The food was exquisite. The atmosphere was very nice and fitting for our birthday celebration dinner. The hostess was very kind, attentive and accommodating to our needs and requests. Furthermore, our waitress was swift and thoughtful. She anticipated our needs without us repeatedly asking for basic things like extra cutlery, napkins for the kids, refills on drinks and clearing away dishes to make room for the next meal. We would definitely return to enjoy the hospitality and cuisine.

I have been away for about 10 years and forgot how good this place really is.First, there was plenty of parking. A big plus.Second, the greeting by the front of the house staff was warm and friendly. Really made you feel welcome. Reid was our server and he was really, really good.Finally, the food. Sometimes, when you go out to eat and you get a vegetable, a protein and a starch? And usually one of them is just meh. Not here. All three were excellent! Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. The fish, which was the locally sourced, hit the spot. The asparagus was crunchy and tasty. The rice pilaf was fluffy and and prepared just right the compliment the fish and the vegetable.The owner even stopped by to say hello twice. Great service all the way around.I look forward to my next visit in the spring. Go here, you will not be disappointed!

We have been here a couple time and this time didn’t disappoint either. Our waitress, Yami, was amazing! We are from New York and visiting my parents here. She was so attentive and gave us her honest recommendations that made the experience so much more enjoyable. Definitely will be coming back again!

We recently moved to the area and it was our anniversary tonight so we decided to check this place out. Our server was Corey and his service was exceptional. He is an asset to the floor. The bartender and the food was phenomenal. We will definitely recommend this place to other people and we will be returning very soon thank you very much.

I’ve visited Bimini Twist on numerous occasions but this time was better than it’s ever been. Cheryl was our hostess and she made sure our experience was great. She was attentive by making sure our table was where we requested in the reservations. Cheryl made sure we were not overlooked and checked in on us throughout our dinner. Anything the server forgot, Cheryl was on top of it. Lastly, as we were leaving she made sure she told us and goodnight and hope to see us again. Ms. Cheryl’s hospitality was great. Thank you

We just love the food at Bimini Twist, actually it is our favorite restaurant. My husband and I have been going here since their opening, many years ago. They have had different owners and menu items, and in the past few years I have really enjoyed their Crab Cakes, the best I have ever had. Last night my husband and I went for dinner and I ordered the usual, but the Crab Cakes were different, they have definitely changed, a lot more bread crumbs than usual. I understand the restaurant is under new management, but is there any chance of going back to the old recipe, they were so delicious. Also, not to complain, but, I noticed we received a lot less vegetables than in the past.We will continue to have dinner at Bimini, but hope some changes with the Crab Cakes and vegetable portions will change. First time coming here and, considering the prices, we were expecting amazing food. The truth is the food was bland at best. The chicken in the chicken ceasar salad was well cooked but unseasoned. Ribs lacked sauce and the meat was tough. Chicken tacos were nothing special. Mashed potatoes felt and tasted like they were made with flakes from a box.However, I must say the service was spectacular! Our server Valerie was super attentive! Visits to the table were frequent but not overwhelming. She engaged us in conversation without overstaying her welcome and tended to our every need with a smile.I must also say that the manager, Cheryl, was great. She treated us with respect and seemed genuinly saddened that we did not fully enjoy our experience here.The 3 stars are for the food. Both Valerie and Cheryl are 5 stars as far as Im concerned. Wish other restaurants had the service they provided even during a not so good experience.

We took our family to Bimini Twist for Mother’s Day and the food was great. We enjoyed our margaritas and my mother had a Malibu bay breeze. The spinach Maria is a must! Any entree with a choice of a side the spinach Maria should be the first pick! The seafood was fresh. My dad enjoyed his seafood pasta and the lobster was very tender and cooked to perfection. The mothers at the table had the clam risotto with shrimp and both thought it was fantastic. This was a great way to celebrate a special occasion. My dad said he can’t wait till Mother’s Day next year so we can come back!

This isn’t my first time going to Bimini Twist but Last night experience made it worth taking my time make a review. The food is always good here and the servers are usually nice. But our server Last night Jackie was by far the best!! She made great recommendations! She checked on us everytime she walked by! I never had to ask for a refill! She not once got annoyed with our party with the small complaints we did have concerning a few items that wasn’t correct! She remained Joyful and helpful never once changing the way she handled us! Great job Jackie!

This is one of my favorite places. I walk in and am greeted by name. My cocktails are made to perfection. Beyond the shadow of the doubt, my favorite dish is the scallops with lobster risotto. Dont miss out on the Chocolate lava cake!

I had a great experience. It was a very busy Wednesday evening where we celebrated my friends birthday. Jackie was super nice and patient with our table. She remained helpful and apologized for any issue we encounter with our food that came out. Jackie is an asset to your team.

This was my second time here and I must say… AMAZING. I came here with my husband for date night and although the wait for the table was long, it was 100% worth it. Everything from the appetizer down to the dessert was just impeccable. Anye G was extremely attentive and pleasant.

The food was great! I had the crab legs my husband had yellow tail snapper with lump crab and berinaise sauce. The atmosphere and service was great as well. Would go again when we come into town. Recommend getting there when they open at 5pm because they fill up fast!!

Wanted to share my experience last night at Bimini. Me and wife had a wonderful dinner but it was enhanced by the staff who were so nice and courteous. Wanted to give a shout out to Josh our server/waiter. The young man was professional, attentive and nice. We have never had a negative experience at Bimini. Both managers last night were also very pleasant.

Get the Salmon! And the Bread pudding. Food is delish. Service is sometimes a hit or miss BUT on Wednesday night we were lucky enough to get Jakie as our waitress. Wow! She had such a great personality and tried her best to make sure everything was PERFECT for us.

WOW is an understatement for the experience I had here! Yesterday was my 36th Birthday and I wanted to try something new and decided on dining here. My boyfriend and I are big foodies and being that he had never eaten here before either made it even more great! Let me tell you....From the greeting at the door to the service provided by our AWESOME very attentive waiter Corey was pure AMAZING!!!! The food was beyond DELICIOUS!!! We were very well pleased by the whole atmosphere and great vibe...We will definitely be back again and again and AGAIN!!!!

The restaurant itself is nice and open with perfect lighting. Food was pretty good - we had the mussels as an appetizer and for entrées I had seared scallops with lobster risotto and my husband had jumbo shrimp with clam risotto. My risotto was a little bland and overcooked. Unfortunately, our server Nelson was not the friendliest. He didnt know pricing for some of the menu items, was very stand-off ish and we ran out of water multiple times. He just seemed like he didnt want to be there and didnt want to deal with us. However, Sherry was very accommodating and gave us recommendations for items on the menu - she even went as far as to go to the kitchen to take a picture of the crab legs for us!

Go here. Its a great atmosphere for a date or dinner party. The food was good. I had what looked like a slab of ribs tho I didnt like the green beans. We spent 4 hrs here talking and having drinks. Time flew by fast

Went there for our anniversary dinner and the food and service was amazing! Calamari was nice and crispy, Spinach Maria casserole delicious! The salmon and crab cakes did not disappoint and if you have room for dessert, they have an amazing apple pie dish with vanilla ice cream! You wont leave there hungry! They have an extensive menu with something for everyone.

The spinach & artichoke dip is a must try as is the spinach Maria side. Everyones seafood was perfectly cooked. My mother called in to place an order for take out and whoever picked up the phone hung up after she asked for service. Had to call back and ask if they did take out. The girl explained then that they do not take orders for take out over the weekend. If that was the case she shouldnt have just hung up on my mother. Real rude service and I hope they do some simple training on phone etiquette.

Great place to eat seafood. Noise level is higher than usual at places with the same cost. Assure you make a reservation as is super busy.

This is my go to place when I want a flawless dining experience. The food is always fresh and comes out hot and correct EVERY TIME. I was so happy to see our favorite Manager Cheryl! She recommended the Hog Snapper and it did not disappoint. Amazing service (by Taylor) and cocktails (Thank you, Amanda!). Clearly management is on their A-game to have a staff and kitchen that provides such consistency.

Food was great.... Service was a bit slow. They seemed to have plenty of wait staff in the house and I saw other servers more than my own.....I know all about side work and all of that, but 1.5 hours for dinner by myself is a bit much.

Bimini Twist has more than one location. I was at Okeechobee and was very impressed totally. I found the restaurant itself clean and the aromas enticing. Our waitress Tanya was ideal. Friendly,efficient, knowledgeable and ready to assist . The food ordered was delicious and attractively displayed. The portions were more than sufficient and all at the table were satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant and if you ask for Tanya you will be more than satisfied with the service. The restaurant manager also came around and inquired if we were happy and and satisfied with everything being served. It was a nice touch.

Food was delicious, the service was great. It was more casual than I had hoped for,or remembered. Gone are the days I guess where people go out to a nice restaurant and wear nice clothes. Lots of t-shirts and shorts, but overall it was a great experience and reasonable pricing

This is by far one of the best seafood restaurant we have been. Nice ambient, awesome food, grate service. We are already dreaming of coming back. We had the crispy calamari accompanied by the garlic baguette as the appetizer. I had the crispy basil salmon and my husband had seafood pescatore with half lobster tail. We were too full for dessert. We had an awesome time here.

The food is very good, as well as the portions. Nice atmosphere, good service. My only complaint is our waiter Hunter tried to take my appitizer dish before I was done with it, twice. Never touch someones plate until you know they are done.

I visited Bimini Twist on the Saturday before Fathers Day with my boyfriend and daughter. Delicious and excellent food and lots of food and drinks option. They were very busy that Saturday. Our server Carly was wonderful and friendly. Will definitely visit again.

First time here. Easy to make a reservations and welcoming service. The seafood is reasonably priced($25-30+). The drinks were good, we had the gold martini and patron margarita, smooth with nice presentation. Food was delicious. I would recommend smaller diameter in plates or add nice garnishment. I just had salmon and spinach on my 12in plate. A lot of dead space, no garnish for $30. Over all a good experience and I would recommend to my friends.

The food was really good but the waitress we had was absolutely one of the best waitresses (named Emily P on the receipt) Ive had. It was busy and she was fast and so kind. Honestly will be going back because how attentive she was and hopefully she will be there when we do.

First off we have been going to Bimini for the past 10yrs celebrating my birthday. So we booked in advance for my 70th birthday dinner on Open table. As a surprise my daughter had my sons family joined us from out of town. My daughter called in advance to change the reservation from 9 to 14. Tables to be 9 and 4 spaces together. When we arrived they did not have it ready and put us in 2 angled tables. VERY DISAPPOINTED! When ask to speak to the manager he sent over that rude and inconsiderate woman he called Assistant manager. She was rude and nasty and refused to move the tables. When I finally questioned Paul the manager he apologized and said try to have a good time after all they are busy. If they dont care about returning customers they are going to suffer eventually.As for the food it was not as we expected. Our steak wasnt cooked properly, the Lobster risotto dish was dry and not creamy. I am very disappointed in our experience and our food. I am not sure I will return next year for my Birthday celebration. I may just start going back to Morton Steak in a palm beach. They acknowledge your birthday with a Picture at your table and present it to you. Bimini never even said Happy Birthday! Big disappointment for me Paul !!

My family went to Bimini Twist Tuesday for dinner. Had Banging Shrimp and Conch Fritters for appetizers, Scallops with Lobster Risotto and Shrimp Scampi, Key Lime Pie and Creme Brûlée Cheesecake, everything was on point and delicious! Cheryl is amazing, great addition to their team! We look forward to our next visit!

On Friday October 1st. I had the pleasure of experiencing Bimini Twist for my very first time with my relatives. I had such a WONDERFUL time! The food was GREAT but the TRUE SHOWSTOPPER was the FIVE STAR service we received from our server REBECCA. She is TOP NOTCH and truly knows the meaning of providing a HIGH-END dining experience. We NEVER EVER had to look for her or wait for refills of drinks - she gave SPOT ON recommendations for our entrees and provided all swiftly and always with SMILE and PROFESSIONALISM. We were extremely well taken care of and the combination of the delicious food and REBECCA’S FIRST CLASS service, made the evening simply MAGICAL. I also want to add the Manager -CHERYL AVERTA - introduced herself to our table, welcomed us warmly and checked on us throughout the evening to make sure we were having a great experience. REBECCA is a jewel of an employee, a real credit to Bimini Twist and one of the best representatives and organization could hope to have.

For the pricing This place was just ok to me. This place was extremely loud and Felt like an upscaled sports bar. I had a Bimini Golden Martini to drink. For an appetizer, I had a bowl of Lobster Bisque soup with hot garlic bread. The appetizer and drinks came out right away. The food however took a little time. For my entree, I had the Seared Tenderloin Steaks, mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese and bacon, and the Spinach Maria. My husband had the Salmon Pinwheel stuffed with crab meat, Sweet potato fries and Spinach Maria. Everything was just ok. Found nothing spectacular to write about. For the price, I will not return.

First time being at this restaurant and it was amazing. The ambience was very comforting especially right now with this pandemic. Not over crowded and our waitress Christine was very attentive to our time there. The food was the best we have experienced this far. Very worth the money.

We had a large private gathering, Chery took care of everything!!! We had great food, great service and special attention to all the little things. We had our own private menu just for our group. We were not rushed to leave when our time was up, they were very professional about everything..... I can not say enough good things about our experience at Bimini Twist. A great restaurant to have an amazing dinner. I made reservations for 4 and was seated neatly in a booth in the corner back which happens to be my favorite seating. Ashley B. was our server and she was kind fast and attentive. She made my husband’s father day/ birthday dinner smooth and special. Overall price was worth it with the large portions you get. My family had the best meal and the greatest time here. I would definitely come back again for another special night or event. Super easy to make and modify reservations on their website too.

Dinner on a Monday night. We arrived around 6 PM and were seated right away. As the night progressed the restaurant did get full. We all chose different fish dishes from hog snapper, shrimp, mahi-mahi, and crab cakes. All the dishes were good and the fish was fresh. Definitely choose the spinach Maria as a side. Our waitress was amazing she made suggestions. We were able to pick a salad in lieu of 1 side. The passion fruit martini was outstanding!!! Dessert was good but not out of this world. We had the key lime pie.

Good food, disappointing experience!Our food was delicious and our server was amazing! The negative was that when we made reservations, we told the restaurant it was our first visit and we were celebrating our 35th anniversary. Our special occasion was not acknowledged by the restaurant or by our server.

Usually get a good meal, but food is not as good as it usually is. When you order a meal and ask for the lump crab meat on your filet...but get canned crab 🦀 instead of fresh. NOT COOL...Bimini Twist you guys need to stop cutting corners, you charge enough for food.

God works in mysterious ways. Due to circumstances beyond my control I found myself magically at the bar at Bimini Twist waiting for a locksmith,he would be there in over an hour. So grabbing dinner seemed the logical thing to do as I waited. I ordered the seafood Rustica, a unbelievable amount of clams and muscles and shrimp and fish with the most delicious lobster tail. The quality of the the food brought me back to my Nonas Zuuppa di pesche. It was like going back in time to the most delicious meals of my lifetime. If the food wasnt blesing enough the atmosphere and personnel were just as phenomonal. Cheryl, the manager is a class act an old school Lady who truly cares more about your experience and satisfaction then your dollar. Little things in life make it worth living and and a night out to Bimini Twist is one of those hard to find experiences.

Before I get started, I was looking at other reviews and particularly interested in the negative ones. I’m not sure what people’s expectations are sometimes and coming from NY where restaurant critics are brutal, I can tell you that IMO any negative comments about this establishment were unfounded and unjustified. Was looking for a Seafood restaurant in West Palm Bech so after looking at reviews decided on this establishment. No disappointment here! Restaurant has easy access with a Big parking lot to accommodate a lot of people and good thing. On a Wednesday the place was “ hopping”. Atmosphere is bright, welcoming and not confining. We were greeted by a friendly staff and were at our table in seconds. Food quality is Outstanding and menu options cater to almost anything you could want. The bar sits adjacent to the dining area for easy access. Our waitress was very helpful and explained their daily specials and discounts for almost every day of the week. A special “ shout out” to Asst. Manager - Cheryl ( forgive me if I misspelled your name ) who came to our table and upon learning it was our first visit gave us many tips to enjoy the local area and it’s recreational venues. This restaurant rightly deserves 5 stars and would not hesitate to recommend it, ( as I already have ). Keep up the good work, you’ve got a winner!!!

Beyond wonder food and great atmosphere.

Cool atmosphere. Big dining area but still feels cozy and great place for dinner and drinks with friends. Service was a little slow. It was a busy Friday night though. Made reservations and table was ready at the right time. So many food options. Tuna starters were delicious. Fish was a little over cooked but the risotto and other dishes were all well done.

I had the seafood pescatore with half lobster tail, and it was really good, but could have done without the muscles. My daughter had the linguine with clam sauce which I thought was better. The service was excellent, and although its a bit pricey, I would return on a special occasion.

I was visiting the area for the Labor day weekend, and was looking for a restaurant for a party of 5. Based on the menu and previous reviews, we decided on this restaurant. We were definitely NOT disappointed.The tacos were a bit bland for my liking, but everything else, from the Bangin bimini shrimp, baby back ribs, pork chop, burgers, to the chocolate cake and bread pudding- (muah- delish).Overall, the food was delicious and the server was on point. She anticipated our every need. We experienced such great ambiance and excellent service.When next I am in the area, this will definitely be my place to stop. I highly recommended this restaurant.

Weve been to this restaurant many times. Upon entering the front door, the reception desk staff wasnt attentive.There was a more mature woman standing at the reception desk. When I was checking in about my reservation and to be seated, the mature woman didnt greet me nor did she introduce herself. She looked at a water bottle I was holding and instead of being more polite, she blurted out, put your water bottle way... youre not allowed to bring a water bottle in the restaurant.My water bottle holds my medically-necessary Dr.- prescribed protein liquid, which I need to sip during my time at the restaurant, and I didnt want to waste my time explaining my medical health to her. So put the bottle away inside my carry tote. Thats where it stayed until I was getting ready to leave my table.I arose from my booth and picked up my tote bag. As I picked up my bag, I pulled my bottle out if my tote bag so as soon possible outside I could sip my special water. So I was standing at my table getting ready to walk to the door and and lightning-fast, the same female manager showed up in my face telling me about not showing my water bottle. She never asked if we were glad we were there. She never said, Im so glad you were here...I feel she wasnt restaurant- friendly or polite; she acted yucky.The meal was ok. The restaurant was loudly noisy.No body thanked us for coming there.Just sayin...
