For a company that supposedly prides itself in customer service, I have yet to see any at this location, especially the deli. The black lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. No one there can comprehend instructions.

I forget about this location often. It’s 10 minutes from me. Smaller than most but well stocked for my late day Saturday shopping. Same, fast and friendly service. Small entranceway but I guess it works :-)

Came here to stock up for our beach day picnic and found everything we needed! Items were fully stocks, neat, organized and very clean. Customer service was phenomenal and Sherri from the deli department was so sweet and helpful. I will definitely come by here again for all my grocery needs if Im around!

Its disgusting when youre going grocery shopping for your family and you see someone walking their dog inside a grocery store where your family food is and its not even a service dog.....

I just went today to this store because I was around the area. I bought wings that were prepped to go. But once I got home I noticed they were not cooked fully some wings were still pink and others were halfway cooked. I wanted a quick meal but ended cooking them up a bit more. Please make sure all your foods are cooked completely this can cause sickness to people.

Worst service pharmacy never pick up the phone more rhan20 minutes 3 people transfer and they never pick up the phone so they can explain me info about vaccination. Thanks for no help

I was in this store this evening. There were four people working in the deli. Let me rephrase 3 people standing in the deli 1 person working. There were 3 employee woman in the deli standing around speaking in creole while one guy waiting on everyone. Not really fair. But on the up note the only person working (Michael) was extremely nice and was getting the job done. However I feel like we should spend less time talking more time helping customers.

We go here almost everyday for one thing or another. This particular location has an awesome Baker always creating something new. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

One of the best delis in the area. It’s right next to the front door, every single staff member greeted me with a smile. They let me know exactly what the specials were an even provided as much condiments that I needed to make my sandwich throughout the week at my job down the road at Sounds Royalties.The store itself is small so there’s always somebody to help you find what you’re looking for. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend to a friend.

The men that work here are so rude and creepy. I have never felt more harassed in a grocery store. I stopped going for years and wanted to go back hoping it would get better just to have another creepy issue today. Does management not watch the male employees cat calling the customers?

Publix is an awesome Supermarket. Customer service is impeccable as well as quality of Publix Foods and non-food items have been shopping at Publix every since I was knowledgeable of Supermarket shopping and will continue to do business with Publix they definitely stand behind cell model what shopping is a pleasure they go over and Beyond to meet all of you Supermarket shopping needs and that really goes a long ways with me.

Very nice Publix, although on the smaller side. We go here to get their Wednesday Sushi because they tend not to run out like the Publix closer to our house. This door is always well stocked, Fidelity looks clean and they have lots of stuff there, parking is convenient, and thats all I know.

Delicious exotic fresh fruits, vegetables, fresh herbs and great prices! Plus they make healthy delicious handmade fresh juices, all kindness of healthy concoctions.

Usually love this Publix, I seldom order anything. I normally do mild grocery shopping here. Yesterday I ordered a 12 sub and thats what I ate for lunch and for the entire day. At about 1am I woke up and vomit 3 times back to back. Now Im feeling extremely weak, having abdominal pains and diarrhea.

This deli is sad. Order your food ahead of time and when you go to pick it up its not ready. Plus they dont even care to fix their mistakes. I had a 30min lunch and no food thanks for wasting my time and lunch.

The ONLY problem with this Publix is the pharmacy. Continuous miss counts. They print invalid labels which dont reflect the numbers on their computers...even down to the date you picked your up medications. Im owed over 200 pills of one medication yet every time they seem to be out and give me 30 pills less than Im supposed to have with no partial refill readings...my sons Adderall prescription is constantly missing 5 pills total. Someone is stealing medication in that pharmacy and its an employee. Ill be calling the Florida board of pharmacy. Id look into your employees and do some drug tests..

I want you to know what a GREAT experience I had at your store today. While waiting at the deli, the lady actually made eye contact with me and welcomed me and said she would be right with me. Then I moved on to the seafood deli and I believe his name was Alexander (?), he could not have been nicer. I have changed to your location due to poor service and inside and outside store conditions of the Lake Worth location. All employees that I dealt with today were friendly and made me feel welcome. THANK YOU!!!!

Newer Publix built around the start of 2016 (January-February)Very clean and has high ceilings making the place look bigger but actually is smaller than most Publix. Staff seem friendly and shelves are always well stocked. They seem to have different buy one get another free than other Publix shopping centers most likely to differentiate themselves from thier sister store on Southern blvd. Parking area is well lit but smaller than most other Publix stores. The store shape is like a rectangle instead of wide square.

This unequivocally the worst Publix ever! They are the slowest and deli department is unfriendly. Especially the manger Nikki. Her team including her should start over! She was complaining to another employee regarding a mystery shopper and her team getting a bad review! No Nikki it wasnt due to the sub special it was you and your team!

This is the Publix I shop at frequently, I love the employees, and the selection is decent, my reason for this review, is because I bring my own recycled bags, the only time I use the plastic bags is for bringing my lunches to work, or to bag up my used cat litter, so I simply asked if I would be able to have some plastic bags,,an older woman in management thought I was asking for a bundle of gold and basically told me not to take a bundle, I was like really I just used my own bags and your gonna complain about a few plastic bagsunbelievable.

Been going since location opened. Solid local store but lacks significantly in meat dept, prepared food areas, overall layout and vibe. Been a Publix customer since 88 but competition continues to give me reasons to move my grocery dollars around. Publix is good for bogos and quick run for something forgotten but other areas are threadworm and tired.

Deli is great! Very friendly service here, especially from the hot case. In and out every time so far.

Fantastic people at this publix. Friendly knowledgeable and kind. Highly satisfied with all departments at this store. Raul in the meat department is fabulous...i prefer shopping at this publix when i go off the 95 on my to the island.

Nite this Publix closes is on the early close schedule. Alternative is southern street version that closes 1 hr larer. But this one is newer cleaner a bit better. Both have nice staff and easy access location.

This is one of the best Publix in the west palm beach area. Clean, organized, well-stocked and super friendly and courteous staff.

I love this publix. There is never a line. It is a nice new publix. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. Also no line at their pharmacy and the pharmacists saved me a over a hundred a month on my prescrips by taking the time to find coupons for me. Its great.

Spent a month in that area and out of all the places to eat, I chose Public almost everyday. Their Chicken Tender sub is off the chain. So is all their other prepared foods.

Very clean and friendly. But the very best thing is that you can bring back what you bought if you are not happy with that - very unique!

The staff here is diverse and always pleasing to my fiance and myself. I drive farther to come to this publix rather than the location on Rosemary in City Place area because the staff here is so much more helful, consistent, friendly, they work with a sense of urgentcy, And most are educated and trained in more than just thier current department. If one staff member can not answer my question, or help me find an item they promptly find me someone who can. The managers are just as awesome as the regular staff... This is the only publix where I see managers notice that the service desk is backed up with people needing lotto, Western Union, cigs, basic purchases etc... And they stop what they are doing and jump into help. You will also see an abundance of managers who arent afraid to bag groceries, or help entertain your not so patient child while checking out. I love shopping here.

NEVER EVER order from the bakery! We ordered a cake for my sons bday a month that prior to pick up date, we go to pick it up and they tell me they dont have the order!! Will never order from here again, this wouldve never happened at the publix on southern!

This comment is not for the supermarket itself but for the service western union he offers.I was fetched money sent by my family, the person who did the transaction and gave me the cash stole $ 50. She counted the tickets very quickly in front of my eyes (surely not to pay attention to the tickets) and after recounting myself it was missing $ 50! No excuses from her, I think she would have liked to slip them in her pocket.They were two to make a transaction, they said they counted twice to check and finally it was missing a good part.Two people who count and no one realizes the mistake? I do not believe. Especially since there was no one else waiting behind me so they were not in a hurry!The explanation of the manager, after checking the cameras: I do not know what happened, we see almost nothing but we see that the counting of tickets is suspicious, I give you your $ 50. We do not see anything but we give you the money it is a proof that the person of the fund was ill-intentioned!
