Came in to fully transition from Sprint to T-Mobile. Seth, the store manager, treated me very well. Even with him being the only one in the store and having to tend to other customers, he still gave me plenty of personal attention. If you ever swing by this location with any issues, ask for Seth. Hell take good care of you!

Senior Citizen. I went 9/2021 to store, my metrophone cord wasnt charging. Looked at new phones, liked one and then was told l couldnt keep my current 20+ year old phone number, so told Seth I would just buy new cord to cancel any and everything, he was rude and said l should just text all my contacts with my new number, that its not a big deal to do. I said no, cancel everything. Sept 29,2021 Received a Bill from T Mobile for reaching monthly bill of $74.00+ already deducted from my bank account. Yesterday l call store and spoke to Catch and told Seth store mgr. was on break, so I explained to Darcey what happened that I was being billed and had never even bought a phone. She stated the cancellation should have been done for me on the Sept date that I came in the store and that I needed to call the customer service care line because the store cannot cancel and refund my money, and gave me the phone number to call. I called the 800 number, on hold forever, and then connected with person. He told me I could keep my current 20+ year phone number, and tried to sale me a phone plan and I told him l wasnt interested, l just need the cancellation and refund. He put me on hold 2-3 times and asked me for Darcy/Seth store phone number which I gave him and he did a 3 way call and I was told l needed to go back into the store (this being an inconvenience to me),I asked what time they close today and told 8pm. While on the 3 way l requested the name and phone number of the District Manager and neither could give it to me and Seth said he would have it for me when I come to the store.I got to the store at 4pm and there was only 1 other customer being waited on by Darcy and I told her I was there to see Seth. She went to back room and came back out after a few minutes and said he was not available and she would help me when she finished with her customer and got me the chair l requested. When she finished with her customer, I gave her all the paperwork from the Off. bill to my receipt for charger cord, the only thing l had brought in Sept. She stated that she needed to call customer service to cancel. I waited a while, while she spoke with them (and told them they cant do cancellation in the store). She took care of everything and said l would be sent a text and email (and reembursed my $74+ in 3-5 business days) which as of 24 hours l have not gotten a email or text. I also asked her for the name and phone number of the District Manager as Seth promised to have for me and she didnt have it but said she would call me/send it to me, and as of yet havent received it.My belief is that with T Mobile the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. Time is money and T-Mobile is good at wasting your time. If l could rate them a 0 l would.****AS OF 11/2 have not received my $74. refund as promised.

Great store. Great customer service. Youll only be sold what best suits your needs. This location is definitely worth passing by several other locations. Honesty and service cant be replaced easily.

We went to the N State St location for our noon appointment and they werent even open....The guys at the S State location welcomed us with open arms and were beyond helpful getting my wifes phone number switched to a new phone after her old one was stolen.Made the mistake of not getting their names, but 10/10 would recommend and definitely going back for any and all future cellular needsWhoever was scheduled 8/29/21 = great guys

We had an absolutely awful experience with T-Mobile in which they cancelled our line erroneously. We were beyond upset. Darcy and Codee and the professionals they connected us with made a terrible situation as easy and stress free as it could possibly. We were ready to leave t mobile forever, but they made it easier to stay and were so helpful. We all had to stay past close but everyone was more than willing to do what it took to fix the error. Its nice that in todays world there are still folks who are willing to go above and beyond with customer service. We were lucky we came in with such excellent representatives on staff.

I was sold a cheap phone that barely works and has hardly any storage. Everytime I go in, the workers are sitting on the counter. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Ive been overcharged 2 times out of the 3 months Ive been with them. Customer service is manipulative and rude. They only temporarily fix the problem and will only fix the problem if you promise to leave good reviews and reccomend tmobile to friends and family. Ive been hung up on multiple times. After I lay my phone off I am leaving and going to a different provider. Worst money Ive ever spent

On my first visit I talked to Angela the store manager. Two days later, I returned and spoke to Seth. Both listened to my needs and were very interested in accommodating me. They provided me with a great plan for unlimited talk, text and data and a great promotion for two Samsung Galaxy 5g phones at an incredible price. No upselling, no pressure. Saved me a lot of money compared to what Verizon offered without unlimited data. I feel very comfortable with with my decision to make the switch to T-mobile. The transition from Verizon was seamless. If you are on the fence about switching carriers, please stop into this T-mobile store and talk to Angela or Seth. They are fantastic! The 2nd time Ive been here in past probably 8 months. This time and actual customer service rep made the appt with the store for me. I told them when I went prior I was shot down real fast with me being a Sprint customer. They said no no rest assure All stores are set up to handle both tmobile and sprint. Although Ive heard it once, I figure maybe things had changed. I got to my appt. They go get the guy in the back. As soon as he heard I was Sprint he once again shot it down. Stated can NOT assist any Sprint customers. I said the CSR literally made the appt and called to verify that had the phone I was coming for as well. He said he didnt know anything about it. He was rude and was not interested in even entertaining the conversation. I had to ask him if he would call the next closest store to see of they could assist. You could tell that was a bother to him. This store sucks along with their attitudes!

My visit to the T-Mobile Westerville location was a great experience. Seth helped me today with the purchase of my new phone. The store manager Angela helped me last week when I visited she answered all my questions. My customer service from both Seth and Angela was excellent!!!

They were very helpful in replacing my old phone and transferring apps to the new phone.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. They refused to assist me with setting up service, after I was told to go into the store by the call center. Staff was rude and not helpful. Would not recommend ever going into this store. Not military friendly 🙄

Do not buy anything here. T-Mobile has a great scam running with their screen protectors and their phone insurance. The screen protectors they sell in store have warranties behind them but this store will not replace them or provide a receipt for any prior purchases from this exact location. Just by asking for assistance with the product and asking questions you will get disrespect and attitude.

JAY! JAY! JAY! Jay was wonderful! My mother and I were there for about an hour and a half trying to figure out how to leave sprint to join t mobile. Jay was SO friendly and even when he was figuring all the numbers out he talked us through every step and answered every question. We got everything sorted and I am so excited to start this relationship with T Mobile thanks to Jay in Westerville!There was also a blonde woman with a cheetah print mask who helped a bit and she seemed very knowledgeable!

Worst T-mobile store ever, I went there 3 week ago when I needed to upgrade.They lied to me and said they don’t help sprint customers when I called corporate and looked on the official t-mobile website they both said they serve both t-mobile and sprint.Do not go to this store if you need help .The gentleman did not even get up from his seat to assist me .He made it seem like I was bothering him .Worst experience ever

Had a bad experience with this location as a first time Tmobile customer. I was trying to be involved in my sisters account and they didn’t explain anything and just said your total is this. The black female associate with sales#****228 and manger Angela didn’t seem welcoming and were irritated. I bought a phone and was rushed through the whole process and left with many questions on my mind. After a call with CUS SEV REP he explained to us that the phone monthly payment is something else than those two told us. They just stared at the computer 95% of the time and said very very very few words to us. As a first time customer I feel they should explain everything that way there no confusion and is in the intrest of everyone. Also, it was the more they messed up something the more they got irritated and took it on the customer! TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE.

I went in to correct a problem I had with a salesperson at another T-Mobile branch. The staff at this location were great! I had a better than expected outcome and was very pleased with their service.

I was told I couldnt return a phone. After 3 days I also was told that I couldnt use me bill credit, to pay for another one. Even though I used it to pay for the first one I tried to return. Which I cant return after 4 days.

I want to start this review by stating that the staff at this location - Jalyn and Sam, were excellent and helpful to the best of their ability, and if I were to base it just on that, I would give 5 stars. However, they are clearly handicapped by inadequate technology support from T-Mobile or their franchisee. I was supposed to set up a prepaid account, but they ran into technical issues first on the PCs, and the on the iPads. My payment was accepted but the SIM card was not activated. They then had to call an internal support line, who was unable to help them activate the SIM, even though I had already paid. They unfortunately had to refund me and ask me to come back. Again, this was clearly not their fault, they went above and beyond to try and set me up and I would have loved to give them business, but at this location the technology available to them is clearly sub-par.

This tmobile store is the BEST tmobile store in Columbus. I have visited quite a few in my 5 years with tmobile. Service here Is ALWAYS top notch and the staff is very knowledgeable.
