Bought battery for my 04 Pontiac, this battery must be vented to the outside, it is mounted under the seat. The young guy at the counter. Name is possibly Tony? Said oh no you dont need to vent this. That is crazy its got the vent holes on top of the battery. This is something if somebody that didnt know anything about cars, could be Seriously Injured or Killed. Batteries vent out harmful gases. Very unimpressed. If you dont know something, dont lie. Your arrogance and false sense of knowledge is absolutely dangerous. Its ok not know something, youll learn. But dont mislead people. There are too many other places to buy auto parts in Westfield. Wish I could count on NAPA

I received by far the very worst customer service on second shift that I have ever received from any auto parts store in my life. I had a battery power problem I talk to a man that morning he told me that they can easily help me with my issue by testing my alternator and battery and when I finally got there after work the woman and two men behind the counter we’re only interested in talking on the phone and when I asked not one would test my alternator saying that we do not do that anymore
