SO FRESH. This place gives places like blaze pizza a run for their money. The food quality is what you would desire from any pizza place. Crust was light and crispy, cheese was freshly grated and gooey, and all the toppings on the line looked great.Staff cleanliness was above par, and all where friendly. Drink area was tidy and everything was stocked.Also meatball slider was just so good. Even though its out of our way, I will find an excuse to come over for more.

This place is a must go if you have never been. Pizza is very good. Quick. Price is great. Very clean place. I will be back. My wife loved it to.

Loved the pizza. I wouldve given 5 stars if they hadnt screwed up the order. I ordered 2 pizzas which was great and a tiramisu. Instead of tiramisu, I received a chocolate mousse. The kids enjoyed it but I was looking forward to my tiramisu, not to giving my kids a mousse instead. Sure, its a simple mistake but doesnt look good. Id come back for the pizza but Ill skip paying $5 for the wrong dessert.Of course husband didnt check it when he picked it up, so now you got him in trouble too. 😂

We loved the experience of building-our-own-pizza. The guy that made our pizza was super friendly, and super accommodating, while gently reminding us of any price changes so we had no surprises when it was time pay. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The whole staff was professionally friendly as well.We will definitely go back again to make more different flavor profiles and create new pizza. (Did I mention that they have vegan options?... Well they do!)P.S. my wife ate the crust and she never eats the crust!!!!

Pizza is good, but the prices are not.I always order Gluten free crust which is $3 extra. I do not eat cheese, so when I ask if I can have extra toppings instead of cheese, the answer is No! So last time I ordered 12” pizza, no cheese, 4 toppings and was charged for 5 toppings $14 + $3 gluten free crust, which comes to $17 + tax + tips, and the pizza looked like this:All toppings in the center. 5 broccoli peaces. 6 mushroom peaces and enough od cartelized onion.Ps: on the picture you can see there are 2 inches no sauce and another inch without any toppings…

Uh......yum! Would be the best way to describe this very good design your own pizza place. Also quick serve, abundant parking, unltd soda refills. Good prices too. My go-to in the PB Outlets mall when Im hungry along with Starbucks which is a verybuzzy place there.

To be honest Pizza isnt really my favorite thing but my daughter loves it so we decided to give this restaurant a try. Listen to me when I say go here! I mean THEE BEST PIZZA IVE HAD IN YEARS! Go ahead and add the extra ricotta..yumm! Lastly I really wish I would have gotten the name of the man who greeted us and walked us through the steps because he was amazing as well!

They have pretty good food! I had Chicken Parmesan and Hubby had a custom BBQ/Pepperoni Pizza. The sauces have a more authentic Italian taste (not sugar loaded). We both agreed to go back when were back in town.

The vegan experience at this restaurant is amazing. I am in love with the food here. I would recommend the cauliflower crust with the garlic and olive oil base and basil pesto. Go to town with the toppings. You wont be disappointed.

This is a trend in the industry that this restaurant in West Palm Beach has taken to the next level. I cant skip having lunch or dinner at this place at least once a week. If you are a true fan of the pizza, then this is a must-stop goal for you. And if you allow me a recommendation, try their Alfredo Chicken and Fresh Pear handcrafted pizza. The taste of the roasted chicken with drizzled truffle oil and pear is a heavenly combination. The price for a medium pizza is perfect and the location has a modern appeal with a green approach. Totally, an awesome place to eat pizza in West Palm Beach!

Usually a good pie and owner is really nice... I called in for 2 pizzas and asked twice for light cheese asked twice for light cheese. The pizza was made with anything but light on the cheese, the slices were so heavy. This is why Blaze is a better pizza, they listen. This experience will make a difference next time my family wants pizza.

My new favorite Gluten Free pizza restaurant. The crust isn’t the typical hard thin GF crust. They use a big cauliflower crust that is cooked in a separate oven. Loved every bite of it.

I must say they had very good pizza. I am in town visiting my sister and we stopped here for an early lunch. I am from New York, with that being said I have so expectations. I wouldve given them a 4 star review, because it is very good. The reason for the 3 star is because we ordered a extra cheese and pepperoni pie. The pepperoni was there but not extra cheese. When we asked one of the workers confusingly this is extra cheese?? (because we dinned in) he hesitated and said well how much cheese did you want on it? We ordered extra cheese, what you mean man, there wasnt extra cheese on the pie. That is why for the 3 stars. The hesitation in the mans response said it all.

Been coming here since it opened, and yes the pizza and ingredients have slightly changed... but for the better! The dough is soft but crispy at the same time-so delish. Ingredients are so fresh and colorful. Super clean facility-like spotless. Priced well. Weird thing to say but perfect eating temperature always and perfect ambience of music! Cookies are soft and scrumptious. Pizzas are cooked to perfect look and temperature, not burnt black or charred unless you ask for it. My toddler and I were the only ones there for a little and the awesome gentleman came up to our table all the way from the other side and gave my boy a cookie!!! You rarely see that now a days and he made my boys day. Thank you for that! Obviously customer service is outstanding! Love it here! See you again really soon.

Really nice place, good food and good music. You can keep it conservative as I did (simple pepperoni) or go full murica. Their pizzas are made in a proper stone oven and are nice and crispy.

Tried 3 times....3 strikes! 1st time pizza was cold and hard but tasted pretty good so figured lets try again. 2nd time warm but one pizza was incorrect, but since the correct pizza was enjoyed tried again. 3rd time it was hot but one was made so incorrectly (with toppings missing and pepperoni on a vegetarians pizza), it was thrown away. If you cant take an order, write it down and make it correctly, find a new job!

We sometimes pop in to Cucinas when were out shopping at the Outlet Mall for a self-created pizza and a Beet & Goat Cheese salad to share.Its a tasty, well-priced meal in a family style atmosphere.

As you can see in the pictures, they burnt my pizza pretty badly. When I contacted them about it, they acted like they didnt know how to refund the credit card. The employees were unprofessional and really didnt seem to care. The guy claimed that hed talk to a manager regarding the refund; he said he would call me back...he did not.My husbands pizza wasnt burnt, but he said it didnt taste good, and rated it 3 out of 10. Frozen pizza from the grocery store wouldve been a better option than this place.

If I could give this place a zero I would . My family and I came to west 🌴 Beach during fourth of July. I ordered for take out on the 4th my husband and dad went to pick it up and they treated them like criminals. They wouldnt even let them in to pick up our order. My husband could see an order on the counter. They locked the doors turned off the lights. Restaurants on that day close earlier and this restaurant was one of very few restaurants open til 10. Long story short they judged a person by their appearance, in short we had to through something together for dinner with very little on hand on a holiday night because everything was already closing we couldnt even go anywhere else.

Great food, if you buy cookies, get more than youd think you want. Theyre melt in your mouth goodness.

Staff was friendly and lively. I got the Cucina Italian and it was basic basic basic. Kind of bland. I wish it had more of the normal sub ingredients to kick it up a notch. Like black olives, salt and pepper, pickles?, peppers, maybe dressing. I got it TO-GO so sadly I didnt have time to ask for extra Fix-ins. I guess I thought it would be more exciting to order Straight off the menu....as is. I was disappointed. Everything was fresh though so if I were to go back I would just be very careful what I ordered and customize a little more effectively. Which I think theyre totally open to I just didnt take advantage of.

I have been coming to this place for awhile. Never again. Not only have they raised their prices to an extraordinarily high amount (20 dollars for one vegan pizza, 2 toppings), they do not take food allergies seriously. There was Alfredo sauce mixed in their regular tomato sauce. When I told them I have dairy allergies, they still continued to serve the contaminated sauce. Shame this place went downhill.

Honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten, crust/dough tasted like cardboard with no flavor. the little sauce they put had no flavor as well, the cheese was basically white and undercooked as if someone took no effort in making this pizza. Never again.

I had walked past this restaurant many times before. Due to COVID-19 all off the retail stores have closed their bathrooms, and Cucina Pizza was the nearest bathroom to Old Navy. It was also about lunch time. I didnt want to be rude and just use the facilities and run, so my daughter and I got a custom pizza, a large cannoli and 2 sodas. I am really glad the Old Navy bathroom was closed because now I found Cucina Pizza! The pizza was out of sight. The toppings are fresh and placed right out in front of you to choose (on the line, behind glass). I got to choose the toppings I enjoy on my side of the pizza and my daughter got plain cheese on her side. The cannoli was super-fresh and yummy. The food was great, but I was really impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the space. The theme is in dark green, black, white tile and dark wood. There are chalkboard walls that are designed very nicely. They have small pizza boxes on the condiment counter all ready for your take home. They also quality packets of parmesean cheese and hot pepper flakes to take with you. I will definitely be coming back to try the antipasto salad and a panini or sub!

Stopped in for lunch yesterday. The gentleman that made our pizza was friendly and helpful, it being our first time there. Our pizza was delicious best in town. Love the fact that they offer goat cheese, the little extra you have to pay is totally worth it! Highly recommend.

It may have been an unlucky isolated incident, but the night we went our order was in a written statement claimed to be ready for pickup. After arriving and being told it would be ready in 10 minutes, we did not receive our order until 30 minutes later. The frustration with other pickup and walk-in customers were clearly visible, as orders given wrong, staff looked confused, and the pickup line grew.While I understand miscommunication and delays happen, frustration is unavoidable when something is clearly claimed to be ready, and then is not.

I brought a New Yorker Pizza. Not good.... The fresh mozzarella cheese was not cooked properly ( it was lumps of cheese that fell off the pizza as I tried to eat it). Way too much tomato sauce and tomatoes. Im from New York and I had better 99 cent pizza.

I ordered two calzones for delivery from here today (Spinach and Pepperoni). They were undercooked (doughy) and had no flavor....probably because they were filled with 95% cheese and a tiny amount of toppings in the center. Disappointing.

No masks worn during the height of the pandemic by workers and they didnt care. Also didnt start work on my pizza until after I was there more than 20 minutes after I ordered it. Sat outside and waited for it. Wont be back.

I never leave reviews. But I cant pass this one....this place is amazing. The food is fabulous,, they are generous with the portions. Prices were great, and the place looks clean. My fiance even enjoyed the music (reggaeton). Lastly, in an era where business are being cheap with Halloween candy, the waitress came up to us with a box of candy to choose from. Fabulous service.

Customer service was excellent, my daughter ordered a vegan pizza and picked it up but didn’t realize they gave her the wrong pizza until she got home. We called and told them what happened they not only made a new pizza for free they delivered it to our home as well.

Worst experience ever, they didnt give one of my items to the Uber driver and expected me to pay for delivery again. I loved this place but will not being going back. They should be covering their driver for their mistake.

Great pizza place. Personal sized pizzas are made to order at the counter. They also have subs and salads. They cook the pizza very quick in a open oven. We also have a kale Caesar salad which was good too. Great place for kids. Everyone can get their own pie.

Every time I order here they make the wrong pizza. Whether it is the wrong toppings or wrong crust. Even after they correct the pizza they have never offered to give us a discount or make up for their errors. You just have to sit and wait for them to make it again. The reason I order take out is so that when I come in the pizza is already ready but every time I arrive when it tells me to they are running late or claim to have never received the order. This has happened THREE times so far. Especially if you order off of eat streets, they do not get the order. It is not worth ordering online. Do not go here unless you have time to go in, order your pizza in person and wait for it to be made.***then when I got home with the pizza, it was not even cooked all the way because they rushed to make it and also they did not put light cheese as ordered. It was raw dough covered in cheese and not edible***

Super bad experience. Bad service, super disorganized. My pizza was passed around all the tables to find out whose it was. My husbands calzone after 35 minutes, they told me that was gave it to someone else. Very disappointed because on the past was not bad at all. If they change manager or something is reflected. Poor covid protocol also. Pizza cold after 35 minutes.

When we come to West Palm for spring training, we always have dinner at Cucina on the first night. We look forward to dining there. You can design you own pizza (hence the name), but dont overlook the other menu items. They have really good salads, but be warned that there are dinner salads so they are large. We shared a pizza and a Caesar salad and a pizza, and it was plenty for the two of us.

I hate leaving this type of reviews but I have to say that this was the absolute worse lasagna I’ve ever had in my life, the Caesar salad was fine and the garlic bread as well tho

I really love the concept of this pizza place, it is similar to blaze Pizza where you can design your own pizza. They use fresh ingredients and have very fast service. They often have desserts like chocolate chip cookies or chocolate cake. I would recommend anyone to get their pizza fix here.

Great way to select exactly what you want in your pizza

First time ordering and was disappointed, particularly with the garlic knots. The knots tasted stale and were not doughy like traditional garlic knots. We got the Cucina signature and while the pizza tasted just okay, it was close to room temperature by the time it was delivered so it was not a great first experience. Maybe if we were to dine in and have it fresh it would be different but with all the high reviews this place had, I wish we would have gone with somewhere else for our Sunday night pizza. Overall the pizza was okay but not worth what I paid for it.

My son and I love Cucina Pizza. (Especially my son). The staff is polite and considerate. The food is delicious. We always order the same thing when we visit: Cheese Pizza, Five-Topping Pizza, A Soda and sometimes a couple of Chocolate Chip Cookies. This time, I added a Large Caesar Salad with an order of Sliced Chicken Breast on to the salad. The salad is large and satisfying. Every thing is fresh and delicious. It is fun to build your own pizza and me and my son likes to watch the pizza dough being tossed and prepared. Cucina Pizza has a great staff. Great Service. A hospitable atmosphere. Good food.

Their pizza is delicious, made exactly the way you like, with lots of fresh toppings. They are still open (during quarantine), let’s keep them in business. We’ve been going there since they opened. My husband and I have very different tastes in pizza, and this is the one pizza place that we both really enjoy.
