Friendly staff. Greeted me as I came in and made sure I knew they could help with anything. Very clean store, and well laid out. The staff was knowledgeable about woodworking and their products. Only downside is price, but the quality and service 100% are commensurate to the asking rates. Huge recommendation if you want a premium experience.

I needed hot stamps so I could brand my initials into a charcuterie board that I am making for someone that works for home Depot. This young lady is very knowledgeable and has helped me out a number of times when I need specific things. So shes going to get a little surprise for a job well done.

Great variety of parts etc.But I do have a beef!! As I spent over $300 that day. This was the second time of buying products from the Burnsville store. The staff was great and immensely informed on products, which was very helpful.I checked out and had showed my military Id for the discount for which I am grateful. This was my beef.. 10% discount Spent over $300..... got $6.00???They told me that power tools are not counted on discount!!!!!If I buy tools at home depot, lowes, etc it is on whole amount. Is that your Rockler policy???Hopefully not.. if I might have to look into buying elsewhere.Thank you for you consideration.Tedd G.

Called to see if a part was in stock. It was. Stopped by later to pick it up. Very nice people who thanked me for coming in. I have always had a positive bias for this store because of the way they treat their customers and the quality and price of their products.

I love this store. This location in Burnsville however has a very unpleasant smell inside that seems to be worse every time I visit. I can’t quite figure out what it smells like but it is certainly malodorous and lingers with you even after you leave.

Great selection of goodies. Stop in and check out the clearances one could buy out the store on so many deals. Snatch em up just in time for the holiday gift giving seasons.

Very helpful employees. We were there to purchase for our first stain project and the employees there not just suggested what stain would look good with what wood, they also gave a little demo (staining) on that. For all my wood related purchases I have been visiting this store since then. The shop too is very nicely arranged.

Im always looking for excuses to go to this place. Rockler router bits are amazing, even more amazing when they are on sale. This particular Rockler (Burnsville) has the outlet section in the store, which can be worth the trip. The staff are always polite and extremely helpful, at least the dozen or so times Ive stopped in.

Deceptive practices used to gather personal and email information. Sales change before end date. Lots of shady behavior from this outfit - I will be avoiding them at all cost and hope you do too.

While the local store is ok for some reason they are selective on what feedback is able to be left on items. Because my review and pictures allowed people to see that they need not buy the most expensive item in the catagory of product i purchased they ignore it. Posted a month ago almost and no sign of it. Cant even get an email response from them. So, long story short, dont believe all the review statistics on their site because they hide thw ones that matter. What a joke.

Wasted my time and was extremely rude.I made a purchase online - I didnt end up using the product so I called up my local branch to see if I can return it to the store. The guy on the phone told me no problem, we can do a no return receipt - bring it on down. On Saturday morning I went to the rockler store that is closest to my house (over 45 minutes away) and the guy at the counter refused my return saying that I should of called first. I told him that I did call and he said he still wasnt going to help meWasted my time and was completely rude.

This is such a great store to shop in very friendly help they have a great selection of tools and accessories and even scratch and dent place I will definitely shop there again next time Im in Burnsville MN.

Just purchased a porter cable router combo and mounting to my router table had to change mounting holes with no issues. Leaving the base on the table is going to be great so I dont have to disconnect the router each time when I want to use the router in a different applications . Thank you to the person who helped me out this morning at the Burnsville store.
