Very poor quality parts, I bought 4 lifetime warranty brake calipers, of the four only two were good upon instalation two of them leaked and had to be returned.IMO. Auto Zone quality is way better.Being a certified Nissan Master Technician and certified ASE. Mastertech fo 38 years I know what in talking about.IMO. Autozone blows them away for part quality as well as their great knolegable counter help!!Wont go back to Advanced Auto Parts again, that seriously bad experience was enough for me!!!Just my take on it.

In store service is pretty much the same as any other auto parts store. At the end of the day theyre making sales so take everything with a grain of salt. The customer service you get is hit or miss. Read reviews if you purchase anything online. I got a couple bad brake calipers and non-OEM poorly made brake lines but its also very deeply discounted (just Google Advance Auto discounts and youll easily find something). Anytime you got an issue just call online customer service and theyll hook you up 99% of the time no questions asked. Good warranties, if something goes bad bring in the bad part and quickly exchange.

Had what I needed.

First time there and the woman who tried to take my battery off couldnt do it. She had to keep asking for help. Then a guy came out and it didnt take long at all. Nothing about women working on cars because I usually do it myself but she was clueless, teach them or get someone who knows what they are doing, please. I had surgery so I couldnt help.

3 store employees insisted the part would be in at 230, first the shipment was late, then my part wasnt in it. After looking at my order they said because of where it was ordered from it would not be in that day! Rather than offering assistance the Store MANAGER went and hid!!! Unbelievable. Do not go to this place, they do not know what they are doing!

Love the Westfield store, staff there are always helpful and polite.

I had a great experience at the Westfield store. A gentleman behind the counter helped me to no end! He found the right windshield wipers for my auto and was nice enough to install them for me! Great experience! Will be back!!!

Its like walking into a ghost town. And when you do get service, theres a 50% chance youre going to have to come back, and not because you want to, but because they gave you the WRONG part!Also they should consider drug testing the employees, some of those guys act like they belong in rehab.

Its an advance auto parts. If youve been to one youve been to them all, just this one is in Westfield. And is next to a Starbucks. Service is generally quick and friendly. I always order online so I can use their coupons.

Standard Auto Parts Store had the gasket sealer / maker I needed

Not so happy with last service here..I called ahead and got 2 front rotors and break pads for my truck..once I arrived I asked if they were for the right type of explorer I have and the guy looked and said no actually, and he got the right ones I brought them to the auto shop to have them done. They called and told me they gave me the wrong ones!! So they had to exchange them..there was a price difference by $25 total and they never gave me the difference. ..That in my book is NOT good service :( but the price was reasonable. so they get 3 stars.

Usually great for online pickup. Then you usually know you have the right part. Sometime the resister can get get a little backed up but the staff is overall nice

I started going to advanced for all my car needs because I was tired of Auto Zones bad service, their service this time around was horrific. I had to go back three times and each time was met with horrible service.The first time I went I was buying a part I needed and as this poor woman who was helping me was trying to enter my info into the computer this other women associate with blond hair and a buzz cut just comes up beside her and starts trying to strike up a conversation with her and this blond woman was just strait out talking into her ear completely ignoring the fact this poor associate was not only working with a customer but trying to recite the phone number I was giving her so it was right in the computer.The second time I went this tall skinny guy I think he was native american or latino was the associate I was working with and he had no clue what he was doing and when I asked about some extra parts I needed he just pointed me into the isle and let me have at it not even bothering to try and help.The Third time I went some middle aged guy just told me I could get the part I needed at a different store for cheap before even looking into the computer to find out if they even HAD the part.After this I just went to Napa and they were so helpful in comparison, I told them my project and they made sure to ask if I had this part and that part to make sure I had everything I needed.Advanced is a lot better than auto zone, but some of the employees here give the least amount of effort possible or even strait out ignore you. Go to Napa

Very bad experience with this store, special with the manager of this store. I bought a parts from them, with lifetime warranty on it, and when i came to exchange the parts in couple of weeks he refused to exchange the parts. Explaining to me that the parts should lost in a year, not a month. Disrespectful. Avoid. AutoZone across the street..
