Buying cars is one of the most dreadful shopping experiences I have to deal with multiple times a year. And for once that wasn’t the case dealing with Wyatt at LHM. Finally I found a no BS, very communicative, thorough and easy work with sales rep. We were able get the deal locked in via phone and text and had a pleasant experience once at the dealership to pick up the jeep. We got the coolest color on the block and already putting it to use in the mountains.Thank you for making this the best car buying experience we’ve had.

Brought my 2021 Wrangler diesel in for the first oil change last week. That afternoon my wife was in the vehicle running errands and I noticed fresh oil drops on the garage floor. When she came back I noticed the underside of the engine, frame, suspension, and axle all had oil on them. Called and left a message for the service department (it was 6pm). Received message first thing next morning to bring it back. I did so after morning appointments. Was called a couple of hours later to say it was done. Service advisor said it was a bad oil filter seal or similar, so they replaced it and cleaned everything up. Get home and it is still dripping oil onto the garage floor and now holiday weekend. Crawl under and see oil still covering most of what it had been when I took it in.

I do not trust this dealership with my car. Take your car to another services location. Below is an outline of my experience.This is a brand new van purchased in April of this year.10/11/21 - Brought my car into your dealership due to a check engine light turned on and the car not behaving properly. After a few hours, your team said it was fixed.10/13/21 - Same issue happens again and the check engine light comes on. I call in and Im told to bring my car in again. I wasnt able to bring it in that day.10/19/21 - Finally able to bring my car in after making an appointment for noon that day. Team says they need a day to review it.10/20/21 - No update or response from your team. I reach out at 4:45pm and Im told my tech wasnt able to squeeze it into his schedule today but he will get you answers on it asap. So even after having an appointment, my car still hasnt been looked after for over a day now.10/21/21 - At 3pm, Im told the car is ready. Im not able to pick it up that night due to some personal event.10/22/21 - I go to pick up the car at noon today. No paperwork is given to me on what was fixed and no one knows where my keys are for my vehicle. After they finally find my keys, I go out to the vehicle and nothing is fixed. The car is having the same problems and the check engine light is turned on. They then asked to keep my car over the weekend to keep looking at it.We’re going on day 4 that they’ve had my car with still no fix. Also no loaners or rentals available so I’m without a vehicle.

We bought a fully loaded 2021 Jeep Unlimited Sahara from Larry H Miller in July. Two weeks ago we used our defrost for the first time on a cold morning and our windshield cracked. Jeep and the dealership and refusing to cover it because the warranty department has determined it was due to ‘outside factors’ but nobody can clarify to me what that means as there are no rock chips or damage to the windshield. The only logical conclusion that can be drawn is that Jeep builds their windshields to not be able to withstand the temperature change between a chilly morning and a defrost. Please do not buy from this dealer nor buy a Jeep, they do not stand behind their product and should you need a repair you will be left holding the bag.Update: after multiple reviews from the service department saying there was no outside damage and it was a faulty windshield and weeks of having our vehicle, when the dealership was going to have to look into paying for our windshield, magically a rock chip was found on the windshield, likely put there by the service department, this dealer is a bunch of frauds and con artists, please take your business elsewhere.

I had a service appointment. It went pretty long since I was due for a milestone check-in. Joe (Joseph - I hope I didnt spell his name wrong) was the person who assisted me. He let me know how long it was going to be which I appreciated because you never know what a person planned in a day. He answered all the questions I had, and if he didn know something than he found someone who did. I had a good experience and I would go back to him. Thank you!

Jacob and Luis were the two salesmen that I dealt with. They were both awesome to deal with. The dealership was not pushy trying to get me to buy the extended warranties or to make sure I financed through them. They respected my decisions and did not try to trick me into anything. I really liked working with them and I am excited to be buying a second vehicle through them here in the next week or two. I recommend them to everybody I know. So if youre on the fence wondering about if youll get pushed around, have no worries and give this great dealership the chance to help you.

If you have to schedule an appointment it is expected that you should be able to get in at the time of your appointment. I paid for the full service package at the time I bought my vehicle. The serviceman, while polite, conveyed they didn’t have time to complete everything on the day I went in but I would still be there for an hour and 15 minutes. I did get the oil change, air filters and fuel filter. Still ended up paying $285. That seems ridiculous knowing that I need to return to get the tires rotated and whatever else. Do better LHM! It’s obvious your guys are pressured for a hard stop at a given time. Allow for complete service and better customer satisfaction.

This was the best Experience that I have ever had at a dealership. They gave me way more than I was expecting for my trade in, and when the numbers didn’t work out on the Jeep I wanted. They worked their *** off all day, and I mean from just after opening until dinner time. To get me not only the vehicle I wanted, but one with most of the options of the original vehicle that I wanted, and at a monthly payment that would work with my budget.If you are Active Duty Military or Retired and need or want a Jeep or Dodge get a hold of Corbin Herd he is absolutely amazing, and will make sure you get any and all additional Military discounts and incentives that are currently being offered.Even if your not Military. Also, you should note there was a control on the dash that had popped into the console. I had not been able to extract it. He simply took care of that as a passing thing, like no sweat! Thanks Joe.

First off, I never should have had to contact the parts dept to make sure tires would be there before my scheduled service appt. The 3 times I was in contact with them, I wasnt impressed. The tires werent there the day before and a driver had to be sent to pick them up causing a delay of over 4 hours.The service advisor should have followed up with the parts department to make sure the tires were there before letting me know they werent after waiting in the lobby for an hour.I will say this...the shuttle driver, Neil, was top notch. He was never late and was pleasant to chat with. Kurtis did the best he could in giving me a huge discount due to the whole tires/parts department fiasco. Frankly, it would take a serious change in the process before I even think of bringing my cars there for tires again.

For the first time since we bought our car, we were very disappointed with our service. We had an appointment at 1:00 to get the car serviced. I noticed on the paper work later that the promised time to get it back was 1:45. We didnt get the car back until 2:45 and that was only because I went and asked what was taking so long. We were the first people in the waiting room and others were done long before us. Apparently the car had been finished and was sitting outside for over an hour without anyone telling us it was done. Just not acceptable!

Mason at the service department was AWESOME! Even though there were a lot customers dropping off cars, Mason made me feel like my van was the only one that needed to be worked on. He talked me through the options and what would be best for my van. He updated me through a text, which I really liked, while my van was being worked on. He was thorough, kind and articulate. Years ago I had a very negative experience at a different Larry Miller dealership and had determined I would never go back. Mason changed that for me. I’m glad I went to Larry Miller Dodge and would recommend Mason and their service department to anyone.

We orginally went to another dealership closer to where we live. That was an absolute joke! I called all the Jeep dealers in Utah, and LHM Jeep Provo was the only one that could find us what we wanted. Corbin Herd is the best salesman weve ever worked with. He went above and beyond to get us the exact Grand Cherokee we wanted. Hes very detail oriented and took care of everything, even down to removing the license plate on our trade in. I really appreciated the service we received at Larry H Miller Provo. Mike helped us and he listened to our concerns and was able to address each one of them. When he discussed what was occurring with our van he respected what we did and did not want to do at this time without putting pressure to do something we werent ready for. One thing that stood out was that we had agreed to an alignment originally, because we were holding off on fixing our control arms, Mike openly came to us and told us the alignment wouldnt make sense to do at this time because it would come back out. I appreciated his honesty and integrity as well as his willingness to forgo his sale in order to put our best interest first. Thank you!

Found my dream truck on their website after lots of looking and after being contacted by Riley we got into the process of seeing what they could give for my previous vehicle and gave me a great value on it! Then my dream truck was on an awesome deal and after just a little bit of haggling everything was setup and taken care of in a couple of days and ready to go for when I was able to make the 3 1/2 hour drive to pick it up. When I got to the dealership they didn’t try and pull anything on me or charge me for extra things that I didn’t need. It was the most pleasant dealership experience I’ve had yet! Good, but some issues. The employees were super nice when I interacted with them in person and on the phone. Even when I was walking around while I was waiting for my ride to pick me up the sales people came out to talk to me. However, they were SUPER busy. Not a bad thing for a business, I understand; however I would get a call from them and then I’d have to call 5-6 times before I could get someone. Finally I just went through the main dealership number instead of the service center number. I had some unique circumstances with my car but one day I had to call them 15 times in a day before I was able to get through to someone.

It has been a very long time since I have left a review for a car dealership let alone a positive one but LHM Provo deserves high praises. Krista was a pleasure to work with in helping me pick out the PERFECT, most gorgeous Sergeant Green Jeep on the planet (the picture is before the lift, rims and tires but its still a beauty) ;). Ryan the Sales manager had just the right kind of push. You know what I mean. The sales rep says let me have you talk to my sales manager and ugh, the hard close of what can they do to get you into the car today. Well, Ryan was informative, answered all of my questions, and together Ryan and Krista worked to get the numbers where we needed to be and helped me make the decision to move forward and I am so glad I did. Krista has my business and I cant wait to send her a referral to say thank you. Right down the line everyone made the entire buying experience a good one. The finance guy was fast, friendly and efficient. Krista introduced me to the Parts Manager Brandon who was awesome in helping me pick out the perfect rims, tires, etc and spent what I felt was a lot of time with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Never any rush or pressure. Even the Assistant Service Manager got in on the action and actually came in on his day off at 8:00 AM to help get things done earlier for me since I was so excited to have my new Jeep completed. ON HIS DAY OFF! To top it off Curtis the General Manager was walking by and stopped and congratulated me on my new purchase. We chatted for a awhile and he took the time to make sure I had everything taken care of. Like I said, its been a very long time since I have left a review or even had a dealership I felt like I had a relationship where I wanted to do business. Worst Experience Ever!!! No communication, over charged, and they more or less blackmailed me into paying for something I never approved. I was supposed have my vehicle covered for their extended warranty (not through Dodge) that I paid $3.000 for. My radio went out and I was not told about paying any deductible which was supposed to cover everything bumper to bumper. Additionally, I was in the dealership at 7:30am and it was only supposed to take a few hours to replace. The guy even told me I could wait, but I had a few things to do. Big mistake as I was unable to reach them at that point. I had to call over a dozen times to find out what was going on before I finally reached someone about 4PM, and even then they said it would be the end of the day. I ended up missing work due to their compete lack of communication. Then after the fact when I went to pick it and they had already replaced the radio, they said I had to pay $100 which I was never told about. When I told them I was very upset because of the additional cost, the fact I now lost a day of work, and how incompetent they were in letting me know what was going on, they said I had to either pay the money or they would not release my vehicle. Unbelievable!!! I would never recommend working with this dealership again as this is clearly a bate and switch tactic, and they dont even know the first thing about customer service.

Tony Love and his team are the best. They didnt stick me with some huge bill and part I didnt need. They reset the battery and computer first, test drive it and saw a switch was just stuck. They didnt charge me for that cost but they gained a lifetime customer loyalty with that move. Very honest and trustworthy. They are also quick with their work which is rarely the case.

I would like to thank Brennen so much for making my experience the best as possible. I have had horrible experiences with dodge in the past with a previous vehicle in California. Our van was having many issues with only 40K. He made sure to provide the upmost experience possible making sure my questions are answered. We checked and found that this major repair would be covered under warranty. That was the best news I heard. I would 10/10 recommend Brennen to deal with anything with your vehicle at this location. Best adviser to make sure I had a pleasant experience with dodge.

While my initial experience was somewhat frustrating, I was able to speak with Tony who is the assistant service manager. He immediately de-escalated the issue without feeding into my emotion. We level set and we were able to resolve my concerns. My follow-up experience 2 days later went extremely smooth. The communication was awesome. I took my wife’s truck in for routine maintenance and an oil change. Initially I was led to believe that it was standard practice for a 2019 truck with 38,000 miles to change all the fluids. I had a meeting so I left the dealership. At my office I looked up what the manufacturer recommended. It was much less so I called and changed what I wanted done. I still paid $430 for them to inspect things without actually doing anything except changing a cabin air filter. But it was better than the $850+ that they initially wanted me to pay. I also had to point out that they were charging me for an oil change that I already paid for. I’ll be getting 3 additional vehicles in the next year, but not from here.

Weve never had anything but good experiences here. Tony has helped us a couple times when weve been in town visiting from Washington and been under the wire to get the car repaired to make it back home. He did a great job getting us fixed up right away. We had a starter issue just before New Years and needed it done quickly or else we would be late getting home. Tony was super friendly, easy to work with and made sure it all got taken care of before we were supposed to leave. He was also great at communicating what was going on and checking in with us. It worked out great! We definitely trust them to take care of any and all issues for us. I HIGHLY reccomend them, you wont be disappointed.

The tire pressure sensors were not reset after the tire rotation. So the dash shows the wrong tire pressure for the tires presented. No sticker in the window for the oil change.

The dealership was very helpful in diagnosing my van and fixing exactly what I told them to fix. I was not given a time frame of how long the diagnosis would take. After 3 hours of waiting I was given a ride to my house. Another 3 hours latter they called with a diagnosis. Im not angry or even irritated. Just confused about why it took so long to communicate. if I had been told it would have taken all day I would have gotten a ride sooner. I felt like I had fallen threw the cracks.

If I have any questions or issues I reach out and Mason has my Jeep scheduled for an appointment in less than 24hrs. They share the same passion for Jeeps which makes things so much easier. Our dealer Corbin, was AMAZING! He really helped us review ALL of our options and the different ways we could look at it. I (the fiancé of Brett) was shocked he even made he contact with me. I’ve bought my own car and they only talk to him. But even though we were looking at trucks, he still made sure Brett AND I were all on the same page. He really just takes his time. But the whole crew really just helped and made us feel like a priority and that I would always want to go through them.

Most importantly we felt they truly cared and were extreme patient. The process of purchasing a truck was very low key and pleasant. Getting a hold of anyone in the service department is a joke, I spent over 20 minutes on hold in one sitting. They never call you with an update on your car, you have to call them. It always takes longer to fix your car then they quote. The actual mechanic work seems fine but their customer service sucks.

Had an awesome experience here! I got new tires installed on my truck yesterday. Pricing was great. They were totally transparent and there were no surprises. They had me in and out in about 1.5 hours. Usually you have to pay a little bit extra for great customer service, but these guys had great price and great service. We dealt with Shawn and he was ready and waiting for us to come in. Would definitely give him 5 stars! He had the vehicle tagged with our name. The staff overall was friendly. I’m not sure what to think of the finance rep. Matin filled in for someone and really pushed for extended warranty. Going back and forth with him on price he finally offered it with a lower price. I wanted all the paperwork, he told us he would email everything.. ok that’s weird but I insisted we have at least the title registration and sales contract.. he just gave us a black and white copy not the carbon copies like what we have always received in the past. I assumed it was what we signed. To bad I didn’t look right away, because it wasn’t what we agreed to and not the one we signed either. I pray this is an error because a 4K warranty was never something we would buy! So now we are frustrated can’t get anyone on the phone. Hopefully someone sees this review and calls us back. We still have no idea on interest rate or anything. Having purchased so many vehicles in the past and always had everything in place when we drove off this was almost fishy... it’s been over 3 days since purchasing, and I hope someone is in contact with us ASAP to get this resolved.

I submitted an inquiry to their website in November and they ran my credit without my knowledge or permission. Then, when I went in a month later to make a purchase they ran my credit an additional EIGHT TIMES without my knowledge or permission. I told the salesman what my credit score was and he should have known what banks would be willing to work with me. Submitting my information nine times to six different banks is unacceptable. I cannot imagine a scenario in which I would ever purchase anything from any Larry H. Miller dealership again. I was also told my new car has features that in fact it does not have.EDIT 2/22/2021I am convinced the person responding to these reviews is just someone in customer service who was assigned the task, and the number they give for you to contact goes to a voice mail that no one actually checks or responds to. The responses to reviews are just to save face and make it look like theyre doing something to resolve the issues. Larry H. Miller ONLY cares about making the sale and will do absolutely nothing to help you after they have your money. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!
