Rented and bought my sectional from them and paid it off….same day I paid it off I rented a 82” LG UHD tv along with a tv stand ( that I had to bring up 3 flights of stairs myself because the delivery guy couldn’t do it ) 1st tv was glitching hard, 2nd tv had some strange illusion effect going on 3rd tv was a Samsung that only had 60hz instead of 120hz like I asked. Keep in mind all 3 TVs were brand new in a box delivered to me that I once again had to put together myself and place on the tv stand. So the last and final to as you can see in the picture had major discoloration issues as you can see in the pictures. The legs had chips on them., and to top wit off it was delivered to me out the box which the manager claimed it was a brand new tv fresh out the box. Lol I laughed and explained to him it may have been a new tv to them but once it’s taken out the box and used for display it’s considered a USED tv not new. So now I’m paying for a USED tv for the price of a NEW tv lol jokes on me right. On the bright side Jasmine has been wonderful in understanding and helping me out as much as she could but I will never rent from the West Valley store in Utah ever again.

Furniture and furniture were all of us to get the best thing in life to make it Sunday night at a time of you to get the job you want and it will help me to understand what the next step study would do with anything that I could get to work in and I would be very proud to get a degree and be the first to go back in my career as well so Im going out and playing sober with the team in a different direction for me to be a part in this is going on right there with my first team and it is the first game Ive done in my 88life 8field this is the most amazing and exciting thing Ive done in this game 8on 8and is going 8on right 8there I 88think the same process that you are going on with you guys are the only people in this team family and they want you bad and I think its going well with me right to get a good deal of the ball from me

Truly rude staff go to a different Rent-A-Center if possible. They made me cry in the store out of simple embarrassment. Horrible experience!

Rented from them for years and their drop off pick up guy stole my husband’s multi tool. Talk to the manager and he didn’t do much about it except check the guy. The guy denied stealing it. You get the point.

Nice people who work there if you need something, but can only afford a bit a week like 50-100 $ a week maybe even cheaper or more depending on the items go here get that tv, couch, bed, surround sound, new phone, PlayStation or Xbox get it from here they are some of the nicest people my family knows who work there.

Disappointed with the way it’s presented outside!!! It appears that they don’t have enough storage in the back to store all the items so they store a lot out front in cardboard boxes which is not appealing and 2nd there’s always gross old mattresses or furniture next to the dumpster

I left to cali came back to utah and theyre letting me pick back up where i left off with the same appliances. Washer dryer and a bed good people very understanding!! Good people do exist and like one said they remenber u by ur name.

I was a customer of another location [Murray] and wanted to get some furniture and was denied after being a customer for well over 6 years. If this is how customers are treated because someone has a grudge youll NEVER get my business again.

I havent tried any other locations but Ive been working with Brad on a 55 inch Samsung smart tv since October 2014 and they have been amazing. When a manufacturer defect occurred on my rental they gave me a loaner until they fixed mine.

Honestly it started off great when I first signed my contract but the last three months even after explaining things to them their system and the workers continually screw up my account and even after I try and explain to them things that are going on they continue to harass me everyday Call Me 3 +times a day even after I try and explain stuff to them I cannot wait for my contract be done I will never do business with this location or Rent-A-Center ever again
