Typical auto parts store. Friendly service.Horrible access and exit to parking lot.

It was raining, and I needed a wiper blade. Unfortunately I pulled into napa. I got what I needed but salesman was pretty awful. He was slow, rude and curt. Made me feel like I was doing him a favor going to his store and spending money. Truly a bad experience. This is the first bad review I have ever left. It was that bad!

Love this place. Never leave with the wrong parts. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Its hard to get in and out of the parking but worth the effort.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Called for a part and I have never been treated as poorly as I did when I called Napa. Number one I know my cars make and model and to be told I was wrong when I drive the car every day is absurd. So either their staff needs to be educated in automobiles or their computers need a update. Also the guy I spoke to was super condescending and chauvinistic. We are in 2020! Needs a costumer service training course ASAP!👎

Went there looking for decent wiper blades. Everything was so pricey. But Steve and Jim helped me out with finding good blades for a good price. Thank you, Steve and Jim! Yall are the best! I will keep bringing my business to you guys.🙂

Go to the Agawam one it is alot better!!!!

I went in and bought washer fluid and the guy working there even, helped me put it in! The employees are very nice and helpful!

They normally good but a guy had to call the store counter to get help because no one was there and when he got help the worker took a personal phone call before helping us.

The guys there are great they know their stuff Quality Parts and lately theyve been cheaper than AutoZone or advance and better parts and if youre in a pinch they deliver the part so where else can you get that kind of service

Best bet for quality auto parts, but you pay a little bit more... as always, you get what you pay for... buy cheap chinesium parts at the box stores, you get parts that dont quite fit right and dont last long.

Personally I prefer Autozone because of the Lifetime warranty and awesome rewards program. But autozone does lack in the heavy duty department, so I turn to Napa for all my heavy duty and industrial needs. Great Service. Friendly crew. And great deals!
