The entire staff was amazing I would like to recognize Mr. Dre, I appreciate him being efficient & taking initiative on my behalf. I cant say enough about the wonderful work done by Christian Brothers Westfield Indiana. A day before we were leaving in on a 2,000 mile, 3-week adventure we had an issue with one of our wheels. (Actually it was fixing a problem from a tire place. They had broken 3 wheel studs while doing a rotation and balance!)The customer service manager Dre greeted me, heard my predicament, and got me right in. After he diagnosed the issue he told me it would probably take the rest of the day before they could have it done. Havinf no other choices and I said fine. I was just relieved to know it could be fixed.Well barely 2 1/2 hours later it was fixed! My wife and I were so grateful that we could leave the next day for vacation. All due to the singular efforts of Dre Herring at CBAC. THANKS DRE!

They performed a pre-purchase inspection that gave me the confidence to go back to the dealer and point out flaws, maintenance and necessary changes. They checked fluids, discovered a screw in a tire, pointed out worn out struts, oil leak etc. I received pictures, descriptions and videos on he report. Really impressive and a reasonable price. I showed the dealer the report and all updates were performed on the car.

First time customer. I walked through the door. Josh greeted me saying, Hi, Chris before I could even say a word. GREAT customer service. Brought my truck in at 530 pm. Diagnosed the issue at 700 AM. Resolved by 9 AM. Out the door. Shop is spotlessly clean. Information comes via text including quotes for issues. Very clear and concise. Next time I need help in the Indy area, I know who to call. Highly recommend!

Alternator conked out 100 miles from home. They got us in and out in just about three hours. Everybody, and I mean everybody, from the AAA tow guy to all the staff in here treated us wonderfully. They had phenomenal customer service as well as a willingness to converse with a couple of stressed out senior women. Cleanest/brightest/most comfortable repair shop waiting area I have ever been in. If I lived in the area, I would not hesitate to utilize their services on a regular basis.

I was so impressed with Christian Brothers Westfield. We thought we needed all new brakes. Instead of trying to up-sell us they shot us straight and the repair was so minor and so reasonable. This place is a complete rip off. They are simply taking advantage of older wealthy people in the Carmel/fishers area. Anyone who does not know about cars and goes in trusting the mechanic is being honest, do not come here. Luckily I do know about the cost of working on cars and was able to remove my truck from the situation before serious damage was done.

I was looking for a mechanic that isnt going to mess with my car because Ive had a lot of people screw me over in the past. So I brought it here. Well worth the extra money to make sure the car actually get fixed . Very nice & helpful people at the front desk & great mechanics I talked with them. I appreciate their excellent service for my car changed out brakes & rotors & oil. I brought my own parts too and they just did the labor for it. And the rotors I bought werent the right size, so they resurfaced my original rotors for very cheap and I got extra money back bringing back the rotors to the auto parts store. Very pleased with how my car was fixed by them. Also they offer you drinks and the couches in the waiting room are very soft & comfy.

I have used them since they opened in Bridgewater. They have always been very professional and above board in all my dealings with them. Their focus on customer service is refreshing. Yes, there are some honest automotive repair stores out there. Luckily for you and me, this is one of the best!

They make it so easy to have my car maintained - I can sit and work in their waiting room while my car is being worked on, and theyre always incredibly nice and ask if theres anything I need. But most importantly, theyre very honest and dont try to sell me anything I dont need. One of the times I took my car in, it ended up being a recall issue, and rather than charge me for it, they gave me all the info to go to the dealership so that I could get the work done for free. Thats just a HUGE plus for me. I really appreciate not just what they do, but who they are as a company.

These guys knock it out of the park Everytime. They are the ones you take your vehicle to when no one else can fix the issue. Perhaps I should just learn to go here first... Anyway, Per, Dre and Josh are always inviting when I walk in the door and actually remember my name. I have taken these guys a few mysteries and their team solves the issue without fail. I highly recommend them for your first stop or last if you happen to be hard headed like me.UPDATE, SECOND TRIP INThese guys do it right. Josh got me in the day after I called, Per (hopefully I spelled that right) helped me arrange transportation, and the unknown mechanic/s gave the most thorough inspection report I have ever received. I went in for a slight shimmy in the front passenger side. Within a short time I got a message with a detailed report of any and every concern followed up by a phone call. I was given a brief description of every part needed to fix the problem I went in for and what it does. The other concerns were addressed and nothing was forced on me. Per (again, sorry if I butchered your name) gave me a brief but thorough description of what was discovered and informed me of what to look out for and what preventative maintenance would be necessary in the future. The odometer indicated that the vehicle was given a shake down upon completion to be sure the problem had been corrected. The price was a fair trade for the service I received. My vehicle was clean, corrected and back on the road incredibly quickly. The owner, Russ, even came out and made sure everything was copacetic before I left. So Josh, Per, Russ and the unknown others, thanks, I hope I dont see you guys again for a while but I wont go anywhere else from now on.

Ive been bringing both of my vehicles here for the last year after reading good things online. The last experience I had was less than stellar. I booked my 120K service on my Lexus with them (and saved $1200 vs the price Tom Wood Lexus wanted to do the same maintenance).What I got in return for the $800+ service was zero notes or inspection report, zero reminder sticker for next service mileage, zero feedback as to condition of brake pads remaining, and weeks later I find that the technician never replaced the engine cowling clips back.. so all the cowling was loose.. and I have no push-clips to replace them with because the tech failed to re-install them.I appreciate the service savings vs. the dealer for what is (for the shop) gravy maintenance services.. But very disappointed to pay so much and get zero in return as to what else to expect the car may need soon.. and to leave the cowling off made me wonder if in fact the other services (fluids, plugs, etc) were actually done.I started coming here because there was a technician who was a Toyota guy and his detailed pre-purchase inspection of the Lexus made me really feel confident about buying the used car. It appeared when I came back for this service that he is no longer with this CB location.. and the service I got this time has me reconsidering my choices for servicing our vehicles.TL;DR: Was impressed initially with CB Westfield.. but disappointed by the lack of information and attention to detail for an expensive maintenance visit.

I do not live in the area and have not done business with this company previously. However, when I called today with an urgent repair need, Dre worked me in to the schedule immediately. He was able to do so because it was such a minor and quick repair. However, it meant a lot to me as the repair was unplanned and the rapid service allowed me to get right back to my workday. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service here and will now recommend Christian Brothers to anyone in need.

This was my first visit. A warranty repair referred me there. I worked with Tre, who was very communicative and helpful. He got me a loaner when my repair took too long. He saved me money by resurfacing my rotors. And when my tire was damaged while the car was in their care he immediately took care of it. Quality work, outstanding service.

6 months ago they replaced my valve gasket cover and just last week I found out it was leaking again. I brought my car and receipt back in and asked them to take a look and sure enough they agreed it was leaking yet again. I asked if they would stand by their work, and sure enough they did without a second thought. They got me in the same day and had it completed within 2 hours and did not make me pay a dime. They were so friendly and stand by their work. I will definitely be coming back!

Properly diagnose problem and fix right the first time. Keep car for repairs no more than 1 day unless more complicated repairs. Provide courtesy shuttle. Use text messaging to status car checkin and repair estimates. Very courteous and honest staff.

Wonderful Experience. Russ, Dre, and Per have been taking great care of us for the past 5 years. They change the oil and service at a 1/3 of the price a dealership charges and help troubleshoot any lingering issues. Christian Brothers is very thorough with my van, and any time there is either regular maintenance or a problem we come to them. They always listen, investigate the issues, and explain everything before going ahead with work. I get both emails and texts with estimates and pictures, which are closely followed with a phone call to answer any questions and get permission to start work. From oil change to a new key fob, this is a trustworthy place that does high quality work.

My husband and I are new to Westfield and by chance, Christian Brothers was the closest automotive repair shop. I am so happy to have these guys so close! They are not pushy or forceful with their recommendations. They have been so patient while we figure out what to do. They will be my number 1 reccomendation for car repairs and quotes in the future.
