Most Home Depot‘s are laid out very similar, every now and then you enter an unfamiliar store layout that’s just different enough to drive you crazy.The best is when an employee recognizes that and asks if you need help… that happened today at the store for me and it sure did save me time because I would’ve never looked where that item is located in the store. Massive store. All the things you’ll need for any DIY project. Went in for some sparkle and left with so much more. The deals are always good. The return policy even better :). I do think I’ll use everything I got though. Staff was helpful. Plenty of parking. Definitely flog back for more.

Walked in for spray paint walked out with the spray paint, a case of glass bottle cokes and a new washer and dryer. Goes to show, you can get anything at the Home Depot! Our sales associate Chris Lynch was so knowledgeable and helpful and made the process fast and easy. (before my husband could change his mind)

I have never been more disappointed in Home Depot!I ordered a refrigerator last week on Wednesday 8/24 they told me it would be delivered the following Saturday 8/29. When I called to find out where they were they said the refrigerator was not put on the truck. They rescheduled for tomorrow Wednesday 9/1. Today I received a phone call saying it is not going to be delivered until Thursday 9/2. It seems like the right hand is not talking to the left hand. The customer service is not reliable. Home Depot is using an outside source and obviously they do not communicate with one another. We told them that our original refrigerator is not keeping our food cold and we are living out of coolers and ice right now. I would think twice about ordering from Home Depot especially if you need something right away.

TERRIBLE service and warranty. I had bought a LG washer/dryer and it recently broke. My warranty I bought was for 5 years and it’s been about 2ish years I called them to come fix it. They told me they will come Sunday between 8 am - 5 pm. So I waited all day, no one showed up or even called me to cancel. I had to call them again to reschedule for Tuesday and then Thursday waiting all day no one showed up or called. I would call and kept getting transferred. They told me they would take care of me but they didn’t. Do not buy warranty and do not buy LG! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.

Ive been in construction my entire life and have always been satisfied shopping there. Your selection is so large that I have to leave my wallet in my truck when I go in to even give myself a chance of not spending more money than I should there. Im like a little kid on Christmas morning every time I walk in your store no matter what part of the country Im in. Love the place.

Home Depot has always been good to me. The customer service you used to expect from hardware stores is gone. Knowledge of products is very lacking. So you have to know what you are after. Every once in a while you get with a knowledgeable helper but it seems rare anymore.

Home Depot has been one of our most liked places to get help and they will even locate it in another Home Depot store if they not have it at there location. The people are the most friendly and out going, you will find anywhere. 110%To the the people that work for Home Depot be very proud for the company you work for and to the company give your workers a steak dinner cooked by your bosses. General supplies. Associates are helpful for locating things not really for codes. Its a big box store.

Online ordering is almost close to useless. You certainly have to master different areas of your business. And this is one that has the most room for improvement. Ive ordered 2 times from this store. Both times my item was not in the locker as expected and an empty locker opened. Whats worst was having to wait behind others in the customer service line. As if I just didnt just do half of a cashiers job. Not only am I saving the store time, but im creating more profit for them by placing an online order to then get a nasty attitude from the people that are supposed to take care of the order that was wrong because they did it wrong. Seriously pathetic. You are better off going inside the store and grabbing it yourself to not waste the time letting them fix their mistake after you placed your order. Ive attended other stores and other competitors, and this store seriously lacks at this service, it is seriously near pathetic

They need people at the service desk that actually wanna help. Only thing the kid behind the counter was worried about was what time it was. Told me they closed in 10 minutes and didnt know if he could have the transaction complete by then. Pretty much just wanted an excuse to not help. Screw the people that are trying to get tools to do their job!!!

Greeted at the door by an employee who offered sanitizer and asked if he could help direct me to where my items were located. Assistance offered multiple times by employees during my visit. Store was busy with patrons, but check out was fast and easy.For those concerned with virus transmission: Only one person in store not wearing a mask - overheard the reason was because masks interfere with their oxygen nose-piece. But THANK YOU to everyone wearing masks to help protect each other.

I normally dont like shopping in this store. Its very cluttered and hard to get around in, but the man who sold us our fridge was so nice and helpful that I wanted to say thank you employee GXV3779. YOU WERE VERY NICE!

Usually have what Im looking for at a reasonable price.

I wasted several hours purchasing a window only to return it because a manufacturing defect. I ended up going to Lowes and purchase 2 pella windows, very happy with the pella window. The brand home Depot sells is a name Ive never heard of and cost 10.00 more than Lowes. Wasted 2 hours of my time at 135.00 per hour.

This palace has in proved alot from years past. Employees were very helpful but not pushy. No baskets inside and a employee ran out side and brought me one back in. Id say that was pretty nice.

Whats not to love about Home Depot, its one of my most favorite stores to shop at, it definitely has everything I need! I love the Garden area with awesome flowers, perennial plants and schrubs and has plenty of handicap parking too!

I ordered an ac unit at 8pm 2 hours before close on a Tuesday night. I was told there were 5 units in stock and they were preparing my order for pickup. I was notified the next morning that the ac unit I had ordered and paid for online had sold out and they had to cancel my order and refund my payment. There were 5 of these units when I placed my order and paid the night before. The fact that they took my money and told me my unit was being prepared for pickup but in all reality it was sitting on the same shelf as the rest of the inventory to be sold to anyone who walks in is crazy. They waited 4 business hours after my payment was taken to tell me all those units were sold out and that they had to cancel my order. Save yourself some time and irritation and avoid buying anything online from these guys because anyone might show up in person and buy the thing you thought they were “preparing” for you to pickup the night before.

Horrible experience. CameTo buy a patio table and there was absolutely no help. No one could show us the one we found online and they said they were short staffed but when we left there were about 5 employees just chatting by the cashiers. Unbelievable and will not be shopping here again.

Rented a power rake. It was a painless registration, pay $150 upfront as depositthen you go. Came back and they did a great job unloading. Kudos to THD.

Still the best hardware store. Better priced than Lowes and usually better customer service and selection. Best selection of organic fertilizer products and stocked.

Recieved great customer service in the appliance section. Was able to find a side by side fridge that fit my home layout.

Today was a great home Depot day many of the employees went out of their way to assist, One of the employees even took a cart that weighed probably about 800 lb for us. Always doing it right at the home Depot.

This location is pretty good. Its got good stock. Sometimes its difficult to track down an employee for help though. Other than that, its a good place to shop.

This particular home depot seems to always be cluttered when I come. They also have very little organization when it comes to their carts and the employees are usually using most of them. Would rather drive to another location then come here

This particular store has lacked quality and customer service as of last few years. The quality of products and assistance has gone way down hill. There are still some amazing staff. Just not as much as there used to be.

You buy some from home depot like a tool or something and and you cant warrant it unless you have a receipt but yet why does it have a lifetime warranty then People dont always keep the receipts you guys are like ripping them off you guys used to warranty tools that you buy for me guys but now you dont

I love the discounted paint at Home Depot, you can get a gallon of paint for 9 bucks, it’s awesome and at that price you can try out different colors you may normally not think about trying and often times be pleasantly surprised.

The plant selection is great and they all look healthy, pest free, and good size for the price. Could use the warmth of a Lowes but I get they are busy and may not have time to greet you.

Hopefully you never need to come here for a key made.I came in on two different days to get a key copied and the first time it took 15 minutes to get anyone to come over. The second time no-one ever showed up. Even had one associate walk past me without even asking if I needed help or offer to go get someone for me. I even walked up front to ask for someone to come back and waited another 5 minutes for no one to show. Very disappointed.

Lets me return things without trying desperately to keep my money like lowes did.

A bit disappointed this time I went cause they didnt have 2 of the tools I desperately needed, but other then that when they are fully stocked they have great products such as Milwaukee and great staff for help.

It was busy so a bit difficult finding a free associate for help, but the staff was still friendly even when they were busy. They seem to have a talent for finding the right kinds of people for customer service. Be warned though, if youre at risk for Covid-19 you may want to avoid busy times as there were several people without masks and there didnt seem to be anyone enforcing it.

If you make a oops in buying stuff and try to return it and have a slip of paper that you received when perched stuff the return people are unable to to comprehend the very paper that the store gave you just hours before.. MAKE SURE YOU MAKE NO MISTAKE WHEN BUYING FROM THIS STORE.as for me I am not going to make the mistake of entering this store.

The tension bar i used in my closet i renovated by myself came crashing down after i underestimated how heavy all my hung up clothing would be, so i headed to he depot to find something that would support the weight of my clothing. Luckily an employee who knew what would work heard me telling my predicament to his coworkers who couldnt help me. I left and my closet is good now. Thx to the dude knowledgable guy who helped me.

No one around to help or to ask if I needed help. I did see a mouse though. He didnt have an apron or name tag on so I wasnt sure if it was an employee.Luckily I looked online for the aisle and bin location so I easily found my items.

Sometimes its hard to get someone to help you or you have to wait a long time for someone to shop to help you but what somebody shows up theyre always very kind and knowledgeable I like to shop here and get a lot of my plants here. The place is ok. You can never really find help when you need it and when you dont need help there always someone there. On 04.21.2021 my daughter had a incident with a employee he got fustrated and told my daughter he wished that my daughter would get run over by bus. For me thats a threat. The manager Millie didnt even act like she cared.

Chris L was rude and unprofessional, walked away from me when I was trying to get a quote saying he was busy with other customers after I was waiting for 30 mins for him to help me out.

Had everything we needed for our project.

Its a great store.. lots of choices for 1 item on the retail side.. however, the receiving dock is.. ridiculous.. no room to safely maneuver. The entrance is basically through the Sonic Burger drive up.. and if you exit your delivery truck (53 trailer) around the building opposite (because the way you came in is blocked by other delivery trucks).. you end up locked into the car parking lot with high curbs and trees and junk everywhere.. only way to get out is right by store doors through customers and waiting for overhang to clear of construction pick ups so you can go under it to skin by carts, people, cars, overhang to get back in line at Sonic Burger drive through line to wait for a clear spot to get back on 1 lane rd that takes you out to street. Use caution OTR its a short short blind side back into 4 docks .. there are high curbs, trees and a wall of junk to maneuver around.. after all that.. you have to wait for them to unload all their storage trailers full of orders before you get unloaded too.
