I had a very complicated problem with my account that Quinten helped me resolve so I could get my new iPhone 13 activated. He spent a good hour + to work with Verizon on an innovative solution that made it possible for him to finally activate my phone.This store is offering fantastic customer service. I will never go to another Verizon store again. Everyone there is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Also, a shout out to Jack who gave me such a great first impression when I walked through the door. He was friendly and efficient at ordering my new iPhone. Everyone there is great.

Today me coming in was to look for a better plan for myself, and I did.Nico was very nice and he was very helpful. I didn’t know much of what I was doing and looking for and he help navigate and show me what would be best for me . I even got the 13 pro Max yay !!

I was in a real pickle and had some how gotten myself locked out of my account. After trying for hours with online help I called my local Verizon and had the best experience at Verizon with customer service.Taylor went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. After upgrading iPhones about a year ago we got to know Nico and ever since then he has gone above and beyond to keep in contact with us, getting to know us to make sure he can continue taking care of our Verizon needs. I didn’t expect to enjoy a trip to the Verizon store, especially since I was just accompanying someone else to get their phone, but Taylor was great! He was super friendly and we all bonded over our favorite board games and the expansion packs, and I think we convinced him to try out Harry Potter Hogwarts Battle (a deck building game, highly recommend). He was also very knowledgeable and helpful about the phones, cases, chargers, etc. I would definitely recommend visiting this Verizon location!

I have always wanted an iPhone 12 mini and a guy that worked there named Taylor has made it very easy for me! He told me all the details on how to get the phone, the pricing, and how much of the phone they were paying for. I ended up saving $580! I also got $50 from them to get a screen protector and case! What was most appreciated with the fact that the location in and of itself was conscientious and knowledgeable as far as social distancing, having chairs said properly apart at the representative desk and having sanitizer strategically placed throughout the store. He has been most professional from his thorough and detailed discussions and review of product to the way each store has been set up. I first went to another verizon store at easton and when i had arrived they told me i needed to make an appointment which was understandable but then they said i could just order the phone online in the store on my own and get it then, there were many employee sitting around so we waited to ask for help on how to do that properly and got ignored. we were furious so we went to this location verizon and to my surprise was greeted by the most professional and friendly guy named Taylor! he made sure to give us the best deals such as the BROKEN SCREEN TRADE IN and let us try first hand any case i was interested in!! he also put my screen protector on and made jokes about how he can’t stand a SINGLE bubble showing, which ultimately looked more perfect than i could have asked for . i had the best customer experience with buying from this store as he was selling in MY best interest rather than making the most money! if anyone ever wants to buy a phone and want a trusted seller !!! go to Taylor! i WILL be back for the next upgrade for him!! highly recommend!!

I came in to the Westerville store today as I had worked with Taylor 4 years ago and had been so pleased with his expertise and help. I was having issues with my Iphone 7 which I purchased 4 years ago. I had stopped by another Verizon store but ended up finding Taylors business card, called him, and drove to the Westerville store where he is now working. Once at the store Taylor was able to help me with a purchase of a new phone as my old Iphone 7 was failing after 4 years of usage. I will come back to this store for any future purchases and questions. I was really impressed with the service and professional advice. One very important thing. I was very impressed with the sanitation in the store. Taylor completely sanitized the desk before he helped me. There were Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer for me to use if needed. All employees wore masks. All customers had masks.

Dan was very helpful and solved the problems that I was experiencing. If I have any further, I will not hesitate to come back.
