longer brakes plus and used tire maxx but now just used tire maxx.So instead of actually looking at the car and trying to figure out what was wrong with it they just assumed they knew what was wrong with. Only they were VERY WRONG IT WASNT AN ENGINE PROBLEM. My ac compressors bearing had ceased. NEED CAR WORK AVOID HERE AND GO TO CITY TIRE IN CHICOPEE. SO MUCH BETTER AND CHEAPER AND THEYLL ACTUALLY CHECK OUT YOUR CAR BEFORE ASSUMING THEY KNOW WHAT IS WRONG.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I’ve been here multiple times for both my and my girlfriends car and every time these guys go above and beyond. Most recently I came in for a tire issue with my BMW and they caught an axle problem that could have been horrendous. They not only ran around to find a new piece, and fix it that day, they also gave me a price that was half what it would have cost at the dealer. Again these guys are just top notch both in service and quality! Doesn’t matter if it’s just tires or work done on your car they get five stars for sure!

Fantastic place! Four used tires for really cheap with free mounting, balancing and alignment. We had a problem with one of the tires a few days later and they gave us a replacement tire for free.

I personally had an excellent experience at this shop. Mike and M.R. were more than helpful with helping me find exactly what I needed. I purchased two used tires for $100 that looked brand new. They installed and balanced them fast and efficiently. I highly recommend coming to this location.

First time going here. I was greeted by an employee in the parking lot. He saw what I needed and wrote a price for 2 tires, a for wheel balance and alignment. The price was fantastic. You may need to call of course to see if they have the tires you need in stock but will get whatever is needed. They are downtown so thats good. I heard best prices. He allowed a relative to be creative with her first artpiece on the side of his garage to which she wants to do a more, shall we say, perfected piece to bring greater joy to others. Hopefully in time when she gets her art wings in flight.

3 visits and issues never really fixed, temporary band-aid was applied to try to get a better star rating. I wouldnt trust the star rating for this place at all!Update: Tires only lasted a few months before we had to just buy brand new ones somewhere else. Ive always bought used tires and never had a set last such a short amount of time. Also I havent been able to afford a new alignment yet, but I still dont trust that they did a proper alignment, when we left our car pulled way to the left when we complained and they fixed it the wheel was turned left but it would drive straight, and before going here we never had this issue at all. The place that put on my new tires thinks they didnt use an alignment machine, that they did it the old redneck way with a tape measure...smh 😥. I definitely would never return to this store even though the owner tried to fix the issue, looking back I dont feel he did. I feel he put a temporary band-aid just to get a better review.The owner is the nicest man ever, its a shame he isnt there all the time! I had a rocky experience at first with this place, but the owner was quick to hear my complaints and address them promptly. He replaced my tires with a nice set. Also free popcorn 😉

Highly recommend this shop. After pricing out tires from multiple shops (new and used), they had the most competetive pricing. Purchased used tires that were practically brand new, had them balanced and installed, and the work was completed within the quoted amount of time. Managers and staff were friendly and informative. Worst place to get your brakes done! Dont go here!!!! I brought my car to get brakes here under the impression it was still brake king. They still have banners on the building advertising as brake king. Ive also brought my car to brake king in the past and they did a good job. Anyways, I got my brakes done here the guy said he would take money off if I paid in cash which made me feel sketched out by the whole thing but the job was already done so I couldnt really do much. The owner was also there and he seemed very shady. A girl came in while I was there because she had said they fixed her tire but they never really fixed it just patched it and charged her for a new tire. Two days later my brakes started squeaking and only got worse as the days went on. Eventually brought my car back and they said they fixed the problem. A couple days later the horrible squeaking was back. The sound was worse than it had been before I even got new brakes! Had to bring my car back. The guy at the front desk acted as if I had done something wrong when I said they had done a bad job. He fixed my brakes again saying he had replaced my brake pads in the rear and everything should be good. A week later and the squeaking is worse than ever! Really dont want to go back but Im afraid Im going to have to this week. I dont even want them to touch my car, I just want my money back. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I really wish I had read reviews before having them touch my car.

The people that work there are super nice. Its used tires so dont expect to get much more than a year or 2 out of them.

Had a few hick ups. Mistakes were made and even though it took a few tries I was politely offered solutions. I had ended up needing to get my tires rebalanced because my car was shaking. The tires are not what I wanted. They are not the correct size for my car which will effect my gas mileage and I drive long distance all the time. Used tire maxx apologized for the error of my tires not being balanced properly and accidentally gave me a tire that had a side wall plug. They replaced it. And knowing I wasn’t thrilled that the tires are the the correct size for my car, they offered to find the exact size I need and will call me in a few days and will swap them out. They even refunded me the money I had to pay to get the tires balanced and that found the bad tire. They owned up to the mistake and made it right, all with professional courtesy.

These guys are great. I popped the tire on my dads car and I called them to see if they had a used tire after calling every shop in town with no luck, new or used.. these guys had my tire both new and used and after explaining my situation to them about how I would be in trouble he said come down bud Ill bail you out. Town fair wanted $179 for the tire only not counting Mount and balance. They did it all $55. My dad never found out about the tire and Im very grateful to have a shop like this in my community.

Great prices when youre in a pinch. Had a bubble in one tire and a bolt in another, and couldnt afford new ones. Got used and I couldnt afford more than 2. The guy worked with me considering I had a 3rd tire in rough shape (cracking etc) and he covered the tax and the recycling fee for me so I could get a more reliable tire.
