The location feels a bit unconventional and the store is incredibly cramped but if you give them a call before coming and let them know what youre looking for, they are very helpful and will hold items for you to pick up. They also offer delivery for a little extra. We had a very smooth and friendly experience.

Very hard to get into the door to see anything. Have a dryer from there and they asked me to bring it back to them so that they could check to see what was wrong with it. Good thing for YouTube believe I fixed it myself

I can actually say I kinda shy away from Buying from places like Used Appliances, but my mom being wheel chair and oxygen dependent,, and as she thinks not believing she will be around long enough for a new appliance to collect dust really didn’t want to purchase a new one, so we came across this place but knew of them long ago, cuz they were just down the street, she purchased a side by side fridge, brought it home in the evening hooked it up it ran for a couple days, and quit, we called Dave and he sent his mechanic down that night, and for no reason started to work,, then it quit again, seemed like it only started when I tapped the controllers, but was unaware they could just replace the controller area, but wound up going down picking out a different fridge and Dave and Curtis came down and exchanged them, my mom is very happy she got a great company to call on if needed! There very friendly and known Curtis for years, so it all worked out!!! Thanks guys!

Pure adventure. Very narrow pathways through jungle of stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers. Curtis will help you find things and prices. Dave will help you find very best buy. They will deliver, Install, and haul away your dead appliance. Finding it is also a challenge. When calling, persistence pays. Im happy to have found just what I needed.

I bought a washer and dryer several months ago from these guys. My washer started making a humming sound and would not start the wash cycle. I pulled the washer cabinet off to do some trouble shooting. I could not figure out what was wrong so I called these guys. They spent several minutes on the phone walking me through some trouble shooting. In the end we figured out a simple fix. The washer is running fine now. I really appreciated their time and patience with me.

This is a really good place to look at used appliances that are in good shape. I highly recommend them. I am coming back to look some more.

Save your money and go else where! Seriously such a joke! We paid 700$ for a fridge that weve had for 8 months and its gone out 5 times already! The first time (still under warranty) they didnt come out until 2 days later and we had to throw away everything! 2 months later it went out again and it was another day until they came out... Had to throw everything away AGAIN! And they never fixed the problem. He had the wrong part and never came back to fix it. Plus tried to charge us for fixing it because it wasnt under warranty... Shouldnt they have fixed it the first time- or at least the second!?!? In 6 months 4 more times... Luckily we have a hair dryer and can temporarily fix it since whenever we call nobody answers. This place is terrible! Theyre a bunch of crooks! Please dont purchase their low quality, temporarily fixed appliances!!!!

Bought a washer dryer set from here for $513.11, plugged it in and hey, what do you know, the washer doesnt spin! Of course! I call them about and apparently I have to bring it to them, as if I did something wrong. They only take a look if drag it back to their store. Save time and money and avoid this place.Update: After waiting 3 days for a call back from Mike which was promised by Sam I still have heard nothing. I promise you, buying from here is a serious risk. You are more then likely to buy something that does not work.

This is a used furniture store so I dont really expect everything to work ideally. However when I have gone there and had a problem with anything that I have bought they have been more than willing to help me fix it and they do offer service warranty of 90 days. They have great deals.

Having to use their repair guy to fix my washer that was purchased under a 2 month warranty was a huge mess, they ended up replacing my machine, but 4 weeks of headache using their repair guy was not worth it. I wouldnt buy here again.
