Showed up for my REQUIRED appointment that Verizon is forcing you to make prior to entering stores, only to find the store locked noone inside and no answer when I called....I guess my time isnt worth anything...thanks Verizon!UPDATE: was picking up groceries yesterday and thought I would give it a try, however at 1pm the store is closed and oddly enough the same UPS we missed you sticker that was on the door last Wednesday is still there...I think its safe to assume this location is no longer in business
What’s the point of making an appointment. Scheduled, showed up early and told appointment doesn’t matter and that they have to help others who are waiting who walked in.
June 29 around 6:00...very rude Employee who had no intention of helping us. She told us to go to another location. I was rude to her also...and I never use name calling. I have been a verison customer for years...I am not happy.

I came into the westerville Verizon store to get help with my photos getting transferred into my new phone. .As soon as I set down and asked Leena for help. I got complete attitude. I said to her. Lady Im not here to argue. Im only here to get help with my photos. She threatened to call the police on me and have me removed from the store for calling her Lady:. I tried to call customer service. At that point I was sick of being threatened and trying to get help with my photos. On the way out the door. She called me a name that I cant even post. How is this any kind of management. Its bad when the manager is aloud to treat customer s this way. She laughed at me when I came back in for my keys
Today was a big day for me. I started a new job! Disaster struck when I woke up this morning to find that my phone had officially stopped working. What a stressor on an important day. Lena was so efficient, calm, professional and empathetic. She spelled out all of my options. When I chose my new phone she set me up smoothly and with a smile behind that mask. She made a less than smooth start to a day shift to a delightful day with exceptional customer service!
Lena provided exceptional service when I visited. She was very informative about the product offerings which saved me time and even a dollar or two. Her knowledge about the products saved me from a what couldve been a poor purchasing decision at another store. I liked her service so much that I stopped going to my normal store and and gave her repeat business.

Lena was outstanding. I had an appointment, so I didn’t have to wait. I needed a new phone, I got what I needed, everything was transferred from my old phone flawlessly, she sent me a text and called me before I left to make sure everything worked right, and I was on my way. The whole process, including the screen protector andCase, took about 45 minutes and was totally worth it,

They are great at selling you the right phone but it ends there. Turns out my phone had an issue as determined by 2 technicians after 4 hours of working on my phone. It took 20 days and multiple promises that I would get a new phone to get it replaced. I was also assured I had multiple good backups to restore my phone. I ended up loosing about half my contacts and the rest were scrambled. Also lost all text messages, download and saved documents prior to the purchase of a new phone.They are clearly focused on the sale not a happy customer. The condescending attitude and pushy sales person was not appreciated. I was also pushed into a protection agreement without notice.

Lena at the Westerville Victra location was great to work with She helped me sort out my Apple account,help me decide on what would best help me use my phone. Best part of working with her was she was very patient, addressed my concerns about the account and understood that my knowledge use was limited.It was nice to deal with someone who was there to help and not just there to sell you something. She took the anxiety out of buying a phone!
Today my son and I upgraded our phones. Lela was so helpful and took the time this non techie needed to feel comfortable! Such an awesome experience! I’m not sure why I put it off for so long!

Today I had a ton of things to get accomplished at Victra Verizon in Westerville. I was greeted promptly and professionally by Mike W. What started out as an upgrade for my old phone that also had a failing screen, turned into a 4 device transaction for my family. Mike was simply amazing during the entire process today. If you are in need, I highly recommend stopping in and seeing Mike for your Verizon needs!!

Chris was a great help. Quick and efficient. Got everything I wanted and more. All the corporate Verizons were closed on the Sunday my phone broke but this location was open. Definitely use them for future needs.

I drove 20 minutes to the store because it was only one that had the item I wanted. The store is not even open and it is 3 o’clock in the afternoon I tried to call corporate but the line got disconnected. The last time I came the door was locked and it took someone a half hour to get here before I can go in. I don’t know who runs a store but the management is horrible

Yesterday afternoon, I arrived to this store for some help because it is the closest location to my home. When I tried opening the door, it was locked so I started walking back to my car. I then saw a young lady get out of her vehicle with clouds of smoke pouring out, and walk up to the door and go inside... is this really how we do business as a #1 service provider? Very disappointed .. this may be the last straw

Jaylen was super helpful with getting my broken iPhone to work. I brought in 3 old iPhones to try to get them to work and he spent time testing them all and giving me advice for how to get them started at home. He spent a lot of time with me for no end sale and was super friendly and kind! Greatly appreciated his help.
Denzel helped me and my mother and I have never had better customer service. He was exceptional and I have been a large consumer and also worked in retail and customer service in college. A rather limited retailer, limited selection of products, limited staff, limited setting locating products in one of the other stores. It would have been nice to hear, we dont have your product but have located in 3 miles away, you can pick it up there or well have it here tomorrow.

Alex is truly a representative that goes above and beyond for customer service. I originally worked with a cellular sales store in Newport, Kentucky, that put me under a contract after giving me blatant mis-information, and they refused to resolve the issue in order to retain a sale. FYI, if anyone tells you the mifi device is free, dont fall for their ploy because its associated with a 10$ a month line charge... aka not free.I was put in contact with Alex, who never failed to return my numerous calls, and she guided me through the process until the issue was made right. 100% follow up. I literally spent hours in different stores before her help was enlisted. Thank you, Alex. You will go far in any career if you continue to handle matters in this manner and stand up for what is right.

Recently purchased a new phone, the representative that helped me was very nice and patient with me through the process. Asked a few questions regarding my billing and was told a time that I should be expecting. Recieved my bill within the next week and on the bill said that the charges were billed in advance and the charges were less than I expected, happy but confused. Called to speak to a rep and spoke to Jennifer. I asked Jennifer if this was my monthly bill and if this was what I should be expecting each month, the amount and the due date and she wouldnt give me a straight answer. Asked a few more questions and Jennifer began to become noticably aggregated and testy in tone as I tried to get the situation sorted out and the few questions I had answered. What also should be known is that Jennifer didnt ask for my name or my account to even make an attempt at potentially answering my questions. Heard her conversing with a man in the background when she began to have a hard time answering another question I had. Asked if I could potentially speak to a manager to ask if I could get the questions resolved and instead of putting me on hold, she decided to hand to the phone to her manager as she called me uppity along with other names as her and the man laughed, all while I could hear them. Very unprofessional. Tried to keep the same tone with the manager and told him I had heard what they had said and he was unapologetic. Hopefully this isnt how they treat customers everyday, hopefully just an off day. Was reluctant to give me the name of the district manager when I asked for it and finally told me his name after I told him I wasnt convinced he would pass along me name and contact information in order for him to contact me about my experience. The man I talked to was Sean Hall and he was apparently the manager, not someone I would want running my store. The district managers name is Frank Gilcrest, hopefully someone I can get in contact with and talk to about my service today. If you ever have a question or concern, I would advise not calling the store on North State Street, even with minor account questions.
My daughter visited this store recently and Sean (the store manager) assisted her. He asked her for her username and password to access our account and since Im the account owner, they called me to ask for that information. I told them both that my username and password should not be required for them to view our account. At a reputable VZW store, they hand you your device and ask YOU to put in your account info to access my verizon. In the past, when shes done this, they will just ask for the last four digits of my SS # which is fine. How unprofessional of a store manager to ask for someones username and password to access my verizon! Thats why its call MY VERIZON I told my daughter to stop going to these Verizon Premium Retailer for this very reason. Sean needs to go back to training class 101 for what NOT to ask customers and more importantly how to treat them. This certainly was a teachable moment for my daughter and that is never, ever give someone your password to anything. Its none of their business. SMH.
Just got a new phone for my daughter. Best and fastest service Ive ever had at any phone store.
