Best customer service in a gamestop at this location

Had several things attempting to purchase and cashier wouldnt get off the phone ro wait on us. Waited 10 minutes and he continued to talk and wouldnt even acknowledge me trying to be waited on. Wont be back.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Its fun to go in and look at all the new game merchandising even when you dont want to buy anything. The locations themselves are always great for GameStop but their exchange rate is worse than a pawn shop if youre trying to trade something. I would suggest selling it online instead. Clearance stuff is cool too. FIVE STARS!!!!

Your company is the worst. The woman I’ve spoke to on the phone, who I assume is the manager, has 0 customer service skills. Refused to sell something that’s been on hold for someone for over two weeks despite their holds only suppose to run 1 week max. So I ordered from another retailer. Hope your business goes under

The staff here are so kind! I had bought a used switch a few months back (still under warranty) that start having minor bugs and they were able to replace it no problem and help transfer the save data from the old device to the new one!

Closest store to me that had the item I was looking for and working in retail I knew call first. The girl working was extremely helpful found the item and put it up for me. When I arrived it was right at the register and 2 minutes later I had the bookbag needed and at a lot cheaper price then anywhere else I had looked. Extremely pleased with the whole experience.

We absolutely love this location! There is a huge selection of games as well as merchandise. Out of all the ones in the Polaris/Westerville/23 area, this store is the largest. Every time we go, the employees are always kind and very helpful. We always find what we are looking for, are helped where to go to find it, or have an explanation for why we cant find it. We now shop here exclusively for all our gaming items.

Its about as good as a Gamestop gets. They usually have the latest games and consoles in stock. Theres a friendly staff that leaves you alone if you just want to browse. Ive bought a few games here and aside from pushing for their rewards program (which is mandatory for employees so its not like one can hate them for it), the experience is always fast and smooth. The store is clean and easily accessible with ample parking. Gamestop as a company has a not so great reputation, but this location seems to do pretty well. The whole shopping center here is fairly nice as well.

I was looking for a refurbished Nintendo Wii for a good price. Amazon have them brand new in the box for $699. They had like-new refurbished for $69. Picked up 2 games for my new system which were only $9 each. They have most of the gaming systems that they sell on display with multiple demo games that you can try out. The only problem with that was anyting that had any type of rating above what a child would play was not available but the title still displayed which was helpful if you were looking for a specific game and system.

I am sad to give such a low rating as I have used GameStop for years. I tried trading in my old IPhone and followed what to do on their website. After doing it the rep. Said that the store rarely follows the website policy, and did not take my working phone. After this experience I will never go back.

It’s a GameStop. In terms of price and selection you should know what you’re getting. What sets them apart from each other is the customer service; everyone was friendly and did all they could to answer questions honestly.

Easily the best service Ive had at any gamestop fast and ready for the customer if you want to pick up, trade, or just sell games and electronics this is the place.

Gamestops associates are helpful with large purchases and I have never really been disappointed with the products they sell.

Was at this store last night and saw a watch that I wanted to. Decided to get it off their website instead because it was cheaper with the store pickup. Now theyre saying they dont have the product because they probably saw that it was cheap and wants it for themselves. Shady store associates.

Lots of options, value is semi ok, but that is to be expected. Good, knowledgeable associates make it a destination above many of their others.

Great place for used games, check out the bargain bin for Xbox 360 games, by 3 or more and get a 15% discount.

Their website is telling me that they have a certain game in stock but their store does not. Customer service was great though.
